The woman doing my feet was an expert artist at doing my toenails in french nails. She also gave me an awesome foot massage! All of this, in gel, for only $45! I will come back here when I am visiting Arnold again!

Helen does an amazing job. I prefer filling my acrylics to the dip and its hard to find someone that does fills now and not to mention does them well with attention to details.

I went with Sister to get her power nails and change colors on her toes. They were very friendly and talked to Linda. They have been doing my sisters nails for 18 years. So they are a great place to get face and pedicures acrylic nails powder nails manicures they do it all and they do a great job. I would have got my nails done there but I live in Kansas City and I just got mine done by my regular guy Ive been seeing him for 10 years.

Average pedi for an average price. Love that they take walk in customers. Very friendly staff.

I went in to get my acrylic nails replaced, all she did was paint the white on my tips. Left excess white on my nails and made my nails very thick not to mention the white tips looks thick and chunky. My nails are discolored from the old acrylic left on.Very unhappy and I will not come back

Not professional nail art looks like a blob of colors peep it was supposed to be a broken heart. The nail is raised when I lay my hand flat. The nail is not painted fully. My nails are not even I got them almond they look stiletto some are pointier then others and are definitely not filed correctly. Honestly I can do my nails better then how they did.

My nails were so gross, very sloppy, I had to go to another salon to get them redone at my expense. The staff is so unfriendly and thier office is dirty and gross. They have roaches! So unsanitary.

Called on a whim to get my nails done. I was in and out in an hr and my nails are perfect. They were super sweet and I will definitely be going back with my daughter because I seen they have 2 spa chairs for children as well.

I took my 5 year old there tonight to get her nails done. She picked out blue and wanted a purple flower. The nail tech did great! Amy, (I believe) went above and beyond adding details and was really patient with my daughter, even when she squirmed! 10/10 would recommend. It was clean, everyone was very friendly.

Worst experience ever! Dont waste your time and money going here. Not recommended! Went in for a simple pedicure an was not at all happy! They didnt take there time and was rushing. On top of that they did not get any of my dead skin off, get under the toes or wait for the paint to dry! Some of my toes are half painted with one coat or missed. And he put on the top clear coat before the paint was dry so the paint was dripping an the clear coat was all over my skin not my toenails. It started to peal an I asked him to fix it, all he did was paint over it an walk away! Horrible place!

I went here to get a ombré full set it was horrible there was a roach on the wall my nails were horrible then when I expressed my unhappiness they man got a attitude drilled my nails all uneven and cutt me multiple times

My first initial visit with the salon was on 11/21/16. I went in for a pedicure and manicure with my friend . Since it was our first time there they were telling us about the services they offered including eyelash extensions. Patrick told us that he does them for $25.00. I said that was really cheap because I have friends that pay $80 or more for the same service he described and he said he dont charge much and gets more business. I told him I wasnt able to get them that night but I would like to do it before my trip to Mexico in a couple weeks.So I went back to the location on 12/03/16 around 10:30 AM to get my eyebrows waxed and asked if he had time to do the extensions. He said yes it would only take him 15 minutes. I thought that was not very long for something so tedious but I figured he was the professional and he knew what he was doing. He proceeded to start the process and about 10 minutes later he said he was done and handed me the mirror to open my eyes and he had glued the corner of my right eye shut. He took the mirror from my hands and took an object to peel my eye apart. It was nothing very painful but a little uncomfortable. He then handed me the mirror again and I opened my eyes and was horrified as to what he had just put on my eyelashes. They were nothing like he described they would be (see attached picture). They were sections of eyelashes like you buy at your local beauty store and simply glued on. I could have done this at home and have done it at home before and not to mention I did a better job. I left there feeling like a clown and texted my friend laughing and joking about how ridiculous they looked. I was going to chalk it up as a bad idea to get them done there.That evening at bed time my right eye started to feel really irritated like there was something in it. I would go to the mirror time and time again to check to make sure none of these lashed were in my eye. The next morning when I woke up my eye was really red and starting to really hurt. I tried putting Visine in it and nothing was helping. I took my contact out and by bed time I could hardly open my eye. I woke up on 12/05/16 and my eye was swollen as now so my other eye. I went straight to the eye doctor and was told that I had a horrible eye infection and I was to remove the lashes ASAP and I could not wear my contacts for one week. The doctor said that I needed to use the medicine every 2 hours in my eyes while I was awake and use ice packs every 2 hours for the swelling. I started the drops right away hoping relief would soon be here.I left the pharmacy and went straight to the salon demanding my money back. I told them what was going on and they said maybe I was allergic. I told them this was not an allergy it was an infection. They were very rude and not very sympathetic at all. They left me standing there while people are sitting there and wrote me out a check for the $25.00 I paid. They just handed it to me and didn’t say anything at all. Not a sorry or is there anything I can do or nothing.By that evening my eyes had gotten worse where I could barely open my eyes. By 12/06/16 after 36+ hours of medicine they still were not any better (see attached picture). I had to miss work as a bartender which cost me a lot of money. I couldn’t even see to drive and had to get a ride to pick my son up from an after school activity.12/07/16 still infected eyes with little relief in sight. (see attached picture)I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO USE CAUTION. THIS IS JUST A FIRST STOP ON MY COMPLAINT LIST. THE STATE BOARD IS NEXT.

My daughter and I went and got our nails done today with Helen. She did a wonderful job. Helen is the only one that I will let do my nails. I recommend Helen 100%.

My daughter and I LOVE Lily’s! My gel manicures last 2 weeks (sometimes longer). I always get compliments on how pretty my nails look. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. We will never go anywhere else!

Although there are plenty of negative responses on here, I had a great experience with Lilys Nails. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Patrick. The woman who worked with my mom communicated well and made fun small talk and overall had a quick and friendly service. Patrick did a lovely job on my own nails and made me feel welcomed. Definitely would recommend.

I got a full set n all the nails easily popped off within 4 days , they did a really good job n the price is good , they just immigrates that know how to paint n do brows but CANNOT DO A FULL SET

WORST place I have EVER been! I came in with my two daughters to get our nails and toes painted. We didnt want a full manicure or pedicure, just nails and toes painted. None of the employees seemed to know English. I showed them a picture of nails we liked online, and asked could they do it. They shook their head yes, but proceeded to do what ever they wanted. None of us left happy! I spent $48 of my hard earned money and Im very upset with the outcome. If they couldnt do, or didnt want to do our nails like the picture all they had to do was say so. Instead they pretended they were going to do it, and when I said something the girl doing my nails said she could not speak English. Instead of being rude in front of everyone there I decided Ill never go there again, and I would be sure to tell everyone about how HORRIBLE they are! I only gave one star because I had to in order to leave a comment, but they deserve NO stars, they are that BAD!!!!!

I love love love Lilys nails. I used to not get my nails done at all, because I couldnt find somewhere I loved. The last time I went there, Pat picked my color out for me. They talk to you like theyre your best friend. Love it here and wont go anywhere else!

Helen did a good job on my nails. But I won’t go back there. They just wiped down the pedicure bowl mo disinfect and there were bugs some d ad some alive. The woman next to me said they were bed bugs. Generally the salon was dirty.

I went there with my sister for a manicure. Im a licensed cosmetologist, means I can do hair & nails.All the girls were busy taking care of regular customers, So my sister & I were taken care of by some guy , that used an unclean cuticle nipper on me at the least. When it came to the hand and arm massage, he locked his fingers with mine & rocked my hand back & forth. Also, he didnt push back the cuticles before he started cutting all around my fingers.Also, I waited for quite some time with my right hand fingers in a bowl of suds, several women had their pedicures started and then finished, but I never saw anythingsanitized! Nothing was taken out as new like it should have been!I will not go back ever! Unsanitary from what I observed, & experienced ! ! !

I was not a regular customer at Lilys Nails & Spa in Arnold, MO, but occasionally I would stop in this location to try to support my local businesses by having a manicure and pedicure done. I noticed that each nail technician had a different way of doing a manicure and pedicure, some a lot better than others. The last two times I had a manicure done there, I was very disappointed with the results. The first time I went back and they fixed the problem. (They like to use the word fix a lot.) The second time I went back because of a problem, I walked in with the interest of just getting a refund. I told the technician that I did not want them to fix my nails because I didnt have time and because this was my second bad experience in a row and I just wanted a refund. I told them I had just gotten my nails done there the day before and the polish was literally peeling off. Their comment to that was this happened because you didnt get a gel manicure. I asked her if the polish was old and she said no. They continued to tell me they would fix my nails. They said they already ran the charge on my credit card and could not reverse it to issue a refund. I asked to speak with a manager and they said the manager wasnt in. At the same time another lady in the shop was talking to me from the other side of the room and she pointed to the lady I was talking to saying she is the manager, so someone wasnt telling me the truth. I asked the lady I was talking to if she was a manager and she said no. So I asked her to take my name and phone number and have a manager call me but for some reason she couldnt do that either and just kept saying that she would fix my nails. I finally asked her not to say that to me again. As I walked out their door, one of them thanked me for coming in???? I will never set foot in their door again because they would rather lose a customer than issue a refund for poor services. It was either let them fix their problem or let them fix their problem. I had no choices. Bye bye Lilys Nails & Spa. (I had to click on a star to be able to post this review. They dont deserve any stars.)

Okay so let me just start with the room they wax eyebrows in. Black mold in the ceiling, stains on the sheet they put on the bed, there were blankets in the floor like someone sleeps in there, its terribly unsanitary and messy. Not to mention its in this creepy room in back. They dont assist you with this service on the main floor. Then when the employee did the first strip of wax on me she told me to hold on so she could answer the phone. Your joking right? And then she didnt even use any of the stuff that relieves the burn. Just wax n pluck. Took her no time at all to do besides answering the phone and she didnt even follow my shape!! Please fix all this. The appearance, cleanliness, and customer service. Worst experience ever. Will not return to this salon.

The girl who did my nails two days ago on Saturday the 5th, did a bad job after really looking at my nails when i left the nail place. Its been two days and my nails look like they have been on for two weeks i also paid 40 for them and it was not worth it. I want them done for free again or i want my money back.

Patrick doesn’t do very good. I will say Linda is great though. Patrick always gets the acrylic on my skin and uneven. He also always gets the polish on my skin.

Not all the girls do your pedi the same way like massaging. Some dont speak hardly any English so its hard to communicate with them. Linda and Helen are the best.

1ST time I was dissatisfied with the service. Usually very satisfied and couldnt say enough good about Lillys.Everyone is so nice and pleasant.Maybe it was bad day.

The employee!! They are very nice they treat you like family.. I drive 20mins to get to them.

I was inside the salon the other day and have never observed a customer treated with such disrespect in my life. Apparently one of the nail techs had made a mistake on her last visit with the amount left on her gift card. The girl at the front available to do her manicure was screaming the issue at Patrick to the back of the salon so everyone could hear what was going on. You could tell the poor girl (she was a young teenager) was so embarrassed. And the entire time to girl was getting her nails done the rude ass technician was talking about how now she had to pay for it out of her check and that it was the girls fault, like she did something wrong, instead of the previous tech who messed up the gift card balance... I ended up sitting next to the girl at the drying station and the technician was in such a hurry to finish with her that she had actually cut off skin on the girls cuticles with the damn electric filer!!! Completely unprofessional! Not to mention people have said there are roaches in the waxing room in the back!!! Wont be going back, I dont definitely dont want to be the next disrespected customer!! Save your time and your money people and avoid Lilys, Ill be taking my business to Bingos down the street!

I went there last week and had a horrible experience. I got a full set and the quality is horrible compared to other nail salons I have been to. The customer service is lacking big time. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

My daughter had her nails done for prom, no time to fix it, they look very unprofessional, anyone could have accomplished what they did. The nails and polish were crooked, and uneven.

This was the worst gel manicure I have ever received! First, my nails were not filed evenly (pictured) After he filed my nails, he proceeded to pour oil all over my arms and massage them and my hands for 15 min. Creepy. The oil came in a squeeze tube that youd use for ketchup. 12 hours after, I developed bruises on my hands and blisters on my arm! (pictured) As for the manicure: the gel pooled between my nail and the skin and when it was cured it was hard and uncomfortable, the tech was visibly having a hard time finding my color and I didnt realize it fast enough but he chose a similar color on his own. I picked out a beautiful blush pink and got stuck with hooker neon pink. 6 days later my nails are peeling away from the polish. I also find it worth mentioning that there were little gnats crawling on the surface of the table!

Danger! Do not do any business with this salon! I was in on 6/7/17 for a pedi and got stuck with Patrick. Pedi went as usual unitl 24hrs later I noticed a few small red bumps on my leg. On 6/9 I was traveling to Alabama and those bumps became swollen and filled with pus. 6/10 I woke up at the hotel and had a huge pus pocket protruding from my leg and went to urgent care. I was diagnosed with MRSA (staph infection) and impetigo. I was sent on my way with 2 oral antibiotics and an antibiotic ointment and told not to go in any water for 48 hours....and its extremely contagious. We were on our way to Florida! I called the Salon and spoke to Patrick to inform his of my condition and diagnosis. His response, We dont have that here, thank you for calling. I again told him, you sir, performed the pedi and Im telling you, I now have a serious staph infection! I could hear him speaking frantically in another language to someone and he came back on the phone and again said, we dont have that here, thank you for calling. I will be filing a complaint with the state!
