I love coming to this nail shop I feel like family when I come in. Lisa is my go to tech outside of Jenny. I have been coming here for years, this my go to shop.

Had a appointment at 7:00pm , and it’s now 8:45 I still have not been seen. I only came in for a pedicure and I have been sitting in cold water for almost 2 hours. 2 people showed up after us and they got taken care immediately. This place is horrible and if I could put 0 stars I would , no apology or anything . I will never come back and I hope no one has to experience what I had too

The staff sat a customer right next to during Covid-19 pandemic when there were other empty chairs to CDC spread us apart and make me as their customer feel comfortable and want to come back. It started off great until the staff did that and started to rush towards the end to service the other customer they put next to me who was not wearing the mask on the nose but improperly below it. 😷

I have been coming to this place for years. I use Lisa for my mani and pedi but the other ladies do a good job also. I have never had any issues here and their prices are always fair. They sat me away from the other customer but I wouldn’t have minded if they had to seat me next to another customer. If you are concerned about sitting next to someone you should stay home

Sometimes it depends on who you get, I got my nails done color powder and they last very long time until I get them fill in. They never chip or break. I did not take of my nails for over a year. I just keep fill in and change color every time. They do very good job on designs too! I created my own style, and they do what I wanted. Very satisfied!

I get pedicures done for the therapeutic effect on my feet. I work 12-13 hrs shifts walking and standing and religiously get a pedicure every 2 weeks. I went to this place because it was open after 7 pm when the place I go, across street, closes at 7pm. I’m concern now about my skin health, this place is Very unsanitary, and unprofessional. What’s matter for them is your money. No customer service, no ethics, or appropriate training on their staff. If they don’t know how to do a $35 pedicure they just covered up with nail polish. Very disappointed and frustrating after I have to tell the staff what is supposed to be done during a pedicure. She was ready to polish my toe nails after she only wash my feet, cut my big toe nails, and passes the drill over my nails which left them with a very rough surface. I told her that she never remove the death skin of my toes. And that was when she started sticking pointing tools on my toes, no knowing how to remove death skin or the cuticles. I had to tell her twice “please, be careful, I work on my feet, if you don’t know, please call someone else”I was so frustrated, and On the safe of my feet, I finally left without a proper pedicure, paid the $35 + 5 tip. I tried to be positive, thinking about going to another place on the next morning, but Today my big toe is inflamed and hurts where she was working on. I’m very concerned, I never saw any kind of sterilization on the tools she used on my feet, the tools came out of a plastic carrier and when back in it after she used them on my feet. So what ever was on other customer feet is now on my feet.I hope places like this stops stilling our money, and putting our health at risk and ruining Arlington business creditability. This place needs to be closed down.

My nails are week old and I still like them. I wouldnt go back because a file tip flew off and hit the floor and the tech picked it up and put it back in the box. She was working on her nails while my hands where soaking using instruments from the box labeled dirtyThats make me think if she uses dirty instruments on herself she will definitely use them on me. Just not clean enough for me

Their prices went up and the quality went down. I am so disappointed in this place. I just got a pedicure and it was the worst Ive ever had. Ive never had someone use terrible lotion that was bought at a grocery store. The lady messaged my legs for a minute and didnt even message my feet. I used to come here frequently because the price was good and the did a good job. They have gotten worse every time I come in. I I wont be going back. A waste of time and money.

I’ve been going to this salon for almost 3 years, and i absolutely love it! They always do such a great job on my acrylics and are very polite. Also their prices are amazing! They don’t charge tax and are very reasonable. As a teenager with no source of income other then allowance I am able to pay for my own nails, which should tell you about their pricing.

I have been coming regularly for a couple of years. I go to Lisa Nguyen faithfully and she is very skilled. Any issues I had is resolved quickly. She is talented and I even brought a past client to get pedicures this morning. I have gone there for the past 9 years and will not go anywhere else. Rose is an amazing nail tech and can design anything you show her. Most of the girls have been here since Ive been going there. I have never had a bad experience and have brought lots of my friends and family there & Lisa and Amy take great care of them! Highly recommend! ❤️

The nail techs started arguing in Vietnamese, it went on for about 30 minutes. I got a pedicure and it was half done. My daughter got a full set and was quoted a price but was charged 10 more at the end. I usually love this place but after all of the events tonight I will find a new nail shop

My name is Dee. This is a wonderful place. Im glad I found it and I did not know it was this close to me. Amy is the best. The ladies work so hard in the shop. They do a great job and the prices are fair. And they dont talk about you when theyre working on you. This is important to me. I would recommend this shop to anyone that lives in Arlington.

Would have given it a five but I dont like the fact that they are trying to get all the money so they stop working on you to start on someone else and back and forth.

Went in like I always do every 2 weeks. I always get the $16 pedicure and today I go in there she rings me up and lies and charges me for the $21 pedicure when she removed no dead skin from me. I was very shocked at the dishonesty. She also kept commenting on my skin tone which made me mad as a black woman. We come in all different color ranges someone needs to educate her on that. Update they offered to give me my $5 back if I took down my review. Definitely not happening. Find another salon

Asked multiple times before even sitting in a chair if they were able to do the nails i desired if not it was fine i would go elsewhere but they said they could do it. the lady did something completely different and i had to even ask what about the glitter i wanted because she was already telling me she was done. nail shape is very round when i ask for coffin, the powder was not properly laid out, there are lumps all over the middle and the polish is messy at the tips of my nails. will not be returning

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!If I could give this place ZERO stars I truly wouldthe OWNER/MANAGER is beyond rude and inconsiderate. This is not my first time at this place. The staff act as if they dont understand you when you request something or want clarity on what is being done. The last two visits, I waited over 35 mins after getting a pedicure for a full set, and BOTH times I was skipped over without being addressed as to why I was being ignored and another person serviced before me. No other available tech was courteous enough to start my nails. I informed the manager that she has done this twice and of course she was extremely dismissive and unapologetic. the prices are cheap and thats the only reason why I kept coming. That will no longer happen. Lesson learned. Go spend your money with people who care about the quality of their service and the time you spend in their establishment.

First time; I have been looking for a new nail salon and the service I received was outstanding. Im very particular because I work long hours and I like everyone else, this is the only way i relax and treat myself. A few of my nails were slightly off and I continued to ask for them to be fixed. Normally I dont ask because I dont want to feel bad. Then go home look at my nails and be sad that i spent over 70 to get them done. Every since i left the shop i cant stop looking at them in every direction. I went to beauty school and can do my own. I work so much and honestly is the best feeling tho have the type of hospitality this establishment had. Ive gotten so many compliments and again I say thanks.

I love Two Tone Nails. They have done the best nails art I have ever got on my nails. They do 3D Nails designs on all ten of my nails for very reasonable price. They can do custom design, just however you want, they will do it on your nails. I surprise how inexpensive it was compare to other places for the beautiful work they have done.I got my pedicure done at Two Tone Nails all the time, I never have any problem. I never have to worry about infection. If you have a cut, you can get infection anywhere. So if you have a cut, dont get pedicure until it healed.I like that they are very friendly like family.

My wife has visited this facility off and on for nearly 8 years. The technicians will often not do a perfect job on wife and daughters nails (mostly not) but are good natured people. We are loyal consumers who appreciate good nature. In fact, my wife now feels as though she lost part of her family.Most recently, my wifes long time relationship with this shop was severed after experiencing what we describe as extremely poor customer service from the manager (a gentleman). The new manager is operating what feels like a sweat shop by refusing to provide A/C upon request to an ailing customer. Rather than turn on the A/C after my wifes insistence on quality air temperature, the manager decided to call the Arlington PD against my wife. She was feeling sick by the moment but could not leave my minor child. My childs nails were being treated at the time.The manager makes no claims of rudeness to my wife. Nonetheless, he should have heeded my wifes health concerns. She left there feeling sick. Maybe this business does not need to pay attention to the consumers needs or requests for basic accommodations such as healthy air temperature. I wonder? :((

This was my first time visiting two tone nails and my first time getting a professional manicure as well. Ann did a fantastic job on my nails and I left feeling This was my first time getting my nails done but I will definitely be back! Ann did such a fantastic job. My nails are beautiful. This is such a confidence Booster for me since I hated my own natural nails.. Ive always disliked my hands so this was a definite confidence boost. I will be back again for sure.

Just had my 3D gel nails done by Jenny during Chinese New Year and I love them. I got many compliments and its been 3 weeks and no chipping, the color stays the same. Will definitely be back to try her 3D flower design, ombre dipping power, chrome and many more.

I went in for a color change and if you are not getting a full pedi and mani they rush your services. I will not return. I wish I could upload a picture of my nails and feet. I just had full service last week and like I said I went in for a polish change and they treated me very poorly.

If 0 stars was an option i would have given a 0. My nails were done by John since he couldnt do the chrome Jenny took over. I also got a pedicure by 2 different people since the 1st older lady didnt quite know what she was doing. 1st and last time going there. I should have listened to the review. Beware they are cheap but yhe quality was very poor.

I went to get a gel nail, Ive done this at another nail place before and liked it and lasted 2 weeks So I didnt think it would be so bad to do again. They chipped after 4 days so I went back thinking they would do my nails over since they didnt do it correctly in the first place. They charged me the full price. 😕 dont get me wrong they are nice but expected them to want to keep a customer especially when I took myself and two daughters and spent a good amount. And my 2nd gel nail was not pretty. Thats what I get for trying a new place. waist of money. Not happy at all.

Hands down the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I got there at 1:35 and left at 3:40 and all I got was a pedi and next gen. Which normally takes me a hour tops every where else Ive been. Nail tech was so rude, she spoke to me if I asked a question. She caught an attitude when I asked if she was going to get the extra powder and goop of my skin surrounding my nails. The shape of my nails are horrible and looks like a child did them. She made rude loud comments about my cracked heals, as she used a cheese grader on them without any callous remover on it. Everyone around me felt sorry for me and told me I had the worst one in there. Now i have sore feet that are tender to the touch, nails that are sore, covered in extra powder. And down right ugly. I paid for my service, but in the future Who ever is running this place should make sure they have trained help. Sad, hurt, feeling ugly

Went today for a pedicure and the water was dirty. I pointed it out to her and she said it was medicine. Needless to say I left and went to the nail shop across the parking lot. The ladies inside were sweet.

They are very busy so plan on waiting. Beautiful work, i aways get complements on my nails. Love the way they do ombra naturals. I have been getting my nails done here for the last 6 months. But this last set started falling off. Under three of my nail was a blue grey fungus. Will not be returning, took me three months to get the fungus off my nails.

I went to get my eyebrows arched but needless to say that did not happen. I walked in and signed in and no one greeted me and there were two employees just walking around. I signed in and sat down and about three minutes later, two women of a different race walked in and signed in and one of the employees greeted them and ask what could they do for them. I was floored. I had been there first and not one person acknwledged me, let alone ask what i needed.I got up to walk out. And thats when one employee said your water is ready and I looked at them and I said no, thats okay. I will take my business elsewhere. I was not even there for pedicure so how are you going to assume that thats what I was getting.Needless to say I went up the street and found a different nail salon to do my eyebrows that will now also be doing my pedicures. And it is not a big loss because the last couple of times Ive gone for a pedicure Ive been very unhappy but I see why they advertise that cheap pedicures because the service is horrible but I guess you get what you pay for.

I wouldn’t recommend going here. I clearly explain what I wanted and got the totally opposite of what I asked for and I still had to pay $45. I asked for coffin ombré glitter nails and they give me square nails. My nails are crooked and no where near coffin nails. I am highly upset and will be going back up there to get what I asked for.

I work at the post office. I stand on my feet alot so I have thick calluses. No place in Arlington can get my calluses off as good as Two Tone Nails. Rose is the best in pedicure. I will not go anywhere else.

This place has to be the oldest nail salon of its kind even with the original employees because they are sooooo slow. We went there because our other two salons we visit were packed. We could have waited at the others and still would have been finished faster than this. I dont know if they get paid by the hour or something, but they can sure stretch out a customer...Will not frequent this place, sorry.

I came to this place because i had a good experience the first time but this time an older lady w a wig helped me. We started with a pedicure she pulled her tools and everything out of a plastic drawer and put it back w just a quick rinse in my dirty water. I noticed and leary at the fact they didnt use plastic liners for the foot spa but i went ahead anyway. She put a pink towel on my lap and it was supposed to be clean which she brought it from the back and it was folded but when she unfolded it it had some dried up yellow stuff which looked like old skin to me. I was almost done when she told me the color i picked will match the gel paint i was going to use on my fingers and when i got outside it didnt match at all. Now shes done and moves me to her station and i showed her a pic of what i wanted w shorter coffin nails and she gave me long nails even though i said shorter. She said i am goinf on a trip and i need long nails to be pretty...discouraged i went ahead to trt it out a little longer as i sat there another customer came to get a pedicure and they sat her right where i was...i was shocked because my dead skin was still on the rim of the foot spa and no one cleaned it before they proceded with future customers and she pulled out the same tools my lady used on me smh i couldnt believe it. My feet have been itching now i hope i didnt get foot funguas from this place. My lady also wouldnt do the ombre nails i asked for and she had the nail bed so wide i couldnt see the sides of my fingertips and it was so sore and burning all night i had to go back in the next day to complain...they seemed to want to help resolve the issue since i did pay 71.00 for everything thats thw least they could of done. Well the same lady helped me again i guess since it was her foul up. All she did was take finger nail Clippers and cut half my nail off w paint on then filed it w a file and they werent complete when she said i was done. I told her there angled now and there not even w other hand..i mean you can still see the cut marks from the clippers at the tip. The werent even smooth now and no extra paint to cover up all the new filings she tried to do so i look real bad now for my trip and out if 71.00. I am very disappointed in my entire experience and i will never return due to not just poor quality of work or the lack of customer service i received but most of all the sanitary conditions i witnessed while i was there. I wish i could get my money back because i will have to get them re done so they will be right.

Long story short, the employees here are rude. They dont speak to you when you walk in, they dont say ANYTHING to you when theyre working on you (even if you smile and say hello) and when you try to pay they again, say nothing. You just have to stand at the counter until someone addresses you AND then finally comes up there.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wont be back and this is coming from someone that has been here many times in the past and thought I give them another try.

Worst service ever, no consistency even when you make appointments. The women are constantly talking about patrons in their native tongue. Most of them have the worst attitude ever! The chairs are busted up and barely work. Had the nerve to get mad because I ASKED FOR MASK AND I ASK THAT THEY NOT OVER USR THE DRILL ON MY NAILS... it takes many layers off your nails and makes them thin. They want to keep putting those fake tips on your nail to maximize your spending and frequency with coming to get your nails done...

Been here since it first open there still some great employees, sadly it became a very horrible in due time! there just some employees that get the job done and beautiful! and some just have a nasty attitude!!! today a witness a grown lady that works here full blown out a little girl... just sad really just sad, so i honesty dont know if i like to come back to a service that screams at a child

1star because you have to.Went her to get my nails done and the tech suggested the dipping powder. Never had it so lets try something new. 2 weeks it started to come off. So I went back for a fill and the tech said for the powder i would have to get my nails done over again. A new nail tech begin romoving the old to start the new. The new tech and the person in charge kept looking over the previous techs work making comments. She stated that the powder should last about 3 to 4 weeks. Very little activity with the hands. After 3 days with the second set theyre coming off again, and now the same two techs say oh your nails grow fast. Bull!

Awful!!! Horrible customer service!! They herd you around like an assembly line. The nail tech spent more of her time texting or talking to a man on speaker than paying attention to what she was doing. My daughter got gel polish and they chipped within 5 day. Went back to get them fixed and they cracked 2 of her nails and the gel polish on her thumb chipped before the day was over. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

I went for a gel mani on Tuesday April 4, for 25 bucks ,washed dishes on Thursday April 6. My gel peels off on my right hand. Went up there to get it fixed. In there over an hour. It was a lady that came in after me that request a pedi and they saw her first. As I was leaving the nail tech state she can fix it for me now. Nope, I just wasted 60 minutes of my life. Thank you.

I do nails too, but I came to try chrome nails, the new trend in nails. I love the way it shine like mirror . I had Chrome finish on my toenails, it still look very pretty after 3 weeks.

I asked one of the nail techs how much would it be for a fill and she told me 14.00 And then she started talking with other coworkers and she said do to long nails it would be 17.00 I said OK about 25 minutes she then came up and asked me if I wanted gel and it would be 35.00. I said no, at that pont the price went up agian to 25.00. I walked out the door and not go back

I give one star purely based on talent. The lady who did my nails was VERY talented, my nails are beautiful. With that being said, the customer service was TERRIBLE. I walked in for a full set and it starts fine. Were talking about what Id like done and start going over options. Shes very nice and everything is perfect. Well, halfway through doing the pink and white ombré on my FIRST hand, she gets up and tells me that shell be back. Ummm okay? Im thinking shes just going to grab a towel or something, but she goes to the back of the shop and starts doing another womans nails! Shes removing polish, filing, buffing, all of that! On my time! I ask whats going on, she sends me away saying shell be back soon. I ask the other nail ladies and they all start talking to one another in a different language, again telling me to hold on and shell be back. By this time, my mother has come over, after finishing her pedicure and begins to tell them how unprofessional this is, as the woman should have at least warned me BEFORE starting my nails that she would have to go finish someone else in a few minutes instead of just telling me to hold on. The nail lady finally comes back, and begins ARGUING with my mom and I!! Shes trying to defend her getting up in the middle of my service to go do someone else without telling me!! Eventually, she does get back to my nails and everything is fine until she asks me to pay, offering only a $2 discount for my inconvenience! I went back and forth with her and her manager until I got a $10 discount. Honestly, I shouldve gotten at least half off after waiting 20 minutes for her to finish someone else before completing my service. I will NEVER go back here. My nails are gorgeous but it was too much drama and they were very unprofessional. I even had other clients coming up to me and my mom telling us that they wouldve felt the same! The woman beside me told her lady that she wouldnt be back again if they didnt get their professionalism under control! Overall, the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. Ive never had to argue with my nail person, but theres a first time for everything. I only ended up here because my real nail lady wasnt available today, but Ive learned my lesson. I will never cheat on La Bella again!!

I got my pedicure done here every month. They do the best pedicure in town. Very thorough and clean. They use good brand name products like OPI, CND, Nuskin. I am rough on my feet, so doing pedicures here help my feet stay soft and I enjoy the massage while getting pedicure.

Today I went into your shop and my granddaughter was treated very rude by your staff . she started her nails and didnt tell her the price until After she put them own and shaped them so she had to take them off. My friend got a manicure and got a staph infection do I have to say more..if you dont have a appt. with a specific person forget it, you will get nubie or someone no one goes too. Also be prepared you may get talked about you will just not understand it. Go else where...

Very unprofessional, very unsanitary, the lady tried to use all used tools out of a dirty white box on my feet. Even tried to use a used scruby on my feet never again they also spoke Mandarin the entire time while working on customers.

I have been a customer for 6yrs, the store gets worse every year, the workers have a nasty attitude, bad customer service. They wont give a nail dryer unless you do Gel. I will never go there again. #worst nail shop experience.
