Save your money and go somewhere where they actually are willing to work with you. They didnt clean anything while I was there. They are literally so cheap they poured what little bit was left of the nail polish remover back into the container.🤮 I got gel nail polish on my actual nails for 50 dollars and they look terrible. She didnt put enough nail polish on and there are these weird bubbles that just make it look ugly. Plus they started to peel off after a week. And the lady was rude just because I didnt want to get acrylic nails. I wish I can give them zero stars.

I wouldn’t recommend. I walked in and he told me 20 minute wait but waited 40 minutes just for him to sit someone down that came after me. I left. So I tried again the next day and called and made an appointment. He assured me that I would be seen at my time. I came in and waited 30 minutes and still wasn’t seen. I left and won’t be coming back. They need more employees. There’s only 2 people that run the shop. One for nails and one for toenails. 😒 TIME WASTED!!

She did a very good job. A couple of weeks before i went there i went to another place and those people did a terrible job did cut down my real nails and the fake nails was to long and they would fix them so i went into grand nails had them redo all of it needless to say she did such an awesome job. I will definitely go back to them

Went there with my Mom both of our cuticles on our feet were butchered and Mom couldnt wear a shoe for several days. They did things that a podiatrist should do. Never again

Anne did a really great job on my nails. She took extra time to perfect them and make them look exactly how I wanted them. She was really sweet and handled my nails with care ❤. I would definitely recommend her!

Got my eyebrows waxed...not what i expected i left with thinner eyebrows when i have thick ones...and a patch of my eyebrow was gone

Just wanted a basic manicure, but the manicurist could even file my nails even then cut a small chunk out of one. Did the cuticles okay enough but wasn’t worth the time or money. So disappointing.

Only place I could find open since covid. It was okay but they changed prices. One person doing my toes said one price then lady said another price and said she don’t know the price sorry. The lady doing my nails didn’t do what I wanted. I’m assuming a regular customer came and she started rushing. If I show a picture then that’s what I want. I didn’t make a fuss I just paid and left. But won’t return.

We love these folks. Always do a perfect job. I must say that kindness goes a very long way. Theres a bit of a language barrier. Doesnt mean people should come in and behave like jerks. These are very humble people and very skilled in what they do. I always do the Sunkist from the menu. My wife does the Lavender. Its pricey but well worth it. Removal of layers of callouses, hot wax, hot rocks and massage are all worth the price. I have to many places that have a gimmick. These folks are down to earth and very skilled. Great job! By the way, my whole family comes here. Thats 6 adults.

This place is HORRIBLE . The lady did not listen to what I wanted. My nails were all different lengths , too thick , & not evenly laid at all . I waited to see if maybe she would fix along the process and she didn’t . Cut my same finger twice and then lost control of the drill and almost cut me for a third time . She initially didn’t try to put anything to stop the bleeding until i kept saying that it’s bleeding on both sides and it’s not stopping . I kept asking for someone else and the people ignored me until i literally refused to let her finish my nails . A lot of nail techs in here and no one could help fix my nails except the only other person who was already doing nails . I do not complain & usually make do with my nails but this by far was the WORST experience I’ve ever had .

I have been going here for about a year now as I followed my nail tech from another location in Bedford. I dont know if its b/c I have been with the same tech for about 7 years but I absolutely love the staff and the cleanliness of the salon. I would recommend it to anyone. Basic standard pricing and I would recommend it! Ask for Lena.

I feel like unhappy people are the loudest so I felt like I should post a review because all I see is negative and rarely do I have an issue with this salon. Been going here for about 14 years. Its a fairly straight forward nail salon with standard prices. I dont get fake nails so I cant speak on that but they do a great job with my natural nails. LOVE the aloe pedicure! You can take wine if you want.

Literally came in today with my bf ..we were both getting pedicures and I was getting a full set also...so I picked the regular pedicure but charged me for a delux and didn’t tell me til after....then when doing my set she asked me what length I wanted and I told her long ..she gave me short for who knows what reason she proceeded to cut all my nails super short without asking if it was okay (which is wasn’t) the price was not worth the work that they do...I will never come back to this salon...second time I had bad encounter with them

I went there to get my nails done quickly. When I walked in I was the only one there. The owner left and I was getting my toes done. I went in at 11 and left at 230, when i t was time for me to pay they couldnt get my card to go through, they kept telling me I am putting in the wrong pin number, which i didnt. I told them to run it as credit, still it didnt go through. i had to be at work for 4. Finally they called the owner back and she told me they just got a new payment system. She didnt even know how to work it. When I told her i can go to walmart next door and get the money off the card she told me no. Then she took a picture of the front and back of my card. I told her she couldnt do that and snatched my card back. I made her delete it off her phone and then she unplugged and plugged the system back in, it worked. I paid her and I will NEVER go back there. I had my Identity stolen before and i was very uncomfortable with that. I got home made my bank send me another card. I advise no one to go back. The language barrier is awful and they dont even know how to work their own payment system. All of the reviews i have read are true. Go at your own risk. If I could have given them no stars, i would have.

I had come in to get my nails painted and called ahead to make sure it wasn’t busy they told me 2 people were there when I came it was 3. So I waited I got there at 2:45 and didn’t not leave until 5:00 and it closes at 7. Another customer had come in after me and got service before me this wasted and ruined my whole day and than during the process of doing my nails after making me wait for 2 hours they were slow doing my nails. Don’t waste your time here go somewhere else.

Got my nails for fathers for my husband. I got them done June 25th that Thursday. Its not Tuesday June 30th and my nail broke off wow. Now I cant get a fill. Never going back. And the rest of my nails are lifting thats just horrible.

They leave you to go do anything in the middle of getting your nails done. They talk on the phone while you get your nails done. They do nails very sloppily, and find absolutely anyway to charge you. If you want to waste your time and money go here. Sickeness me that I just pated money to get my nails done horribly and be cheated and to be treated so rude. Twice they have tried to make sure they charge me for everything and never give the discount their signs say. They are cheats and they dont care about you or doing a good job for you only your hard working money! Terrible!

Took my daughter and wife for a special treat to get french manicures, the kind with the acrylic tips for those who dont know. I dropped them off for a mother-daughter afternoon. Upon my return, I found my wife in tears. The staff spoke so little english they did could not understand what my wife and daughter had clearly asked for. She had asked for blue glitter nails for my daughter and grey ones for my wife. They did put a white nail with a tiny bit of blue on my daughters nails but cut my wifes nails down the the quick, and no tips. My wife showed them the chips and spots missed in the polish and they replied it would be $3 a nail to fix. DO NOT GO HERE!! English is barely spoken. Poor service they will charge you to do right! WARNING!

I would have to say i agree with the gentleman from above i did not have a good experiance with the staff at grand nails i treated my daughter and myself to get our nails done not only did her nails break off the very next day but you were able to see the scratches from the filing under the clear acrilic from my nail. from the sides of my nails you could see my regular nail under neath i told her the nails she put on me where to small from my fingers she said no no looks good style now...? i pay to get the service i ask for not to be told im worng.she said it was to late to fix my nails cause it was 5 til 6 closing time told me to return in a few days and another lady would fix.i asked if a week could go by cause my fingers were hurt and bleeding from the ladys filing and i knew they would be to sencitive to go back in a couple of days. she saaid no if you dont come i will not fix...i tryed to reason with her by asking for maybe a small discount she then just asked me to leave.i honestly spent my hard earned money on someone who did not give two cents on what i wanted and did not care that i was a unhappy customer.i strongly do not advise anyone to get their nails done here.this was a very unplesant experiance :(
