Man seriously need some help. Has to be the SLOWEST !!!! car wash I have ever been to ! I’ll come back when their is Enough employees also had to rush and tell them my window was down as it was about to go through the wash front desk associate was very apologetic and i appreciate that but please train staff better. That’s scary

I’ve been going to this place since I first moved to Arlington. But, after my last visit there, you could not pay me to go back there. Sometime during the pandemic, they closed down the right area for vacuuming and started directing people to use the area on the left. That area has fewer lanes, but it allows you to use the air sprayer that blows dust off of the inside interior. I get there and there were only two cars on the left side and it has been open to the public, so I attempted to use that area again. I was rudely dismissed and was told to go to the other side, where there are only vacuums. Afterward, I pull up to the automatic washer and was just waiting there for 10 mins, while one of the workers just sat smoking a cigarette. I assumed he was on break so I didn’t bother him. I went looking for another employee, just to have the one smoking the cigarette actually be the one to get the machine started. I then go through the machine and I pull out to have my car hand dried, as this was a part of the package I paid for. I also waited there for about 10 mins before asking an employee who was going to dry my car. He replied, “we’re going to get you”. After about another 5 mins of waiting, I left. It made no sense to just wait there when Texas heat would’ve dried it up very quickly. Lousy service, not worth the hassle!

I’ve used this car wash for many years until today. The prices have gone up and down thru the covid pandemic and now they are charging extra for what should already be covered. Plus the manager and the cashier were extremely unprofessional being unnecessarily confrontational when I asked for the reasons, for the extra charge. They’ve gone as far as accusing me of lying about being a frequent customer when I didn’t know I could pay outside, as I’ve always paid inside. Totally unnecessary.. I’ve come here for many years but they have lost my business forever. Horrible customer service.

Paid $24 for a car wash that would have cost me $11 with the old Paisley owners. I was surprised to find it so slow for a Saturday morning compared to previous Saturday’s, but after the wash I understood.It’s really sad and disappointing. Like many others, been coming for years but I don’t see myself returning.

Sure miss Paisleys, the new owners need help, just spent 30.00 plus dollars with tip, LOUSY cleaning of inside and out, sorry, dont like to give negative thoughts, but its needed here, we loved this place. Good Luck!

For over 10 years I have brought all of my vehicles here to get washed and detailed but after Wash Mania took over never again. Prices are way too expensive.

Pre-pandemic, I had been a loyal customer for 25 years. Now: NEVER going back again. Was charged $17 for wash and wax, forced to stay in car when it went through conveyer, then found that vacuum and interior clean were not included! Lots of changes and NOT for the better! Really gone downhill!

Will not use them again after 10 years. Went there today and they wanted to charge me $30 extra because there was some dog fur. Never been charged before. So went to south Arlington and they laughed joking so they charged me $19 for what I been getting for 10 years at Paisley. They did a better job than Paisley ever did.

Inconsistent quality, they broke the inside air vents of my car because they were cleaning them too rough and fast. they always miss a spot, sometimes sections of the car. and its never clear what does the package include because every time they do something different for the same package. but when they get it right (which is not often) they do a good job

I was just at the new Wash Mania. Not impressed. They have changed the entire process. There is no flow. You have to wait for your car to be vacuumed instead of right when you step out of it. In the mean time drive through people are moving ahead. All of the pretty lights during the wash are impressive, but add nothing to the final wash. And my car rolled out with soap on the taillights and reR facia. They tore out the outdoor rest area and it seems that all of the good finish people are gone. A sad day!

So I came here for a in and out car wash which should include the vacuuming as well. I specifically asked this girl for an in and out and asked her if they do waxing and she said yes. I paid $17 to get my car washed and dried off on the outside only for me to pull around to the front and her to tell me that the vacuuming is not included. I would not have specifically asked for an in and out wash plus the wax if it wasn’t included. How was it not included with a car wash?? Whoever this attendant is, y’all may need to get someone else or make sure that she pays attention next time. Smh

The employees are very friendly and, even in this weather, do very good at getting inside and out clean. If for whatever reason your car can not go through the car wash they do offer hand washing of vehicles. I heard there is a new owner and they are remodeling, so I hope they can still maintain all their current services.

Got the premium car wash where they wipe down the inside and vacuum for $32 and they did a horrible job don’t go here

DO Not I repeat DO NOT waste your money going here they do a horrible job. The introduce full wash and wax and got my car back with floor not vacuum dirt marks on the outside of the window etc...pointed out all the things they missed I got it back no better...well here are the pics

Love Paisleys as they always do a great job and are friendly. Check out the old pics they have inside the waiting area. My helpful advice is know they stay pretty busy but usually manage to get the job done quickly.

The right side of bumper was broken going through there car wash. I go to multiple car washes and none of them had ever broken my bumper. I do not recommend going here.

I had to wait an hour and a half to get my vehicle washed and vacuumed. I could have driven to south arlington to another car wash and back to north arlington in less time. New ownership has destroyed this place. It never took that long when it was Paisleys.

This was the first time I have had my truck washed at Paisleys. My truck looks really good, inside and out.

They lost a good customer today. I very politely told the manager that most employees were not wearing masks (or under the nose). Covid cases are exploding. The manager wanted to argue that there was no such thing as Covid, and masks dont protect anyway. He said there were different lines of thought in what you believe. I said that I believed in science, but did not want to argue...... but as a customer, I needed employees in masks to feel safe. Since this business isnt interested in keeping its customers safe, I will not be back. You lost a really good customer today.

This used to be the best car wash in the metroplex. I drove from west Fort Worth because they were that good. Not any more. The price has skyrocketed up to $32.00 for their best wash with Armor all on the tires, and the job was half as good as before. My car has water spots all over it and the door pockets are still full of debris and wrappers from the kids. The carpet was just halfway vacuumed and needs to be completely redone. When I called in I got a half baked response only saying to bring it back. No apologies given for poor service. This cannot possibly be the same ownership as it bears none of the pride or friendliness of its former self. As I drove by this Sunday morning there was only 3 cars in line. They used to be lined up to the street. Whoever owns this place now needs to open their eyes while you still have a few people coming in.

I love this car wash place. I drive across town just to get my car detailed. Everyone here is professional has a smile on their face and hard working.

Will not go back.... been two times first time not so bad they could have done better but was alright with it.. but this time I spent $30 and it was barely vacuumed and nothing inside wiped down and still dirty spots on the outside just not happy with it at all so now I get to clean it again myself and spend more time and money.

They were ok. They didnt clean very well. There were still spots inside and out that werent even touched. Definitely wasnt worth $25 so I will be letting my man continue to wash my car or do it myself.

Great great Car-wash! Ive been getting my car expertly cleaned here since 2006. 99% of the time its been all good. Anytime theres been a mistake its been fixed immediately and with a smile. Make sure and bring along some cash so that you can tip! Youll want to.

Just paid the $33 best wash option and I give them credit for putting the found change on my seat along with some other items, but there was plenty not vaccumed up in the sides of the seats, and my console had dust that was easily removable. Disappointed, this was a $10-$15 clean at best.

Sadly will not be back. paid 32.00(due to COVID???) for the only optional wash today and it was a 12.99 wash. they were busy and it is hot but if you cant do better than that I dont want it. this place used to be awesome. definitely not a good wash for the money!

They Scratched my car and didn’t even do a good job cleaning it,when I told the manager about the scratch he even walked away and said that’s how you came with it. do not go to this place. Had to call the police and they said they are doing bad business. So taking them to claims court .the police give me a case number to use for court. my car is brand new only 2 weeks old

Awful service,Very old facilities, 10$ basic (compare to 7$ basic in most of their competitors), self-vacume didnt work properly.They taped the car before the wash to support the fender, but the tape ripped the car paint.Please avoid.

Got a synthetic oil change done which came with a free car wash. They post their pricing online and are transparent, which I appreciate. The car wash was okay; after I left streaks ran down from the top of my car down the rear window but the rest of my car was really clean. 4 stars because of the streaks and a 45 minute wait. Ill return here in the future for oil changes.

This place has always been pretty good, but the last 2 times have been sub-par for me. Today they didnt clean the windshield at all, has water spots all over it from the car wash and they did a poor job of vacuuming. Looking for a new place to go....

Ive been taking my cars there for years. Usually get oil change and a wash. Its a bit expensive but its handy to get my wifes car cleaned up and serviced. Were also used their full detailing and it comes back very very nice.

Ive come here a couple times and have been very pleased with the service and the job they did. Car always looks great on the outside and they are very thorough in cleaning the interior as well. Love the way my car looks when theyre done!

Horrible I came last week and paid $50 with a tip. Bought a phone charger and didn’t work more then two day’s for 9.99. They refused to swap and give me a new one today. Then what they told me was a 20 minute wash and dry they took 45 minutes with no cars in front of me. Everyone was just hanging out and playing on phones. Horrible customer service. Horrible management and horrible products and job performed over all. Car would look better paying someone for their cheapest wash else where. I tried to talk to the manager and he just said oh can’t help

Won’t be going back. Many many years this place has existed. I’ll drive an extra mile to avoid paying $22 for something that I can get with a drive through at $6.00. I’m looking at my wife’s car now in the sun, unreal and I’m sitting here thinking to myself, wow, I paid for this look. I even had to tell the guy to wipe off an area inside hat was clearly dirty on the door, window was not cleaned well either. At least it smells good inside.

One wipe with the vacuum , didnt touch the dash or inside of the windshield, very slow for the jo they did, could do better at the do it your self places on green oaks, the manager Is just sitting in the office smoking crack

Took my car for a wash and paid extra for them to clean the seats and the door panels, after all was said and done, I had to go back and clean the door panels because they did a poor job. Honestly I was better off cleaning it myself just like i ended up doing after paying the up charge for them to do the job. Never going back there for any reason, I rather drive farther out and get my monies worth.

The best car wash in DFW plain and simple and reasonably priced. You are in and out in record time and the guys at the finish line go to great lengths to clean all the windows, jams, and wipe down all the tricky crevices that hold water. I am extremely picky about car washes and find their attention to detail superior to any of the many car washes I have been to in Dallas or Fort Worth. I will drive past the others and go out of my way to come here because the wash is that much better than the others I have tried.

It was good just friendly staff but when its time to walk they fall short. DONT TAKE YOUR NICE WHEELS OR WHITE WALLS TO THIS PLACE. WHITE WALLS Will be GRAY by the time they DONE with it. Dirty spots left tru out the truck. Save your $20 dollars for a complete hand car wash thats worth it because this place is weak for car washing. I went back to tell them bout my issue with their wash they just wanted to send me back and forth to the ticket and wiping man. But no solution just done told me they dont have brushes to brush white walls. So just left this clowns alone and came to wash my sh**t at home. You can’t tell the difference between the $6 ride through or the $40 detail package. They never completely dry the car I always have to come home & finish what they didn’t do. The $6 ride through is the only thing worth getting just save your money & get a professional detailer to come out if you really care for that “look”.

GREAT SERVICE! I just moved to Arlington back in April and Paisleys has been one of my greatest finds. They ALWAYS clean my truck and make it look like new again. I am very happy with their service.

Lots of bad reviews recently, but I had a great experience today. I recently moved to the area and today was my first visit for a car wash. My truck was a mess... months behind on a wax, full of dog hair and dusty inside. So I came in to get a full detail: wax, carpet shampoo, leather conditioner - somewhere around $150 all in. They wanted about the same money as any other place so I expected the same service as most places I go. I was totally wrong. My truck looks flat out amazing and I was truly stunned by the attention to detail.I think it was there about 2 hours - maybe less. The inside was cleaned thoroughly - nothing missed, everything shiny, clean and hair free. The outside was beautifully waxed with a great shine. Nothing was missed. Often on trucks, detailers get lazy on the roof or forget the roof all together. Not the guys at Paisleys - buttery smooth. These guys even wiped down the wheel wells - I mean come on! Nobody cares as much as the guys that did my truck. If I could give the job they did on my truck 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them.

One of three car washes that I use monthly - depending on my location at the time. These folks are really good. Expedient, friendly, and attentive to detail. Cant complain. But do BRING CASH for the tip. They do not do cashback at the register.

Blonde lady is rude. I advise first timers to go here knowing how they operate first because, you’re clearly suppose to know that before you get there…Even if it’s your first time. Lived In Arlington for 9 years before I’ve been here & will gladly go another 9 before I ever ponder coming back.

Paid for the full service $94 detail and dont recommend it. Its not the worst detailing ever, hence the two stars but mediocre all around. They didnt wait for the windows to dry so after shampooing the car, they cracked the windows and left them streaky on the bottom. Their washcloths leave bits of cloth everywhere, and they made about 5 armor all stains through the interior of the car because they didnt actually wipe over it. The vacuuming was spotty and clearly a 2 minute once over. Im shipping my car, so Ive had to go over all their work. Might as well have done it myself or gone somewhere better. Customer service was typical minimum wage nonchalance with no involved management. Go somewhere else.

Have been using Paisleys for years and years for oil changes and car washes. Never have had any damage. If an area is not cleaned to my liking, they will take care of it. They always remind to not roll my window down because it will get wet when I roll it back up! I took my convertible there with no problems, even though convertibles usually come with warning to never go through an automatic car wash. The only issue I ever have is that sometimes they jerk the hand brake too hard and I cannot release it, so they do it for me. Considering pricing and convenient location, I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Been going for over a decade. Great people and their detailing team can do wonders for those blemishes your car gets over time. Makes your car feel new again.

I was at this establishment on 11/22/2017 and I received a car wash and oil change. So when I picked my car up, I noticed my check engine light was on. I pointed out to the young man that the light was on and that it wasnt on when I dropped it off. He went to get the device to see why it was on, he checked and then went to get another man. This guy checked my car and was just rude to immediately... I asked him why was being so rude. We exchanged words and of course he denied being rude...at one point in the conversation when he was attempting to get my attention he yelled hey...at the end of the conversation he tells me that he had to jump my car off 3 times. I asked him ...why didnt he tell me this from the beginning...he was so angry. I asked for the manager..he told me Im Greg Robertson...Im the general fuching manager and he spelled his name out for me. Yes I will be pursuing this matter.I dont feel that I was treated with respect.

0n 12/28/2017 I took a client car to car wash and paid 21.95 and they did such a poor job, the wheels are dirty, the inside windows are dirty and there is dust inside on dashboard, and this should of been wheel cleaning along with everything else. Mike claim to be the manager and would not provide the Manager or anyone above. however he keep saying you can bring the car back and we will clean the missing part. I wish I could take the car back but my client should be here any minute to pick up the car.

Horrible horrible service. The vacuuming is very poor, the employees dont even scrub the entire vehicle and the 2 ladies that hand dried my car left a lot of dirty marks all around the car and laughed when they said its good to go. I usually wash my car by myself and this place just proved that I had been doing the right thing. Never go here!

The place is pretty quick. They wash the outside good but they dont vacuum the inside of your car very well. They need to work on that.

I had been a customer for a few years. Came there today and they wanted an extra $10 to sweep out my pick up truck bed. It had a handful of hay in it which I would have taken out myself. Went down the street and they never mentioned it and my truck looks great.

The WORST $30 CAR WASH in my life!! A crackhead with a bottle water and wash cloth couldve did a better job......Horrible job, tires dull windows spotty....A waste of time and money...

Ive been a client for yrs until now. I went in for a normal oil change and car wash and everything was fine. Between me parking and them being done with my car my gear shift broke. Instead of taking some responsibility for it, the GM just simply stated that it must have already been cracked. NO it wasnt when i handed it over to you. If someone hit it or something...just state that but not taking responsibility for it pissed me off...and never offering to compensate or anything. Lost a customer.

Good value. Front desk not too friendly but everyone on the line is friendly and hard working. The tradeoff with the good price is that the materials they use dont seem like top quality. Towels leave lint, protectant is a tad too oily, and tire dressing browns tires after time. I recommend skipping the vinyl and rubber package and doing that yourself if you want top grade stuff. Take your antenna off, they forget that often. Im picky, but they do a great clean in and out. Overall recommend and will be back.

First time visit and probably my last. Inside was very nice and professional staff. My problem my car had lint on it from the towels and when I stop at the store right after, the front of my car was still dirty. You know down by the grill area. Just wasnt very impressed with the overall service. Ill go back to my usual car wash places.

Simply awful service with no attention to detail - full detail service some months back killed my battery (like they dont know to turn OFF the lights while the doors are open for the detail) - todays wash left the car filthy...bug residue on the front of the car (basic car washing stuff) and dirty film over the whole car. Manager seemed to not care - did not understand a car wash is supposed to wash...fail. AVOID until they relearn their business.

Paisleys - I think that you guys need to put a canopy or some sort of shade for your employees who clean these vehicles once they come out of the car wash. As hot as it is & the prices you charge that’s only fair to your employees. I stood out there watching them wipe those cars down in the scalding heat & it’s sad also can pose a health risk as some of these employees are older. Anyways build a cabana for your employees please & thank you.

I started coming here because the so called free wash with an oil change attracted me. On my 2nd visit, I do not know what chemical was used to clean my doors and windows, but it left some whitish stains which really made my car look nasty. I returned to the carwash to complain but all I was told is we do not have any chemicals that leave stains and said itll cost me an extra $10 to have that cleaned up. Pay ten freaking dollars for your mess? Really? No, thanks. Ill go to a more reputable place & get my car properly serviced next time. Poor customer service...and by the way, they need to do a better job with their interior cleaning. My car is usually well cleaned on the outside, but poorly vacuumed inside. I shant be coming back. Id attach pictures, but i do not know how to do that.

Horrible customer service...they broke my sunroof shade/ windflector right in front of me and told me it was my fault. The very unprofessional manager, Mike, and an employee, Eddie were rude and denied any responsibility despite the fact that I saw it happen. I had been going for years. As usual, I took my truck for an oil change and wash, figured Id go get a Whata-chicken and come back. When I did get back, I noticed my truck by itself on a flat surface. Hmmm, thats odd. I paid and asked, Anything wrong with my truck? Nope came the innocent reply. I walked out and hopped in. Trucks in gear, I started it, released the parking brake, wouldnt release. Told the manager, sorry, nothing we can do. How am I gonna get it outta here? One of the workers cut the ebrake line with bolt cutters which leads me to believe this has happened before. Which is fine; accidents happen BUT: A. Be honest, dont DELIBERATELY try and hide it (coincidence it was by itself on a perfectly flat surface). and B. And this is important: PAY FOR YOUR ACCIDENTS and dont shrug it off like some jagoff

Never going there again ! Horrible service, rude manager ! Scratched all my letters on my gear box ! They are all gone ! No more P N D L nothing ! I asked to speak to the manager and he absolutely did nothing he denied any of his cleaning equipment would do such a thing. The other guy claimed this is normal and it happens a lot ?!?!?! If anyone would like proof and pictures please email me. Ill send you my receipt and what the scratched off gear area ! But never go to this place, well unless you want them to tell you that scratching your car is normal !

I have given one star because I cannot give zero stars. My convertible top was destroyed by this car wash. When reported to the manager he yelled at me and told me about all the other things his car was had broken off of vehicles and how he was unwilling to fix anything that broke while in his companies posession for anyone. Not just convertibles but he told me how his shop had broken off door handles, interiors, etc. If you value your vehicle I strongly recommend staying away from this facility

Wont go back. Did aweful job. Looks like they keep using dirty towels and it just smears the dirt. Windows are still dirty.

I have been a loyal customer of this place for 2 years. I went today to get the same package deal I get every time I go.This involves the oil change, carwash and I would always get 2 free car freshners with the package. I went today and there is someone else at checkout very rude, I was telling him that I wanted the 2 freshners like I have always done since I have been coming here and he say to me that I dont get the free freshners with the package that I was getting. I explained to him that I always received the freshners and asked to speak to a supervisor and he says wait until there done and we will see. The supervisor comes out and I explained to him as well my situation, he was very rude as well and refused to provide good customer service when your spending your money. I would have been okay with him saying I will give you a freshner this time but in the future these services we no longer offer. Is it that serious to loose a good customer over a freshner that will only last 2-3 days. I left when I really wanted to go off. I will no longer come to this place for my oil change. I would rather go to Dollar General and by fresheners for $1.00 then give them one more red cent of my money. Listen to the reviews that say they have bad customer service because its true!

Worst car wash in DFW. Locked keys inside and broke off handle of hatch back and kicked it under the car. Staff very poor at customer service. Stay away!!!!

Wont let you drop car off without waiting till you get to the front stall. People working there could care less.

Slowest workers I have ever seen and it is getting worse. I have been a customer for 10 years. Been here an hour and my car just came through the wash AFTER about 6 other cars that came after me. I literally thought my car was stolen because it took so long to come through. It is close to home for me but I will never come back.
