She is also very understanding and considerate of customers concerns and requests. shes known to help guys looking for employment. With very good customer service she leaves all customers in smiles and high spirits. Her workers are very effective and efficient, as well as respectful. I definitely recommend her services to all who want a good experience and fun for the kids

Im late posting a review my sons 3rd birthday was in August but Ms. Sandy and her employees were great from begining to end. I got a huge bounce house popcorn and snow one machine great price. She set it up provided everything I needed Im grateful and will be using her again.

Sandy and her crew did an amazing job of setting up the bounce house letting me know the do and donts, very professional in her job,very knowledgeable of it as well. I highly recommend her.

I completely recommend this company. The owner and her workers were on time,courteous, and very professional.They are the higher standard in inflatable companies. If you want it done right, according your specifications their your company.Oh and their attention to every small detail cant be overlooked. Highly recommended!Cooler out doesn’t matter we work all year round.

I have used Big Bounce & Slide for 4 years for neighborhood block parties. They are always on time, courteous, friendly & professional. We have used the combo packages and the slides both wet & dry. The bounce houses & slides r always a big hit!! We have never had an issue & I wouldn’t use anyone else. I’ve shopped prices & this is our go to place for our bounce house needs!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Memorial Day weekend we received a slide that was disgusting and had mildew on it. She was cleaning it in our yard asking us if we had any shower towels to wipe up any dirt from the slide, COME ON, REALLY? The straps to climb up to the top were crusty and old so they tore easily. The time for pickup, I had to help fold the slide because her crew didn’t show up on time to help, we had to roll it across the yard because she forgot her dolly to load it on the trailer. We offered to give her a second chance and she offered another slide to us for just the cost of gas, so we chose a slide for our July 4th party. Her crew showed up on Friday July 3rd, and walked in the fence and started unloading the water slide without any notice of arrival. We had an issue with the pool part of the slide being flat and not aired up. So anytime someone would slide down it, you would hit hard ground at the bottom. We texted the owner and asked if there was anything we could do to fix the issue ourselves. The owner (Sandy) called and started yelling over the phone before we could even talk. She was saying there was nothing wrong with the slide and if you don’t like it, turn off the blowers and leave it there. They came and picked up the slide the morning of July 4th before we even had our party. Once again, they walked into our fence without ANY notice of arrival and loaded up the slide. That’s okay though, because someone would of got hurt on that slide to begin with. I DO NOT recommend this company for any special event! It’s a complete nightmare, not to mention the owner leaves her own 5 star review on here. IT’S A LIE! I wish I could leave 0 stars.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!***Read the reviews FIRST like we should have done!The owner’s name is Sandy. She is extremely unprofessional and VERY RUDE. No sense of customer service skills!We ordered a water slide for memorial day, specifically making sure and confirming with her that adults could use along with children... Her and two guys set it up and CLEANED it with a towel in our backyard. We go to use it and it was mildewed, stunk horribly, the handles to go up the stairs were rotten and braking off. Just GROSS! My family had to spray it down and scrub it ourselves before using it. I text her to let her know and she immediately called me thanking me for going to her first before leaving a negative review. (Apparently shes use to getting the negative reviews). To make up for the nasty slide we got for Memorial Day, she offered us any water slide we wanted for $100. We decided to give it another chance, and paid $100 for another slide for 4th of July. Her and her crew delivered the slide on July 3rd. It was clean! Yay! Well we turn on the water and a 6 year old and a 26 year old get on it and the “pool” area fills up like it should.. As soon as they slide down the slide, they hit the ground. The pool area was not blown up like it should and it hurt my 6 year old everytime he went flying down the slide into the pool area.. to the point he didn’t want to use it. So, I text Sandy asking her if there is anything we could do to keep the pool area blown up. She immediately calls me and the first thing she says as shes yelling “THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT SLIDE, BRANDI” I told her to come pick up her slide and we will never use her again. She said she will be there tomorrow morning to pick it up, which was July 4th. I text her letting her know to call or text me when she is on her way the next morning and that we wanted our $100 back and she never replied and ignored my texts. Must have needed that $100 more than I did! We expected not to get it back seeing how she acted as an owner of a compny. She ended up showing up, opening our back gates without letting us know and leaving. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A REASON THERE IS SO MANY HORRIBLE REVIEWS! BEWARE!

I ordered one of the inflatable houses online and secured a 9:30 AM time for Saturday . I was informed that the 9:30 time was unavailable via phone and that a new time range between 10-11 would be our time slot. Being Memorial weekend and the business busy schedule thats more than understandable. They arrived at 10am to my home to install the bounce house, and i was headed back from the store with no one home to answer the door. I missed 2 calls from the business during my time in the store and returned the call ASAP. I told the lady i was no more than 5 minutes away, and I wanted to she if i could still get the bounce house. She was so rude about the situation, and acted as if i had really put her off and now she had to go out of her way to drop off a bounce house. Not to mention is 10:15 now still well within the time range she provided. She agreed to turn around and come back to my house. I rushed home and pulled onto my street to see her and her crew leaving again. I got out of my car and ran after them for them to only drive away. I texted her at 10:30AM asking why she had left the home and why she didnt stop as i was chasing after her. I got no response till the end of the day.... stating she was so busy with deliveries and did not have time to deal with me. I requested a refund that day. She sent me a text requesting a picture of my card. Then sent a second notice to me letting insinuating that my refund was no time sensitive. Anyway, awful business with a rude manager. Have no sense to what a customer is nor how to treat one.

Extra fun when you add a bounce house or slide for your party. Give them a call!

Worst people to get a bounce house from if it rains they keep 58$ for deposit and either give u back the rest or they give u credit for future bounce rentals first of all I didn’t even get a call that she wasn’t gonna be able to make it. I gave these people two phone numbers that they could have contacted me too mine and my mothers but neither one of us received a call nor text none the less she kept my 100$ and I didn’t receive any type of service it’s been 6 months now and I spoke to her the day after the party and she specifically told my husband and I she wasn’t able to deliver 6 bounce houses that’s 6 deposits that she kept.

Sandy will not disappoint - She runs a very tight ship and can handle the entire process with no worries for her clients. She brings the fun!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!If there was an option to leave zero or a negative amount of stars I would. The owner is ghetto, unprofessional and rude. She appears to have some type of addiction.She was unable to provide a contact beforehand. We paid for a crayola bounce house and she showed up with 1/3 of her 40 ft rock climb stating that it was an upgrade. An upgrade that we didnt want. I told her that we wanted a bounce house. It was very very dirty and looked really old and worn out.We rented a cotton candy machine and as soon as we turned it in it began making cotton candy from old product and dirt in the machine. It was sticky and dirty. We cleaned it and was ready to make cotton candy when we noticed that the product container was dirty which prompted us to look at the date. It expired April 5th and the date was August 5th.She charged us for an all day rental but called us several times throughout the day wanting to pick it up. She actually showed up before the agreed time and said unplug the machines... were taking them. That could explain the unused product in the machine. When expressing our disappointment in the expired product she said its only $5. We asked if she was going to refund and she said no. Now shes saying we shouldve melted the old product off by running the machine prior to using it. As a business owner she shouldve done that and she wouldve noticed the old product still in the machine.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THE OWNERS NAME IS SANDY. DONT BE FOOLED AS SHE IS A FOOL!!!

Worst experience ever she is a total scam. She clearly stated to my husband and I she didnt deliver 6 different bounce houses and kept all deposits didnt contact us at all i gave her two phone numbers she didnt call not even one phone. Beware. And dont rent from her i will be taking legal action against her. Just for the fact that she didnt only do this to me but to 6 other people

WOW. Sandy and her staff took SO much time with us taking care to understand all the ins and outs of my sons party before taking our reservation...They Were there RIGHT on time, set everything up perfectly, and when the party was over everything was Packed up and gone with no inconvienience to us. TOTALLY reccomend this company to ANYONE looking for a bounce house. She Provided all the tables and chairs I needed to, and the kids LOVED the Cotton Candy Machine!!!!! Thanks, SANDY!!!!!
