I think the groomer is GREAT! I just met Dr. Minton recently and I am VERY impressed. Only downside I’ve found is that it is expensive. However, that tends to go with any veterinary practice. Well run office, good techs, and knowledgeable-and very kind veterinarian. I’ve found my new vet!!

The staff and doctor are very friendly and explain things very well. And you dont sit around and wait a long time they get you in and they get you out, with providing you with excellent service.

This vet clinic is clean, caring and kind. We love Dr. Raphael, she loves the animals and is very helpful to the owners. They do what they can and let you know what is required and important for your pet. They answered all of my questions and gave me the best options they recommend for my girls well being. I called and they got my ill cat in within 90 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My cat even started purring when we got into the patient room (?!?)... its like he knew he was going to get help. They provided me with several different options (with cost breakdown) and explained what they would pick if it was their pet. 2 days later and my cat is back to himself.

Dr. Raphael and all the vet techs my dog has seen have been so patient and kind with her. She is extremely anxious and nervous during her visits and they always take their time to assess her needs. I moved up to Irving this past year but I refuse to go anywhere else for vet visits because they’re always so great with her! Thank you

The doctors and front desk staff are wonderful. They saved my dogs life after another vet gave the wrong medication. I will only go here even though I live in North West Fort Worth.

Was promptly greeted at the door and spent little to no time waiting for my appointment (which I was late for.) Dr. Daugette was very gentle and sweet with my pup who doesn’t much care for vet visits. Professional experience and will continue visiting this clinic for their high level of care offered.

A year and half of trying to find a vet clinic that cares for my babies, similar to our previous vet in another city, we have found the place! It has been a difficult and frustrating road and yesterday, my girls were finally at ease. They seemed comfortable with the tech and the Dr, even though they were both very nervous to be in a new place. We will now feel comfortable in taking my pups to the Dr knowing they will be taken care of.

Great care, attention to detail, and very knowledgeable. A little on the pricey side, but not unreasonable.

Really cant say enough good things about this place. Dr. Raphael in particular is phenomenal, she explains everything in such detail as well as going over all available options. They are not pushy at all with their recommendations, they just educate and let you make your own decisions which I highly appreciate. What a great vets office!

I was so impressed by our visit to Crossroads. The staff was prompt, friendly and professional. My pup was super shy and timid and they were so patient with her. They were busy that day so they could have rushed to just get the appointment done, but they didn’t. They sat on the floor with us and offered my pup treats and pets until she was more relaxed. Nothing is more comforting than taking your best friend in to get taken care of. I took my German Shepherd in for his first vaccines and he absolutely loved everyone that came in to see him. Very affordable as well, I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else.

We wanted to try Crossroads because it’s so close to our home. I’m sure glad we did. We were greeted by a familiar face of someone we know 😊 The young man who helped us was very patient and kind. They even showed us a picture of our dogs behavior while she was in the clinic (since we can’t go in). That was comforting to me to see my girl being taken care of so well out of my presence.We will come back to Crossroads for years to come.

Crossroads employs the best groomer we have found in the DFW area. What sets Lisa apart from other groomers is her genuine care and concern for our pets. One of our dogs is blind. The dog is extremely defensive where her feet are concerned. Instead of being told she will no longer groom our dog, Lisa spent time trying to figure out a way she can trim our dog’s nails in a way that will be less traumatic for our pet, not herself. Lisa listens well and does a wonderful job transforming our dogs from shaggy to chic.

We have used Crossroads Animal Clinic since 1981. They have been outstanding in servicing all of out dogs. We could not be more please with them. We give them the highest rating possible. Thank you for your love and attention that you gave to each and everyone of them.Lisa, the groomer, gave our dog Ruffy the best haircut hes has ever had!!! Were big fans of Crossroads. Our little dog Rafi ( a Havanese) is unfortunately unpredictable and can become difficult without warning, but the staff is very kind, which means everything to us. We use Crossroad sfor all veterinary care, grooming, and boarding. Highly recommended.

Every visit I have had with Dr Daugette and the team at Crossroads has been compassionate, informative, and efficient! Even through the pandemic, I have been able to get my pets the care they need & the team always treats my babies as if they were their own.

I suspected my dog has ear infection. They were nice and diagnosed yeast infection of the left ear and gave medication to take care of it. However i was bombarded with things that I thought was unnecessary, like preventative measures for leptospirosis for a mostly in house pet with a backyard to roam around, in suburb but not rural or country side, preventative measure for possible Lyme disease, etc. etc. etc...while I do appreciate the concept of total care and protection for a pet you love, I felt that unless you have insurance coverage, you will end up paying a “fortune.” I guess you can say I can always say NO, but they make you feel like inhumane if I do that. Bottom line, will I go back there?.., I don’t think so. Also if you are going to be treated for heart worm ( blood test was negative) why do the test if the recommendation is to proceed with very expensive drug whether the test is positive or not? Again appreciate the care, but I find the place too expensive.

I have nothing, but praises for Crossroads Animal Clinic. In February, I took a very sick cat, Zelma, to Crossroads, and Dr. Raphael took the time to diagnose her problem. I had taken her to three other vets previously and two of those three I had been to twice seeking advice on treatment. Thanks to Dr. Raphael, I know how to help my precious cat have a better quality of life.Yesterday, I took another cat, Zandi, to Crossroads Animal Clinic. Zandi was treated by Dr. Daugette. Dr.Daugette and her assistant, Zack, treated my fur baby as if she were their own pet. I could not have asked for more caring treatment for Zandi. It is well worth it for me to drive across town to Crossroads Animal Clinic, because I know my pets will get the best treatment possible. Needless to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CROSSROADS ANIMAL CLINIC.

After relocating to DFW finding a solid vet for my fur family has been a big challenge. Upon discovering Crossroads and Dr. Daguette that stress is over. I felt so confident and calm (so did my cat) with her, as well as vet tech Zach, professional, genuine, warm, everything our pets and parents need. I can honestly say that Dr. Daugette is my preferred vet, and I have years of managing many fur babies.There was a little trouble with a front desk girl over an auction prize for vet services, but when I spoke with the Practice Manager (Terre), she kindly and quickly resolved everything.They are busy like all vets but even the set up is practical where you don’t feel any behind the scenes chaos.Can’t say enough great about Crossroads! I love all of the staff at Crossroads. They always treat my animals with care and are super understanding of my my nervous pupper when it comes to vet visits. They provide great care and customer service. They connected me with a surgeon to do TPLO surgery in November, as my dog tore her ACL. She could only walk on three legs and the recovery period was fairly stressful due to her specific needs. The staff was so understanding as we had to visit the clinic multiple times through those few months. They did everything they could to make she was recovering and as comfortable as possible. Now my baby girl can walk and run, and is able to live her life like the young, energetic dog she is. I highly recommend Crossroads to any loving pet parent. Thank you, Crossroads. I will never go to another vet practice. :-)

Three lady veterinarians, all extremely competent and current on everything to do with your animals. This is a full-service operation, not inexpensive, but peace-of-mind is more important to us where our pets are concerned.

As a first visit, I was impressed with the care they take (with the coronavirus happening) for the animal owners and for their staff. The woman who took my pets information (and carried my pet to the Vet) was compassionate, responsive and understanding. She made me feel at easy. After the exam, the Doctor came out to me and explained everything and answered any questions I had. I was very please with the whole experience.

As usual, and despite Covid-19, Dr. Minton and her team managed to take awesome care of our 4 cats last week. We are always treated like family, and she handles our fur babies like they were her own. They were diagnosed, treated, and returned to us as quickly and efficiently as possible with the curbside service, and treated as cost-effectively as could be. She and her team are our personal heroes for the way they have taken care of our family over the years. Could not ask for better.

Love this place and recommend it to everyone who will listen! They have an amazing way with animals and most of my animals love it here (1 of my dogs just hates new indoor environments). They have also treated my husbands childhood cat and Dr. Minton even did our family the great service of euthanasing her in the comfort of her own home when she was at the end of her long life. Could not recommend any higher!

I have one incredibly tricky and chronically ill cat. Dr Minton has been his vet for over 7 years and consistently provides stellar service. Zeke is constantly draining my bank account but this vet has time and time again helped or even did not charge me for an exam. She has gone far and above for my baby. Raphael and Daughette are great vets as well and have been very compassionate. Zeke has been seen probably over 30-40 times over the years and each time this office has been incredibly professional. I even live in Dallas and after trying a few out here due to distance and being unhappy with the service I now come back to this office. I drive 45 minutes because I do not trust anyone else. Love these vets.

We brought our cat Bug and Leia into the office the recently for their booster shots. Staff and Vet were as always very nice and helpful. Got right in and was out in no time. Staff is always friendly too. Most of the time if I am there early for our appointment, they get me right in.

Crossroads has been a great clinic for us. All of the staff is super sweet and helpful; they take the time to answer our questions and get to know our animals. Weve had nothing but good experiences with them. Theyve worked with us to squeeze us in for emergency appointments when something just didnt look/feel right with our fur-babies, provide advice, and are just an all around great clinic that never makes us feel rushed or leaves us with unsatisfactory information. To expensive and I have two dogs that need the rest of their shots and dental cleaning and they charge way to much for two dogs.

I have 2 crazy dogs and like kids, we’re making frequent visits. I CANNOT say enough good things about Dr. Kelsey Daugette, she is hands down our favorite vet we’ve ever had. Very professional and friendly. Always quick to get to the root of the issue and help heal our babies. We trust her so much we delayed our move across the country so that we could have our puppy spayed by her. 10/10 highly recommend! 🙂

Crossroads was recommended to me by the adoption organization I went through to get my dog. They provide excellent service and really love your pets. After rescuing my dog we discovered he had heartworms and it was a big blow. However, the vet and staff spent a lot of time with me going over the treatment plan and each time I left my dog their for a day of treatment, I knew he was getting plenty of TLC. They said they kept him in the front with one of the clinic staff members to just keep an eye on him and because he was a lot less anxious curled up near someones feet. Hes since made a full recovery. Even though Ive moved to North Fort Worth, I still make the drive because I dont want to find another vet!

I had my Westie groomed there by their new groomer and she did a wonderful job! Bella looks the best she has ever looked after her grooming.

ZERO STARS1. When booking the declaw appointment with Alex I expressed concern about a spay. Given the little background I had on Peanut, I asked she be checked for either pregnancy or a previous spay. (I mentioned that I initially saw a faint green dot, but was no longer able to see it due to hair growth.) As well, my husband expressed the same concern at drop off.She was cut open...After not finding a uterus, Alex said they discovered the tattoo and apologized for the oversight.The Dr. made no apologies. Instead she said she wouldve had an ear notch. (Although, we never suggested she was feral).2. When booking the appointment, I was told how things were done a bit different at your clinic. Keeping the cat until no bleeding from incisions & the use of a pain pack.Upon picking Peanut up, my husband noticed bloody paws. Alex then told him to leave her at the clinic as long as needed. However, he got a call shortly afterward by the Dr. informing him that she wasnt worried about the bleeding and to come pick her up.Upon getting her home she was bleeding from all three incisions.3. This is minor, but noteworthy. We were charged $15 for a comfy cone. What we received was a dirty, bloody cone with the name Murphy Williams on it. How is this sanitary??4. We brought a brown cat bed and a large bag of food. Nothing was returned. (This happened on two separate occasions.)
