I really like the selection of tents they have!

Baylie, up front, is very professional, helpful and efficient.The people in the warehouse try to do as little as possible and seemed bothered when filling my rental order...INVOICE #: 72736-1CUSTOMER #: 61874

The tent was fantastic, unfortunately the fans and lights connected the day before and not tested on-site caused unnecessary stress the day before the event. Contacting them on Saturday was like pulling teeth. 3 1/2 hours after I called, I finally received a return call.On Friday, I called and explained the situation about the fans and lights and was given many unsatisfied answers. Bottom line, according to them was that everything worked because it was tested at the warehouse and I would have to pay $150 for them to come out. Even though I told them that the employees did test the property on-site. After the event, I made them plug them in and they verified that they were not working.Their customer service is very poor, because for the money I paid, they should at least want to resolve issues and want their customers to be happy. My advice to anyone who simply must use them, please have everything tested and inspected before they leave. And please read reviews of negative posts, because they tell the true story of what happens after the event and shows how poorly they deal with you once they take your money. I wish I would have read Lauren C. before choosing Peerless.Also, they did a poor job in refunding me for the lights and 2 fans, they should have also given me the $150 they would have charge to come out and test the equipment, especially since they were wrong. They had the audacity to offer a $100 in-store credit which they can keep, because I will never use them again or refer anyone their way.

I was very impressed with the crew who set up the tent! They were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and very mindful not to hit my sprinkler system, which is something I wouldnt have even thought of. The tent really set the party scene off beautifully! The gunmetal cocktail tables were beautiful. The black cocktail stools were a bit worn, which is the only reason Im giving 4-star instead of 5-star, but they worked just fine and looked nice. I would definitely use Peerless again.

Working with Peerless is such a joy and they go above and beyond to be helpful and responsive to any last minute issues you might have. Dawn & Ray and their Crew, (shout out to Juan!) were wonderful to work with and dealt with crazy weather issues to boot! I highly recommend them for your next event!

Peerless is one awesome company! I have worked with them as an event planner and they have met all my needs and expectations - and even surpassed my expectations! Dan and Renee are great to work with, and handle anything you throw on them very well! With this crazy Texas weather I had an event outside and the weather went from freezing to warm to back to freezing the day of the wedding! They sent a guy to come remeasure and figure out the best place for the tent and what all was needed. I have been doing event planning for 10 years and I have worked with many different companies, and this has by far been the best experience I have had with Customer Service and Speedy Service! Thank you and your great team for helping me!

If I could give them a Zero Stars I would. They change the price and requirements and have several add-ons that skyrocket the price. They do not care about the customer and treat you as if you should be honored that they allow you to work with them. Be very careful using them as they ask for private and confidential information. I have worked with 100s of vendors and, by far, they are the worse EVER!

I worked with Jennifer Lucas and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The tent was beautiful, lights were impressive. Jenn was quick to respond and willing to answer a million different questions and explore a million different options with me, very patiently. I’m so appreciative of this company and the culture that empowers Jenn to do great work. We’ll never forget our lovely tent. It was a show stopper

Wonderful! Organized , polite and professional. Equipment was clean and in great shape. Set up/take down was on time and efficient. I made lots of small changes and asked lots of questions. All was handled perfectly. Peerless was so easy to work with. Highly recommend.

My company booked in Peerless Events & Tents for a wedding on Lake Jacksonville this past Sunday. Renee was super helpful and accommodating right from the start. I made SEVERAL changes to the initial quote and she never once complained or seemed frustrated. On the day of the set up, I needed more changes made and Renee and Dan both accommodated us again and again. All the way from Dallas to Jacksonville, TX. The set up crews were all great and friendly as well. This is a great company that will bend over backwards and go way out of their way to help their customers and get the job done. Thank you SO much for the amazing service and beautiful setup!!

Excellent company to work with! Used them for a wedding recently - all indoors, and the quality of EVERYTHING they provided (serving dishes, plates, glasses, tables, linens, farm tables, really cool industrial cocktail tables) was top quality, delivered on-time, and most importantly, taken down and removed on schedule. The best part about using them was that they are experts - i didnt have to bring ideas and ask for anything specific - they asked what our goals were and brought ideas that were within budget. Experts in every sense of the word!

Overall we were pleased with Peerless. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, and linens... All looked great! There is a disconnect though between sales and delivery as we specifically requested a morning tent setup/delivery and they did not arrive until late afternoon with setup complete at 6:30pm. I suggest if you are having a Saturday event as we did with a tent to possibly have them setup on Thursday. :) I hope this helps your event planning!

I called Peerless Events just a few days before my event (another vendor flaked on me) and Jennifer guided me through the process and made it happen! We rented a tent with lighting, chairs, tables and table covers. The delivery and pickup was on time and everyone was very easy to work with. I would definitely do business again with this company.

The Elite College Showcases have been using Dallas Party & Tent for years for their College Showcases, since about 2002 I believe. Over the years I can say that the product and support have been outstanding. As anyone knows, problems occur no matter what you do or who you use. People, businesses and contractors should be measured, not by the fact that they had an issue, but rather how the respond to the issue. I have been working with Sandi for several years now, I even when there are problems, Sandi and the, now Peerless Events & Tents, team have done a phenomenal job taking care of us. Problems, although do happen at times are rectified immediately and everything is done with professionalism.An example, now that I know Peerless and Dallas Party and Tent are one, we have previously used a different company for our Showcase in Round Rock. Sandi informed me that there was a branch in the Austin area so, to me, it was a no-brainer to make the switch. The previous company was always very slow to respond however I continued to use them since they knew what was required annually. It was the easy way out for me. Additionally their product was below average. This year, we used Peerless out of Austin and were extremely happy with everything. I met the installation crew to show them what we needed and the location and the supervisor was amazingly polite and helpful and everything went very well.I highly recommend Peerless Events & Tents, their customer service has been a 10!!!

We have used Peerless for two years now for our annual family Thanksgiving celebration. Ours is a small gathering, but they always treat us like we are a big deal! Theyre very accommodating on delivery notice and times and are wonderful to do business with. I am very impressed with their excellent customer service. We will use them again!

When I called Peerless and got Dan Ferris on the phone he not only gave me what I was looking for but came to see the wedding site and expand everything and gave hes thoughts and ideas on what else I would need to get the perfect wedding tent.He has returned every email and phone call which I my book is amazing.Great JOB Thank you

Peerless provided me with excellent service on short notice and with multiple last minute additions to our order. The tent and other equipment was delivered and setup on time, by a professional and courteous crew. I will certainly do business with them again!

Prompt and affordable. I rented the white folding chairs and tables. They were pretty banged up (scratches and scuffs) but for the price you cant beat it. They have better quality rentals but for what we needed it worked perfect!

I got married on March 12, 2016 and had the pleasure of working with Baylie Hill at Peerless. Her creativity made our day more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. The Peerless team worked together to provide us with functional and elegant rentals, and were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Searching for a party rental around Colleyville I was shocked to find such low ratings of other party rental companies. Peerless was the only one with good reviews, so I hired them. They had the best customer service Ive ever experienced in a party rental, they saw to all of my needs and very timely with utmost courtesy. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

We used Peerless for my nephews wedding and were completely satisfied with the farm tables and benches for the rehearsal dinner. They fit perfectly in the outdoor setting making it look like a picture out of a magazine. Baylie was a delight to work with and assisted us with all of our needs. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Another great experience with Peerless. The delivery, set-up and breakdown went smoothly. The set-up guys are top-notch. This was the third year in a row that I have used this company for large personal functions.

Came in here looking for tents for a wedding the young man luis garcia was very helpful . There was no one up front. I wasnt going to book an event with yall bit he made me change my mind so polite a great customer service. He should not be in the back of the house he should be up front greeting customer and answering calls. .. hey Luis if you need a job making 200k a year let me know I owe a car business I hire being a porter taking guest to and from events. Ill only use you guys if this guy is here and he helps me luis Garcia is the name he gave me.. I need about 15 tents with fans and dining wear for days . Plan on spending 500k for this wedding even if you have tents with a/c units . Can luis deliver it as well? Big cash tip for him 20% cash on what ever I spend of not Ill just deliver the tip to him . Needed tables and chairs when a booked event wasnt set up properly. Within the hour, we were able to pick up dozens of chairs and more than a dozen tables and the event went off without a hitch. Thanks, Peerless!

Fantastic company. Best people, great product

What made Peerless stand out was they didnt charge an exorbitant fee for after hours pickup. Other companies charged 2-4x the rental fee for after hours pickup, Peerless was much more reasonable and that is why they got our business.

Moved by the customer service and kindness I received from Peerless, I am compelled to write my first review. The original rental company I had tried to scam me hours before delivery (the day before our event) by adding charges I refused to accept. That horrible ‘company’ canceled.PEERLESS SAVED MY EVENT.When I called mid-afternoon on a Friday, the Sales Team did everything they could to help me: contacted a manager to get approval for an after hours delivery, immediately forwarded a contract, and worked everything out with their warehouse.Not only did their office staff go far above and beyond, but the delivery driver arrived much earlier than expected and then waited 2 hours for our scheduled delivery at our venue.If I am ever in need of a rental again, Peerless has my business.Thank you so much.

Customer service was superb, however, this was the second time the hot box did not work appropriately and did not keep our potatoes as hot. We ended up having to put sternoes in the hot box to increase the heat.
