Had a pedicure. Was seated quickly. Great foot/leg massage. Le was great and really nice.

Very rushed. Massage was less than 2 minutes and could barely feel. I even asked her to not rush. I had felt like it was a race and did not feel relaxed at all. I wasted my money and wish that I would have went to another salon.

I almost always get the dip on my nails and a pedicure. Prices are great and my nails look great.

I went there and I asked for coffin and the shape I got is very much not coffin it is rounded. Also on the website and front desk there is a sign saying high schoolers are 20$. Well I got up to check out and they said it was 40$. I asked why it changed and they said the length, they have no Length to them. It’s sad that they lied to a kid and forced more money out from me. So I gave them 40$ and 0$ for a tip.

Hair was found under my nail, uneven design and texture and poor shape ND communication

I have zero concern with the cleanliness of the facility. They have plastic wrap covering the pedicure basins, which I have never seen but thought was nice. I was with a friend, and her pedicure was basically complete before someone started on mine. The pedi package I got was nice, but the technician cut the corners of my toenails off at a weird angle then ripped out what she said were ingrown nails. I dont have ingrown nails. When she trimmed my nails, she did one cut straight across, making the nails look like trapezoids or gemstone shapes with sharp corners in the middle of the nail. So weird... I trimmed the sharp edges off when I got home. And now my toes hurt where she ripped out the ingrown nails. My friends tech (Lucy) seemed to do a good job, though.

I have gone here before but this time I was very disappointed and won’t be going back. They started on my nails and it was not clear what service they were giving me. Then, I had to wait longer and they switched me three times between workers. Each time I felt rushed and they didn’t take the time on my nails. At the end I didn’t get the service I asked for and they charged me extra for something I didn’t want. In the end my nails had some flaws.

They have taken all the steps to open responsibly and do a great job on nails.

I went to get acrylic nails. The wait time was fine and it was very clean and overall a nice shop. However when I got home after getting them done they seemed fine to me until I looked at them with better lighting. My left hand is perfect. The polish is great and the shape and length are great but when I looked at my right hand the gel on my thumb was peeling up from poor application and on my pointer and index finger the polish was wrinkled and looked horrid. I’m going to try to go back up there tomorrow and show them and get it fixed but I’m just overall disappointed. As a 16 year old who just payed $40 plus a $5 tip I’m pretty upset about this. I seriously hope they will understand and fix it for me.

Friendly staff! Always have same day appointments, which is great for a busy on the go person like me. Always seems very clean and organized! I love AA Nails! I’ve had all of them work on my nails except Lee, but I have been pleased with them all.

The people were very kind, but the overall job on my dipped nails was pretty sloppy and she cut my cuticles a few times with the buffer power tool. She clearly missed spots on the nails as well. I will not be going back to this nail salon.

Most terrible experience ever! Girl was in such a hurry there was polish all over toes & feet. Pedicure lasted maybe total of 15min because she was hurrying to get to her next appt. the foot massage was 2 min top. I had to flag another girl down to remove the polish off my feet fix a spot she completely missed my toenail & trim part of nail she left on. Will never go back. Also cut sides of nail back almost went thru roof it hurt so bad. Then she proceeded to tell me I had ingrown nails. I do not have ingrown nail & never have. Although since she cut terrible I may get one now.

Very clean. Staff nice. 4 star because very difficult to get into. Says take walk-in then always say too busy. Gina by far the best but owner Lee is good too.

Always kind and courteous. Very clean sterilized instruments. Been going sine they first opened. No bad experiences, Le does great work. I go nowhere but there.

Came in with long nails, my nails! Wanted dip set, tech cut my nails off even though I told her no, and tried to put plastic tips on my nails. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! My nails are so short now that I cant even scratch an itch! Also brought my 10yr for a pedicure because they have the kid chairs that would let her feel like a princess, they didnt use the child chair, (so why have it?) and charged me a different price than I was quoted on the phone. I will NEVER return.

I have natural nails that were all an even length. I asked her to leave them the same rectangular shape yet, she filed them into a almond shape that looks like trash and theyre all uneven lengths. Her file left a black mark on my polish that wont come off and she said it was my fault. The polish is uneven and doesnt even go to the edge of my nails. My friend got acrylics and they look even worse. Theyre all different shapes and lengths. I asked for a manicure and she added extra things that I did not ask for then upcharged. My friend with me is a nail tech and even said they were horrible. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend this place. I have gone there on two different occasions to get a pedicure the sign said they did not close for 45 minutes and the open sign was on. However, both times they said they were closed and turned me away.

Made an appt. I got helped partially and then the lady helped someone else and I sat there for 30 mins without being talked to or helped again.

Great place to have your manicure and pedicure. Been going for quite a few years.

My friend and myself arrived at Bingo nails at 12:30. Yes, they were busy so I didn’t mind the wait. 4 other ladies walked in after me and signed in. 15 minutes go by and the other ladies that walked in after me got taken care of first to start off. I said something to them and they got us with a tech as soon I brought it up. We came in to get ombré dip powder nails and the lady we were with was the only one that did that. We knew we would be there awhile, that was fine. Once my friend got done, she asked how much it would be and our tech said only $20 today because we waited so long and had been patient. 3 hours later.... our nails were finally done. Great! Then once we both went to pay (after she told us $20 is what my friend and I would pay) she charged my friend $50 and myself $40!!!!!!! No wonder she wouldn’t take our cards after she told us the price. I have been going to Bingo Nails since high school and know the owner. The only reason I don’t give it a 1 star rating is because i know Lyn wouldn’t have allowed this. I cannot believe this happened. We got lied to and screwed for our money. It would have been different if she didn’t lie and then get defensive when we called her out on it, but it is what it is. We will NEVER go back.

Just ok... first time to get gel polish... suppose to last 2 weeks and peeled off after 1! Toe nails were painted different shade than finger nails... just not what I was expecting
