They have shared our information to a third party without our consent and we have signed as well as paid but they’re still showing our property. Two illegal and incredibly unprofessional actions. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM EVER. They’re immoral and you cannot trust them on any way shape or form.

I just closed on a house that Front was representing. Upon arriving for our final walk through, the lawn was over grown, hedges were a mess, weeds were growing through cracks in the concrete, and the trashcan in the garage was full. It looked as if there had been no maintenance to the property after we went under contract. They assured us that those things would be taken care of that same week. Did not happen. Very disappointed in the standards they keep their properties during the closing process.

My husband and I highly recommend Amy and Spencer Cearnal at the Cearnal Co. They helped us buy and sell houses. They are extremely enthusiastic, dedicated, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. They go the extra mile. They are quick with responding to any questions or concerns and are excellent at explaining the entire process. And their negotiation skills are exceptional.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review, and Im hoping this is only a reflection of one agent and not the company as a whole. I purchased a home that belonged to an agent that works for CearnalCo, Mr. Flood, and was acting as his own agent. Upon initial viewing, inspection, and final walkthrough the home was in great shape. No smells. No issues. After entering the home after a 3 day lease back (we allowed them 3 days to move after closing with no costs to them) we discovered their cat had urinated everywhere. The smell was so strong. We had it professionally cleaned and bought a black light and tried 3 different chemicals when that didnt work. Seller (agent) is refusing to pay for damages and Im stuck in a home that smells horrendous and having to pursue small claims court.
