I bought the most in-depth package available for detailing my vehicle, and when I got it back, I was disappointed to find out that my car didn’t even look like it had been detailed or that the chrome wheels had even been cleaned. Debris was left in the car, and my dash/seats/steering wheel/door panels were all left a greasy mess. I asked for them to correct the issue or refund me, but they said they couldn’t because there wasn’t a manager on duty to approve it. I reached out via phone and email the same day I had the detail done, and have yet to hear back from them… that was on Friday, June 25th. I was hoping to have this issue resolved before my trip to Illinois, but it hasn’t happened yet. Maybe the manager or owner will see this and check their inbox. Here are just a few photos I took to show that my car doesn’t even look like it was touched with anything except grease.Update: it is August 9th and I still haven’t heard back from anyone from this location regarding a refund or getting the detail redone on my vehicle. At this point, I would never recommend this location to anyone. Ever. Sorely disappointed, since it came highly recommended and has such great reviews. Oh h well, live and learn I suppose.

I have 7 kids so when I can get my vehicle nice, clean and looking brand new this is where I go.

Mediocre at best. Spot free rinse is not spot free and tire shine is a joke. Should have opted for the basic wash. The employees were too busy to care.

50 bucks to detail my entire car plus nice wash PLUS they let you come back if it rains in 7 or 14 days. This is my forever to go car wash.... ONLY downfall was that they shined my floor mats which made me slip as I got in or out of my car. Next time I will tell them NOT to shine them! I didnt know 🤷🏻‍♀️Update: September 2021Yeaaaaahhhh never mind I took away 2 more stars because they didnt get all of the bugs off my car, ALL of my inside windows have streaks, they keep shining my floor mat protectors even after telling them not to. As Im getting in my car I slip on them every time, if I go into a store I slide a little bit because of all of that chemical they put on it. Unfortunately I will not be coming here any more.

After trying multiple car washes around Arlington I continue to go to Wash Masters on South Bowen & I-20 b/c it gets my car clean even with the cheapest wash. Ive had other car washes leave streaks, dirt or grim but Wash Masters cheapest wash still does a good wash. So I travel 15 min just for this car wash & pass up many others. They offer rain checks on certain car washes, thats awesome. Ive used their detailing services numerous times, not the best job done by the young boys. There was a Hispanic woman, Estela, who did an amazing job & was attentive to details but shes gone. Now when I self-detail, if a vacuum is clogged theres always staff on-sight to help quickly repair the vacuums. I was on their monthly auto-pay membership which made it fast & easy when driving up for a wash. It was a great price $15/mo, 2 washes a month paid for itself. On good weather days it can get busily crowded but the car wash line moves fairly quickly. This location is Arlingtons best car wash.

Let’s start by saying the reviews for this place could be employees making them. This place is horrible. The people who work here are horrible. They are horrible to their employees and if you stand up for yourself they refuse to pay you in the legal allowed time frame. They work the employees extremely hard and treat them with complete disrespect especially if your a woman. Just watch the employees next time you go they look very unhappy and over worked. If you get no customer service it’s because that’s how they run the place or the employees are just exhausted so give them some credit if you choose to use this wash. It’s just sad

Good car wash. Just not good business. Set up a membership that was $25/ month. Sent a message through their website asking to cancel. I didn’t get a response from them but just got pushed down to a membership that was instead $15/ month. Whatever. Left it like that until about a month ago I messaged them again asking to cancel, this time I got a friendly response saying of course they’d cancel for me. Great. Come to June second, I was charged on my card for another month of service. I go to the website to send another message. Their website doesn’t exist anymore. Or says it doesn’t. I don’t know. I’ve called about 10 times and no one EVER answers. It just rings for about 1 minute and an automatic message comes on saying for me to input my access code and then hangs up. This is the only phone number google offers for them. I’m extremely upset at the lack of customer service and them basically finessing money out of me.

I had my car detailed at this location today, and they did a really great job. My four year old car looks like it was just driven off the showroom floor. It was not inexpensive, but totally worth their price. Thank you!

This place is generally good for a quick and quality car wash. Even though the line can sometimes be long, it still moves pretty quickly. Also, the six dollar car wash is a pretty solid bargain

Went for exterior wash and an interior cleaning/detail. Was recommended the Interior Super Clean and Premium wash by Christopher at the front. The Premium wash I was impressed and felt satisfied. The interior felt lacking. While the front was scrubbed, wiped, and vacuumed. The back seats were still needing cleaning and underseats needed some extra detail. Not sure if they are supposed to do trunk or not, but it was not cleaned. Would return still, but need to make sure most, if not all, interior areas are cleaned next time.

Great place to wash your car and have it detailed. They give you the VIP treatment as a customer. The sales people are very helpful in helping you decide on what type of service to choose from and detailers do a fantastic job cleaning your vehicle. This car wash is EXTREMELY UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL. On Halloween, I took my Land Rover to get a wash - we actually purchased the $27 wash. As we went through the car wash, we heard this LOUD POP! on the top of the vehicle. We thought it was extremely strange. We went to get our car dried but quickly realized we didn’t purchase that service. We ended up leaving and when I got home I realized that the top part had been ripped off by the machine overhead while in the car wash - thus, the LOUD POP! We went back to this establishment and spoke to the manager - Juan. He said he had found my part and viewed it on the cameras inside the car wash and that they were liable and that they would pay for the damage. I filled out a damage claim report and he said he would be in contact within the next day. Literally, a week passed by with NO ANSWER! I kept calling everyday until I finally got an answer. Juan said he would cover the damage sustained to the vehicle and to send him a quote of the damage done. After sending him the total damages from the Land Rover dealership - he didn’t respond. He had one of his workers - which is extremely unprofessional - call me to tell me they had reviewed the cameras again and that it was not their fault!!!! The first time they reviewed them they told me they were liable and it was their fault and now they are telling me that they are NOT after receiving the $1,200 quote! This place of business is extremely unprofessional and unethical and I will be reporting them to the BBB! If you have a car - and expensive one at that - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! There is a better car wash off Little Road by Starbucks!! In addition, my baby was in the car and I’m lucky that nothing else happened! This place is a scam and I feel sorry for the people working under such poor management.

That $9 carwash actually did a really good job on my car and the vacuums worked great.

Today I have experience very poor customer service from Tapia and management as a result I canceled my service.

The machine to pay was having problems. Took a long time for help to come. The wash didnt fully get the car windows clean but at least I can see out of the windows now. When the vacuums work, they work real good.

Been here a slot of times its out if my way but I get great service here. I have had my vehicle detailed here and will say its one of the best places to get your vehicle detailed. People heed are always happy to help you and are fast to get the job done right. I will continue to keep coming here to get my vehicle washed and detailed.

Paid 50.00 but the inside was not completly done. It was sprayed but not wiped down thoroughly. The cars rear hatch area was still dirty externally, the front window was dirty as well as the front of the vehicle. I would understand had I done a basic wash, but not when I paid to have things wiped down and vacuumed fully.

Went today to get my car detailed. Everything was fine until I got back into my car and my rear view mirror was broken. I tell the supervisor and he said he would speak to the guys who cleaned my car. They said it was like that when it came in which is a complete lie. I ask to speak to the manager and was told he is not on property on Sundays. The supervisor stated that they will have to review the tapes and that I will need to fill out a report. As I am waiting for him to return with the report to fill out, I notice there are no cameras anywhere to be found in the stalls, so how they will review the tapes is beyond me. I then filled out the paperwork and ask for a copy and the name of the manager. The supervisor asked if I wanted to take a picture of my paperwork and I said no, I want a signed copy of it. He then took pictures of my broken mirror and said that Juan, the manager will be in the office tomorrow. After reading reviews, I will be calling and following up until I get an answer and payment for the damages.

Ive been coming to this chain for well over 10 years now and over the past year Ive noticed the quality of the cleaning is just not what it used to be. Wheels and skirts are still dirty, they dont clean all of the door jams, they dont take the time to lift chairs or move them to vacuum underneath or even remove the floor mats to do a thorough cleaning. My windows are still dirty on the outside where the drive thru wash failed to wash of bird poop. Im really disappointed. Considering finding a new place to go.

I was there today and while they did a great job on the carpets they neglected to wipe down the middle console, the center lcd screen and the steering wheel of my vw atlas. When I drove up I pulled up the website coupons and the attendant had to ask another guy if they took their own coupons from the website! I chose the Platinum package listed for $28 on the website and expected the $3 off with coupon but they charged me $27. So I asked why is it $27, how much are you charging me for the Platinum package? He says its $30. I kindly said ok Ill pay it but your website says its $28. To which he responded oh all the locations have different prices.....what??? The website literally is to this exact location only. I didnt argue any further and went on to my car wash. Just be aware of the prices not matching the website yall! They still do a decent job, way better than me but I may have to rethink the visit next time - volkswagen dealership does it for cheaper I think and VW is way closer to my house.

Gave three stars because typically I have a decent experience, but the guy directing people into the wash was very condescending and rude. I will probably go somewhere else for future services.

Have been using this company for the last three years, the manager Juan has been outstanding! I have several cars all black and it has been very difficult to keep scratches off the cars. I talked to Juan and he made several suggestions and offered several services, now my cars look better than new. He and his staff are very conscientious, I lost my previous auto detailer when they moved locations, now I have Juan and his location as my go to company. I have been so happy that I purchased monthly passes for my cars, not only is it a great deal for washes, I can also get discounts on other services. If you are very particular about yours cars or are nervous about them taking care of them, have no fear Juan is there! One of my cars is a very expensive Maserati, they have done more to improve the cars appearance than anyone else!

The blower pulled the chrome on my rear passenger door, and the vacuum is extremely powerful. a little training on professional attitude could applied to one worker, but overall the experience was positive.

We love this place ! Being able to efficiently vacuum the car without the manic “put another coin in the meter before it stops!”, Is such a stress-free way to do the chore.The conveyor-wash ,rinse, and dry with two people applying a foamy front-end pre-brush is an effective way to get the vehicle clean and shiny. Holding the shift-selector of a Prius to neutral can be a little tricky sometimes.Detailing service is available, with a nice air conditioned lobby area to wait. There is also a clean restroom and a beverage machine.

The prices are very good compared to the one I used to go. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I didnt like was at the very end of the car wash something was sprayed all over my car that made my car look dirty.

Brought my car in to get detailed, they did a good job but my car stinks now....

This place scratched my car. When asked about it, I was told to fill out an incident report and I would contacted in one to two business days. A week went by and I was not contacted so I called the number listed here on Google. There was no answer. After that, I went to the car wash in person to speak with a manager. The manager I spoke with claimed to have watched back the footage of my car wash despite not knowing what day I came in. I was told that the scratches that now run from my hood up the roof of my were not caused by the car wash. Im not sure how he could know that definitively because theyre fresh, where the brushes contact the car and in a pattern that suggests a brushing motion. Contacting my insurance company to file a claim now. Couldnt recommend this place any less.

Paid for a super clean because they where trying to cut corners didnt wash my windows or clean up the spots streaks on my car

Their machine stopped multiple times and didn’t clean my car. For what ever reason I got multiple scratches on my brand new truck. I believe something sharp got hooked on the “rotating brush” and made rippled deep scratches. Overall the manager refused to take any responsibility and was a jerk. Not worth a revisit after that experience.

I just want to let you know that I drive out of my way to go this car wash. Always clean, has the best vacuums (great suction)... hopeful next time Ill try full service.

I really like this place. Great vacuums. Car always sparkles. I had it detailed today and expectations were exceeded! I was especially impressed that they had a gallon jug of hand sanitizer in the waiting area.

I love this car wash. I like how I can, most of the time, just choose my car wash from the automated machine and not have to talk to any one. The prices are fair and the machine washes my car and van very well. The vacuums are great and Ive never had to wait to use them. I really have no complaints from this place. Its always a good experience. They also have a monthly membership plan where you pay monthly and get unlimited washes.

These guys hand dried my car, they did a great job.

They are all very unprofessional and none of the dryers work and when you ask about it the manager gets mad and wants to cancel your membership.

Soap and water all over the car by the end. I was waiting for mini detail. I ended up getting out and wiping it down myself. Smells of sewage or something at the car wash. Honestly, Ive had better $5 washes not far from here.
