I had the most horrible experience with this team. I listed my place with them and to begin with, the agent said she would sell my place for a lot more, which was only a scam to get the business. Next, the agent assigned an individual who sounded like she had no experience as an assistant. The promise was that they were going to advertise my place, which they did not live up to and then allowed for it to sit on the market for 50 days with only a handfull of showings. I wish I would not have gone to this agency because they had experience in Arlington. I regret it!

Wow! I learned way more than I expected and I had a lot more fun than I anticipated. I can’t wait for the next visit! It was very informative, fun and educational meeting. I could have stayed an additional four hours to listen to more. Very fun

Sarah H is always somebody you can contact with any questions, and is more than happy to help with whatever it is you need. (Whether its Real Estate related or not!) The Orange Line Living Team have priority access to numerous homes before they hit the market and their team is different because they focus on departments to handle any and every aspect of a clients needs throughout any transaction. We had the most fantastic home selling and buying experience with Richard Yoon. We arent novices to the process and had a good deal of requirements for buying and selling and Richs knowledge of the area, and the best ways to prepare our home for sale. Richs expertise made everything go so smoothly that we had a contract for our house the very next day after our open house. We were then able to put a contract on our new home and close on both sales within the same week.Rich also has terrific contacts for all aspects of the home renovations that we wanted to do for our new home to get it perfect for us. Each was professional, and even though the house needed a little work for it to be more our style, it was all completed within a week, and we were able to move in early.We plan on recommending Rich to everyone we know that is planning on selling or buying a new home. We worked with Richard Yoon to sell our home in Chantilly. I’ll admit to putting Rich into a couple of tough situations throughout our selling process. He managed to find quick solutions and really made the whole process manageable. I recently attended an Orange Line buyer class. The instructors were clearly highly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. Dan truly exceeded my expectations in terms of his knowledge, skill, and dedication in assisting me to find a home. As a first time home buyer I was new to the process---Dan certainly eased any fears and helped to facilitate the process step-by-step---finding a home, financing, negotiating, etc. What really made him stick out in my mind was his availability; I had no reservations about calling/texting/emailing Dan any time a question popped into my head (this happened frequently and often at inconvenient times)---not once can I say I waited longer than about 30 minutes to get response--this includes an email I sent at 1:15AM. I dont know when this guy sleeps. What I do know is that I would recommend him without reservation!

My husband and I started working with Dan about a year ago. We were off and on with our house hunt. We were torn because we really wanted to buy our first home, but the high prices and competitive market - especially in the DC neighborhood we were focused on - were just discouraging.Our first meeting with Dan was incredibly informative. He was always easy to reach, answered all of my questions, and masterfully guided me through the lending process. What is most unique about Naveeds service is his availability. Generally with any business you have to wait at least 24 hours for a response. Naveed always responds within an hour, usually much less.I would recommend Naveed as he is easy to work with and is responsive to calls, emails and texts!!!
