Victor is great he will do whatever it takes to get the look your wanting.Im a very picky person and Im satisfied with his work. He gave me the Cat Eye look I wanted.Happy customer here.But I have to say little pricey my total is proubly going to be close to.$500 .About 4-5 sessions called touch ups $90 a pop.
