My review is soley based off of an interaction with whatever receptionist is inside.Today my boyfriend got into a car accident (someone hit him) right in front of the business. The receptionist was seen sticking her head out the door looking at the commotion it caused before returning inside. Since the closest parking lot was this establishment, my boyfriend was forced to move his car there to wait for a tow truck. After a very long time he went and knocked on the door asking if there was a restroom he could use so he didnt have to leave his car or be very far from it. She was rude, and informed him that the restrooms were not welcome to the public, which would be fine if she was nice about it. After he said thank you and left for hojangles she locked the door behind him all the while being very rude and saying rude things.Im not sure how best to run a business, but I do think that treating people with respect (especially after witnessing them in an accident) should be upmost priority. There was no call for rudeness.

I cant speak for Marie she hasnt owned the business in awhile. But the new owner Mark is absolutely amazing, super professional and gets things done on time and correctly. I highly recommend this business!

Weve relied on Marie to do our business taxes for almost twenty years. Really appreciate the advice and each years professionally generated returns. Shes always great explaning the tax code as it applies to our situation which has been somewhat dynamic as our business expanded and changed. They are BUSY. Plan to set up appointments well in advance, and sometimes weve had to nudge a little or stop by during tax season, but never have I found that anything other than a small price to pay for the personalized attention we receive.
