Had a great experience, got exactly what I wanted. Salon was clean, staff super friendly.

I have been here several times in the past, but my most recent visit was terrible. I will not be returning. Rude and unprofessional. A pedicure should be a relaxing experience. It should not involve employees talking amongst themselves and laughing the entire time!

I absolutely love this place! I have been here twice, they have been very professional and have gotten to me in a timely manner! The best nail salon I have been to. Jack is the best!

Ill never go back there to get my nails done again!! Every time Ive gone even with an appt Ive had to wait to get my nails done, once I waited an hour with an appt. The last time I went, I took my own gel nail polish that I ordered because they charge me $15 extra just for gel polish and after using my polish that I brought to my appt they still charged me extra as if Id used their polish. Rip off!!

My daughter went with a friend and had a full set of nails done by Helen 4/21/21. Either Helen is new at doing nails or perhaps has had a bad day. This is the worst set of nails I have ever seen. They look like gorilla gloves. They are super thick and badly shaped. Additionally, they are crooked. I called and spoke with the owner and expressed my distaste for what was paid in the services provided. I asked for a refund to which she denied. I will never use this salon going forward and will advise anyone else to pick somewhere else.

Do not go here! they do not care about your nails and do a sloppy job. i went here the other day and had a very bad interaction. i showed the lady what i wanted and she gave me the direct opposite. although the shape and quality of the nails were terrible, i just asked politely if she could just change the color; she then charged me 8 dollars extra to fix a mistake she made. my total was 38 dollars and i walked out with regular polish and uneven/thin nails. i am very unhappy and many of my friends have said the same thing about this place. do not go here!

I came in today to get a full set of nails. I showed up around 4:40, and left with my nails still not done after them closing at 7( I didn’t walk out until around 7:30). The ladies excuse was that “i didn’t make an appointment and they went before walk ins” now, I understand that, however I had already been waiting for over 2 hours before they even came up and asked what I wanted, they didn’t even know where I was on the list. Even when people would show up early for their appointments, they were still sat down first. I find it very unprofessional when a customer is waiting for almost 3 hours ( would have been more if i didn’t walk out) and i still hadn’t even been seated. I understand it is my fault that I was unable to make an appointment, but three hours is simply far too long to have to wait in a nail salon, appointment or not. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning. I could have gotten my hands AND feet done, maybe even a wax within the time that i waited, and still I walk out with no service done.

I went to get the first professional pedicure I’ve had in a long time. I signed in and they told me to choose any pedicure chair. I sat there for 30 minutes and FINALLY someone came and told me that it would be at least 45 minutes before they would even be able to begin. They should have told me this the second I signed in. I feel this is an unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat a customer. I left.

I made an appointment and was not seen until 45 minutes later, then my manicure was very rushed and I left with uneven nails and bleeding cuticles. I have only had my nails a week and they are already falling off.

My friend got nails done here and the nail tech was extremely rude and didn’t listen to what she wanted, the nails were very uneven, flimsy and just overall terrible and they came off so quickly when she got home, not worth the 42$

I have never been disappointed with the customer service at JK Nails. I usually get a Gel Mani-pedi. Ive always had good results. It is very clean with good polish selections and wonderful massage chairs.

They close at 7pm yet will start turning you away at 6:30 pm!! Been using them for 10+ years. Recently moved to Greensboro and was told 30 mins to close to come back tomorrow!! I will NEVER deal with a place that turns anyone away BEFORE closing!! Guess it’s time for me to find someone in Greensboro as well as ALL of my friends!!

Love this salon! Kim is my go to nail tech if I am able to make an appt. However, I can walk-in and get a wonderful job done by anyone there. They are amazing at pedicures and I will only go to them for my SNS nails.

Services are definitely what you pay for as far as pricing goes. The staff is friendly but it gets crowded so I would definitely make an appointment.

Gave me the design I wanted but the worst shape I’ve ever had any nail place give me. I feel like she rushed it and it ended up looking terrible and I had to fix it myself. I’ll never go there again they were also rude

The nail tech couldn’t do anything my niece asked then made a line in her nail didn’t get the excess polish off laughed and said sorry and kept going. Please get nail techs that can do the work.

Best place to get a pedicure

Literally the BEST pedicure I have ever had. And I live 4 hours away. Visiting my in-laws for the weekend and I would be willing to come and start making appointments at this place versus the salons in my own city. They take their time, and put so much care into it. Sweetest nail techs, reasonable prices, and amazing technique. AMAZING experience!! Thank you Anne, and Chin! You rock!!! Would leave 10 stars if I could!

I went here to get a mani pedi for my bday with my friend and it was my first time going to this place. the lady that was doing my nails was so nice and helpful! I’ll definitely go back next time I’m I’m Asheboro!

I was recommended by a friend. Long wait but my sister and I weren’t in a rush. The employees definitely were though, even though we were the last to be served out of a large crowd. I just wanted a manicure for my natural nails, my sister wanted acrylics. The nail tech I had was friendly but I asked for round nails and she left them very squoval and also got the gel polish into my cuticles all over and too close to the skin on the sides. This caused it to loosen and lift around the sides and cuticle in less than a week, and it chipped off looking horribly unprofessional. I paint my nails with regular polishes and last longer.As for my sisters acrylics? The man (owner?) absolutely destroyed her nails with the e-file, clearly used tips too large for her nails (they were well into the skin on the side of her fingers), and the acrylic was put so far away from the cuticle that it looked like she needed a fill immediately. Unfortunately the acrylic started lifting in just a few days. And speaking of cuticle, he cut it so carelessly that it was bleeding after.I wish I had taken photos. You shouldn’t leave a nail salon staring at your hands in shock and disappointment at what they’ve done. Awful service, a waste of 2 hours and $60. Go to Greensboro.

Waited 2 hours for a pedicure. After asking when I would be able to be seen and not getting a clear answer, I proceeded to set the polish down and leave. The woman decided to tell me I didnt have to have an attitude as to provoke me further on the way out the door. Horrible customer service.

They do a fantastic job! Friendly staff, clean salon, convenient location! I’ve gotten lots of compliments on my acrylic nails; they look natural and hold up well for a long time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this nail salon regularly for about 3 years now. I always get a pedicure here and when I do they take their time and are very thorough.Only reason why I didn’t give them a five star is because they are ALWAYS super busy. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go or what day it is, there is always a wait! I have waited over an hour before to just get a pedicure. Crazy!! They need to at-least give people a time frame of when they’ll be served instead of just saying “someone will be with you shortly”.And another reason for 3 stars and not 5 is due to them not cleaning the pedicure chair/tubs properly.I also got my eyebrows waxed here one time and the lady took about half of my eyebrow off. Thank goodness my eyebrows grow back fast.Overall I do like this place but if you are in somewhat of a rush or are looking to get something done off a whim, I would not recommend coming here.

That was one of the best pedicures I have had. They have a whole menu of pedi options with reasonable prices. Plenty of staff for walk ins. Were able to accommodate me and my friend together. Older massage chairs but comfortable, and the kneading selection was strong and worked really well.

Today was the first time I went there. I got a fill for my nails. The man there that did them was named Jack. He was awesome and made me laugh. I will be going back. Made me feel so welcome there.

Never left from there unsatisfied!!! Even when my gel polished raised, the technician repaired them with no problem. I love the atmosphere and I refuse to go anywhere else! Oh yea, I love an hour and 10 mins away.

Vi was so nice! My left hand is very contracted from a stroke I suffered. Most nail places refuse to take the time to cut those nails, much less paint them. She cut them, buffed and painted them. She did a beautiful job. I will be back. :)

Been going for as long as they have been open, 15 plus years, Jack, Kim, Tracy, Helen etc..all wonderful.

All the other times I have done my eyebrows they have done them very good but today I don’t know if she was new, she did them way to thin and I am not happy with them at all! Don’t recommend this place! Terrible.
