I lived in one of their properties for 5 years. They are the WORST property managers Ive ever dealt with. They simply refused to fix critical things in our house like the AC or leaks in the ceiling. They would find the cheapest possible way to cover up an issue instead of actually fixing things properly. After asking several times when things would get fixed properly, we eventually gave up.

Been my land lord for 13 years apsolutly a wonderful company and people him n his wife are wonderful people !

I have rented 2 homes, purchased 3, and sold 1 home using the Molloys. I have also referred 5 people who were considering taking the leap into home purchasing to Gene and Myrna, with 3 purchasing their homes from them. There are so many realtors out there just looking to push sales and not look out for YOUR best interest. One of my friends I referred was using another realtor who encouraged her to purchase a home in which they knew would not pass inspection. Friend wasted $350 on an inspection and the time and heartache of going through that let down. I referred her to the Molloys and they took good care of her and gave HONEST feedback with opinions of the homes values and conditions that they showed her.If youre considering purchasing a home I would highly encourage you to go visit with Gene and Myrna. They will help guide you along the way and will make sure the lenders stay on the up and up as well and not take advantage of you! To me, this is priceless service!

Past Employee. worked there for a few months. I went on a religious trip which was prepared and was then fired on my return. Believe what you want. This is my side though. I would not rent or buy from this company. The business practices I saw while working there were outrageous. The boss was constantly watching porn or looking up casual encounter ads on craigslist. Awful thing to constantly walk in on while at work. As well as being racist. Constantly having to hear about how asian people are always so particular and he would refer to neighborhoods as darker just a despicable person. I have seen him lie directly to customers faces. I also scheduled the repairs and we skimp out wherever we can. If we can shake responsibility for it then we will. Just a scummy place.

I would like to give this slum lord negative stars. The other complaints are just as mine, they never fix anything, they never change locks and only if its something required by law such as water leaks will they even respond! After staying there and actually improving the property; they refused to give back my deposit due to repairs! This property was already damaged on arrival and the only reason I stayed initially was because I was promised a different prop but that had already been leased and I had already moved out of my other apt. On move in they only clean thing was the new carpet, the grandson of Molloy stated that all the problems pointed out during the walk through would be taken care of eventually if I stayed long enough. That was a scam to keep my deposit! Everything was filthy and had to be cleaned. Molloy seems to not have day to day control of his staff and unaware mostly of all the problems being reported; I complained many times and the only time they actually came to fix something the next month they went up on rent. STAY AWAY FROM THESES SLUMS AND SLUMMY LANDLORD!
