Customer Service is a bloody nightmare. You pay for what you get. She is not worth your time or effort. I will go to a dog groomer before I will go back to this place.

I just wanted a simple set of acrylic nails coffin shape and painted 1 color! I didnt ask for fancy designs, Extras, or anything dramatic and what I got was fat bumpy misshapen nails. Also at no extra charge I also received cuts on my cuticles, and a horrible attitude with also being border line yelled at in a different langues which It was probably nothing good at all. After a few days of having them on my fingers where hurting, swollen, and throbbing, so I went to a different place to have them removed and to my surprise guess what other extra I have received at no extra cost... A horrible infection!!!!! Now Im on antibiotics... Zero stars

Actually doesnt deserve one star! They have no idea what they are doing. No knowledge of the new styles. Also cannot even communicate. No knowledge of the English language. So frustrating. I decided to walk right out.

She seems to not care that HER work is mediocre....I went for a fill yesterday and it looks as if I still need 1...yuck...She has fallen off ..and judging by lack of clients..i can see why

Wouldnt recommend paid 40 dollars for nails only for it to have bumps and pieces of hairs from the brush stuck in them
