We recently used Kathy and her team for the purchase of a new home in Falls Church and the sale of our home in Ashburn. To say that we were happy with her would be an understatement. Kathy and Paul did a wonderful job both in helping us find a new house and in selling our condo. When there was a hiccup with the financing for the buyer of our condo, they went above and beyond both to get everything cleared up, and even reduced their commission to help make up for the difference. They were also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending contractors and other experts for repairs and upgrades.
