Amazing, friendly people. Entertained me and my friend the whole time we were there, comfortable atmosphere throughout the salon. For sure coming back. Plus they have a cute dog. Theyre hilarious.

I have been going to Q Nail since I was 12 or 13( over 10 years). Peter and Lisa are part of our family now. When I moved away for college, I visited another salon and was horrified by the quality! Peter and Lisa hold a high standard for their work and settle for nothing less. Expect conversation that will have you blushing and compliments that will bring a smile for years to come. Peter is to the point. He’s a business man and isn’t going to beat around the bush. Be respectful of him and his time and he will be respectful of yours. If you bring children in, please watch them. They aren’t babysitters. Well priced for the high quality they offer.

First time coming here. I walk in and a guy asked me what services I want. I informed him I wanted my acrylics taken off and before I could complete all that I wanted, he told me they are too busy with appointments. Why even ask what I wanted?? It was 1 other person there as a customer. Never has that happened. If it is busy, the person let me know that I can wait.

The staff is super knowledgeable and do not try to upsale you. They make you laugh and the salon is always full of smiles. I started going here after being a regular at another salon for 2 years and I received much better service here. Q-Nails will be the only ones doing my nails from now on. My daughter and fiancee love to go here also. Highly reccomend.

I have gone to other nail salons but they are never are good as here or for their pricing. I wont say they are cheap because they have lower prices. It has a bad connotation. They deliver quality service every time! Two weeks growth photo.

This salon says it’s open at 11:00am on Sunday’s. We drove there at 11:30 only to find the doors locked. There was no sign on the door stating it was closed. I won’t waste my time or gas going there again

I love this nail salon. My sister and Luther family members had been going here for years and im saying like 15 years and we always have a blast talking to Peter and Lisa and the other ladies.

Awesome experience. My nails literally could not be more perfect. So many colors to choose from. I walked in, was greeted and waited about 20 seconds.

The nail technician did a great job on shaping my nail, except for one thumb, but the paint is really sloppy. I was charged $25 for a full set with basic nail polish.

Very very unprofessional and RUDE. I called up here just now to schedule a nail appointment. He said he couldnt get me in until next week, I said that was fine. He then offered me 6:30 on Friday, and I said that didnt work, next Monday would be fine. He offered 9:30 on Monday and I said that would not work, I have a 9 am appointment, can I do 10? His response was COME ON LADY. So I said, okay just forget it. His response was then Youre right, just forget it and then he hung up. Terrible customer service. I understand these are stressful times but what happened to being polite?

Peter and Lisa are awesome, they do great quality work. Astro (dog) is just a perk to going there He is so cute and furry.

Love this place! So clean, and Peter and Lisa are so friendly and funny. They do an awesome job! And cheaper than most places. I get the acrylic nails and for a fill in with Gel polish only $22. Most places I been I would pay $39 and higher.

First time going here and I will be coming back! I already had a full set on that I got done at another place 2 weeks prior, but I wasnt happy with them. I let the lady know she could choose to do a new set or shape the ones I had made no difference to me. She redid what I had to exactly what I wanted, I couldnt be happier! She took her time making them look awesome! Also everyone was friendly, funny and engaging in conversation. Clean, nice place. Thank you so much!!!

I went here to get full set nails with regular polish and no gel and he told me it would be 25$ then because I wanted them a medium length he charged me 30$, but my nails look so bad .. the guy who did my nails name was Peter and he would do my nails for like 5 min and then switch to another client, I was there for two and a half hours because he would go smoke a cigarette and then help another client so it took forever.. Peter also was cussing like crazy and just acting very immature . This place is also very unsanitary. It looks like they never clean this place .. Even my friends told me my nails look bad, I have never had a experience this bad at a nail shop I’m very disappointed

Very nice!! My nails are so cute and lovely. We drove all the way from Chicago to here only for q nails !! They are so funny and nice and actually know how to have a conversation.

Sorry I have to rate this place so poorly. But as a health care professional I feel this place rating for clean nail tools and feet basins have failed. The basin that I had my feet soaking in was not cleaned for the next customer. The nail tools used on me did not come from a clean package that was sanitized. I observed the tool taken from a plastic container that was put with the nail care personnel. I cant afford to get an infection because the establishment doesnt want to take the time or money to provide clean tools for my feet and hands. Peter was nice until I checked out and he insisted on me paying cash, and stated the price was 51.00 the raised to 56.00 when he realized i had cash. Please make sure you check out on how well your nail tools and basin for your pedicures are cleaned. Someone elses fungi could be yours. Hello Health Department.

Not impressed...it took less than 30 minutes to get a pedicure.This is my time I try to set aside for myself to relax every so often and it was anything but that. The woman next to me was there before me and not even close to being done when I left. The woman doing my pedicure didnt even rub the lotion/gel she put on my legs in all the way. There was no massage or relaxation to this experience with the woman next to me yelling on her phone the whole time and feeling like it was a rush to get me out the whole time. It is very clear who their regulars are and who where not. A waste of money in my opinion. I wont go back!

Sooooo extremely disappointed!! Unless youre a regular, which I dont understand why people come back here, your treated as such. Asked for a full set which is only $23, and I got french manicure so no polish necessary, only to be charged $34!!!!!! Her response, my TOP CLEAR COAT was gel. Never once did I ask for this. Plus my friend was charged an extra dollar because she likes her nails long?!?!?!? Are you kidding me?? Talk about money hungry!!! I wanted to give a new salon a try but NEVER AGAIN!! $70 later!!! I was sick to my stomach. Im not one to cause a scene so I left quietly, realizing Ill never return and make sure I spread the word to my family and friends. Plus the owner is very foul mouthed.

The fact that I just called to cancel my appointment bc I have a sick child. Peter answered the phone and said ok no more appointment for you and hung up on me!!! How RUDE and extremely unprofessional!!! ESPECIALLY given the MANY times my family and I have had appointments AND have waited for a VERY long time!! I’ve seen him talk terribly about customers when they leave and I’ve never said anything! I’ve never been treated so poorly with any salon before! Grow up Peter and learn how to treat customers! I hope my family finds a better nail place that treats customers better than this! I would also like to mention this was the first time I’ve ever canceled an appointment and my mother was still going to come but he didn’t give me time to say that! Horrible Horrible!!! I will never go back!

Waited 30 minutes for them to open just for them to tell me it was appointments only and they couldn’t help me. Maybe put a sign up if you’re not taking walk ins when the sign on your door says you do.
