I was helped immediately, the worker was very kind and gave me exactly what I asked for. For $40 (SNS with tips) I can’t believe how perfect my nails are!

My mom myself and my 3 yr old went Wednesday 5/19/21 and it hasn’t even been a week. Myself and my mom asked for tips with a gel overlay instead we received acrylic with gel polish. Every single nail both mine and my moms have a space between our real nails and the artificial nails meaning they are not glued completely down and are already coming off. The workers are really nice however they need to further their education. The work done is that of a nail tech beginner student and the prices are too high for such poor quality work. I will NEVER be going back!

Do not come here I got my nails done and in less than a week they were coming off already. On top of that all my nails are crooked, do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money here they had charged me 35 and they were clear simple short nails. The lady who did them was very nice, but very poor quality nails.

I have been many times and always have an excellent experience. By far my favorite place to get my nails done. I have real nails that are long and seem to have a hard time finding places that know what to do with real nails, but not here. They are great every time!

Me and my family go as much as possible, people are very sweet and good at what they do!

Only 3 because the girl who done them before this past time I went done absolutely amazing. This past time I paid 27 dollars for a fill in with gel paint and the MAIN MANAGER who done my nails DIDNT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I TOLD HER and I asked for the acrylic to be thin, but its thick & uneven, and the gel on my thumb is already peeled off only two days later the first time I waited 3 weeks before I needed a fill but the girl who done then was on vacation.

If youre a woman and you get youre nails done, DO NOT go to Star nails inside Randolph mall! 🙅‍♀️ I went and got my nails done there yesterday since I was already at the mall. I needed a fill in and 4 nails had come off, so I needed 4 nails replaced. Well, he insisted he take off the remaining nails and put a full set on (I couldnt understand him much so I just said go ahead) 😐 he takes my nails off my left hand with a sharp unused fake nail, by sliding it between the REAL nail and fake nail. He gets to my right hand and attempts to do the same to my pinky nail. All of a sudden I feel a sharp pain and look at my hand and my nail is BLEEDING! He stops and looks shocked and says hes not gunna take off anymore nails. He cut my REAL nail UNDERNEATH the fake nail and couldnt get the rest of the fake nail off! Well, long story short he put a new fake nail on top of the old one and said hed file it down to even it with the rest (which he couldnt do when it came down to it bc it hurt when he tried to!) And today while at work, my ENTIRE real nail and the fake nail on top of it is COMING OFF and its bleeding STILL!!!! 😣 He apologized, but didnt even offer me a discount or ANYTHING!!! I am sooooooo pissed!!!!! 😳😡😠

If i could give no stars i would- the only thing that was done right was the color i picked out. my nails were cut too short and i wasnt even asked what nail shape i wanted- and she did them my least favorite shape too. My nails aren’t even at all and theres acrylic under them, my skin was glued to the nails but it also already feels like theyre loose. She didn’t even use that much glue and she completely rushed the whole thing and acted like she didn’t want to do her job, but she could’ve asked us to come back if she was busy. I don’t understand why the mall is shutting down good places instead of places like this. I am highly dissatisfied because usually when I do come here it wasn’t as mediocre of a job done and am left feeling satisfied but this last visit made me rethink ever coming back. Was NOT worth the money.
