From the time I took my car in the garage to completion took just 15 minutes. Upon arriving, I was able to obtain a $7.00 discount coupon from their website. You can have the coupon scanned at check-out through your email program. My car is ten years old, so I chose the blended synthetic oil formula. The retail price for the oil change was $63.00 + tax before the discount coupon was applied. The facility uses Castrol Oil as their fluid of choice for vehicle oil changes. Alexandro, the facility manager, said that they presently perform about 45 oil changes per day. The facility is somewhat new, being in business for just a couple of months. At present, the wait time for servicing your vehicle should be minimal.I can recommend this facility to those needing a quick oil change. The staff seemed to be competent, and the manager was cordial, hands-on, and informative. He ensured that all services were completed in a satisfactory manner.

The new manager Blake is phenomenal! Aside from being very friendly and helpful, he listened to me and took the time to research when I told him I was charged more last visit for the same oil than this visit.Some people might have said, Im not sure what happened, and went about their day, but not BlakeCome to find out an old employee accidentally pressed the wrong button and charged me for premium oil even though I only had generic oil installed.Blake refunded me for that transaction and was just the utmost professional, helpful, and very kind young gentlemen.The crew was also very nice, was a very fast oil change, andnothing but a great experience.As long as I live in the area, Ill forever get my oil changes here and recommend people close to me to do the same.Keep up the great work!

I rarely write a review, but must share my amazing experience yesterday at Take 5 on Smokey Park Hwy. Trenton, Lucas and Jacob were all at work to change my oil since it had been 5K miles since a previous oil change. They checked it once, then checked it again, and then a third time. They stepped to my window to show me and tell me the oil was perfectly clear and in no need of a change, to give it another 1000 miles. Since my Mazda only has 22k miles, and businesses seldom want to save the customer money, I thanked them for their honesty. I drove away grateful for young men of integrity and a company that endorses ethics over profit. I highly recommend this Take 5 location.

I first left a 1 star review, but Blake the new manager is amazing! Called me personally to apologize for the problems I had previously, and performed an oil change for free to make up for the mistakes! Was very kind, knowledgeable, and very apologetic. This place is in great hands now!

The guys were very professional and efficient. I stayed in the vehicle and watched as they changed out the filter and added the new oil. They showed me the dipstick to ensure the oil level was good and clean. Quick and easy!

3 gentlemen worked as a team on my and another ladys vehicle. Asked all the right questions and showed me my oil level. Checked my engine air filter! Were very polite! Great service!

Oil service can be quick but a rocky visit overall. Service writer stated to use different oil than what was required. Took two gentleman with great force to get an air filter back in a corolla, not required. No tire pressures checked, no windshield cleaned. Stated on the receipt that was done. Was hoping for a better experience than what you normally get from a quick lube visit, not the case unfortunately.

The young woman who opened a few minutes early to get me in right away was absolutely amazing and professional! Fast and took care of business very well. I wish I had caught her name because she deserves some major kudos!

Quick and fast did great work. But Needs to explain pricing better, was told i wasn’t going to be charge 82.99 because my car doesn’t hold 5 quarts (it holds 3.7). Once i got the receipt i had been charged 82.99. After telling the owner roger he informed me that you are charge the set price for oil no matter how much you use as long as it’s not more than 5 quart.

It was horrible. Ended up going else where after hanging out for over an hour and a half. They were not able to take customers because of no help. The manager said it was to dangerous to change oil with two helpers and himself? One star is generous.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Do not waste your time here. They dumped my transmission fluid instead of my oil when I went for an oil change the other day. Later that day I saw my car leaking oil which it never does and realized it was because they torqued the oil plug down so tight. I could feel my car shaking from the force the tech was using to tighten the plug. This place isnt worth the headache or the hassle. Most of the employees are argumentative and disrespectful.

Went in for an oil change. They broke a bolt off to my factory installed skid plate. They broke it while reinstalling it and then said it was probably a cheap bolt. I’m not upset that they broke the bolt, it happens. But they sent me off with zip ties holding it on and said they would get me in to fix it and I haven’t heard a word yet. I can extract the bolt myself but it’s the principle.

AMAZING! It was the first time I stopped in and was immediately greeted with kindness and respect. The service was wonderful and I felt very welcome. It was quick, but not rushed by any means, and they took the time to go over everything with me. I HIGHLY recommend getting your vehicle serviced here, Ill be coming back for sure!

Absolutely enjoyed this experience. We were offered water upon pulling up, and my son was offered a juice box. The men working there were professional and knowledgeable about everything they were doing. Great humor and customer service. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend!

I don’t believe that they are trustworthy. I went in to have my oil changed and on the receipt it says that they performed a service check list. On this check list they stated that they washed my windshield, filled washer fluid, and reset my oil light. Those services where not provided, yet on my receipt, they are checked off as if they did. If they have no problem lying about services such as the ones stated, I feel like they may be lying about checking the oil filter and air filter. I will not be going back to this Take 5 because they have been proven to be untrustworthy.

I went to Take 5 on 4/16 for an oil change b/c my light was on saying “check soon”. The gentleman as I was pulling is was very nice however, the one that was actually motioning me in and doing the oil change was not. He had a major attitude and was not friendly at all. When the job was “done” I was told my bill was $118.97! When I started questioning this, the nice gentlemen said it was because I needed a new air filter and 6 quarts of oil (Castrol Edge Synthetic)( the gentleman did offer me a )12 off coupon tho). I have never needed 6 quarts and the bill was at least $45 higher than I normally pay at the garage I always go to (who didn’t have appt available and I am a Nurse and have very limited time to go during the week). When I got home and was almost in tears (that’s a LOT of money for me). I reviewed bill and oil change alone was $79.99 plus $8.99 for extra quart and “Service Check List” said everything was “good”, “safe”, “clean” when for a fact I know that 5 things were absolutely not done because I never left my car. The oil light reset said done but that is an untruth and now every time I turn my car on it says “change oil soon”. I do not recommend this company for any women going in there alone. I feel I was really taken advantage of.

Pulled in and immediately was greeted with a water and quick service. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, you dont have to even get out of your car, and everyone is very nice. Even washed my windows. I will be going back and letting my friends and family know to go there!

1st oil change 5 months ago was good, the one today was good till I got to the car wash. I had oil EVERYWHERE under my truck..50k truck and NOBODY had the decency to wipe all the spilled oil off the bottom of my truck?? It had 0 oil on it before they touched it, only has 30k miles on it. Total lack of RESPECT for my truck, I know they seen it, they made the mess!!!! Totally DISAPPOINTED. Wont go back now.

Charged my wife 40 more dollars for our personal vehicle vs me having my oil changed in my work truck. Both motors are same block. Wife asked for cheaper oil and they put premium oil in. Unfortunately the wife does not know better and upcharged her. Is Really a shame. Me personally am not worried about it. It is what it is. What I do worry about is a elderly person living on a fixed income being took advantage of

Take 5 is a drive-thru oil change place. They had great customer service and it was extremely quick. The oil change only took about 10-15 minutes if that. The guys were super nice and even gave my kids juice and snacks while we waited. Never even had to get out of the car. The only draw back was the price. My basic oil change was about $65 and that was after using a coupon. I probably could have gotten the same oil change somewhere else for much less but it would have taken ALOT longer (at least an hour) and the customer service probably wouldnt have been as good. If you are in a hurry, dont want the hassle of making an appointment, and dont mind spending the extra cash then go for it. Ill probably go back bc as someone with kids I dont have all day to sit around and wait and the customer service was top notch.

Known Roger, the manager and Andrew, the assistant manager for a long time and both are great with customers and driven more in service than sales. Hard to find a quality team like they have. For a quick lube they are fast but also honest which is hard to find.

The best place in town

Took one of my vehicles in for an oil change a few weeks ago, and I noticed oil leaking bad after a few days. Went in under the vehicle to check, and the filter was not tight at all causing the oil leak. If the filter would have come off while driving, I doubt these guys would have taken responsibility for another engine.

Did not put the oil filter on all the way about fell off on the way home and oil went every ware. Not the best place for a oil change.

Awesome very convenient drive in the guys do the work very efficient wow will be going there again they are quick better than making appointments and waiting around to have done you need to give them a try.

Well there was some issues however the owner did resolve the issues Id just be careful make sure your car is in good running shape before you leave my brother also had issues with the oil change he received

In and out in less than 15 minutes! Didnt need them, but they also have wiper blades. Friendly and fast.
