This is a great establishment. Everyone is nice. And I know they do everything they say they do. I mark my oil canister to be able to tell if they change the filter and after the second time Ive quit because I know its being done. Cheapest around, they just went up in price but still better and cheaper than anyone else. I would highly recommend.

Ive been going here for about 2 years and have never had a problem before. But this past oil change my filter was left barely finger tight and my car spewed out all of my oil in my driveway,down the road,and in my work parking lot. Luckily I realized and pulled over. But was stranded out in brevard for the night.They are currently closed but will edit this according to their response.Edit: They took care of me no questions asked. It was a new mechanic, things happen. They still have my buisness.

What a wonderful team! Quickly performed the annual NC inspection with no attempt to tell me Something was wrong with my car That needed to be repaired in order to scam me out of more money… Which is happened at other inspection stations in the area. Highly recommend and will return! Thank you for being an honest business.

Speedy! I went 5 places who either had no inspector on site or were too busy to do it fast. I pulled in here and they took me right in for my inspection!

Lucky my car didn’t blow up, got a an oil change 2 days before a drive from Asheville back to Charlotte because I was in a rush and didn’t have the time to do it myself as I usually do. Arrived in Charlotte to find oil leaking out of my car which has never done it previously. Lesson learned Edit: my car likely had a blown head gasket👌

Was in and out in a timely manner. The gentleman were very helpful with our stripped oil plug. Both were very professional. I highly recommend going here for a oil change. The prices were a lot more reasonable than every other place we called.

Best place for a quick oil change or an inspection.

Today was my first experience at speedy lube. I always change my own oil but decided to pay someone to do it for me this time. I did call ahead to ask for pricing and they explained synthetic starts at $60. I was surprised when they were finished and the man told me it would be $78. I respectfully asked why and he explained that my truck takes 6.5 quarts so he was charging me for a 7 quart oil change. Funny thing is he never asked what the year or engine size was on the vehicle. I explained it only takes 6 quarts, at which point he showed me the dip stick that was clearly showing over. Im not pressed over $10 but it was the principle of them trying to take advantage. Im honestly not sure if it was done with malice or from ignorance but it doesnt change the fact. You tried to over charge me then tell me I was wrong with no info to back it up. You did fix the price as you should have BUT you made sure to let me know I was wrong before leaving. So FYI next time if you have another 2015 sierra 1500 4.3 liter come in, it requires 6 quarts as noted in the chart I have attached below. Also FYI over filling the motor oil can be as or MORE damaging to a motor then underfilling. Also FYI if you just asked me if I needed and air filter you wouldnt have wasted 15 min of your life pulling it apart and putting back together 😂. Do Better

Service was great as always. I was disappointed that only one of the three guys working today was wearing a mask. I appreciate that he was taking precautions to keep customers safe.

The guys that work there are always friendly and do great work. They don’t over charge you, do unnecessary work, or treat you like a “number”. They will carry on a conversation with you and not let it slow them down.

Great local shop....make sure you know your cars oil capacity....Just because you have a 4 Cylinder doesnt necessarily mean you use less oil...my 4 Cylinder with Turbo takes almost 6 Quarts....

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY CAR TO GET A OIL CHANGE FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW AND HERE RECENTLY MY CAR JUST KEPT CUTTING OFF AND WE WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS TOOK IT TO FIRESTONE JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME $80 TO DO MY OIL CHANGE BUT NEVER I MEAN NEVER CHANGED MY FILTER.
