So one of my worst nightmare has happened today at this particular Car Wash. I bypass my usual car wash to come to this one because it was closed today. Last minute decision. So I paid $6 for a basic wash only for the car wash to stop mid wash. And by mid wash I mean barely had the soap cleaned off no water no dryer nothing, I was literally stopped on the middle of the timing belt. I honked my horn for about 5 minutes before someone decided to start the timing belt back up. I drove back around in complete disbelief and it took 3 minutes for someone to come and greet me and when I ask what happened? he blame me did you have the break? I looked at him with a confused look like are you blaming me when I literally follow your instructions to put my car in neutral. Be processed the wash and told me to go ahead. Such a scary moment. Wont be back.

This used to be a great car wash. I have been getting my car detailed here for years but recently the service has went down hill. The vacuums half of them work just like the employees. Tried to give this place a chance cause I loved it so much.

They have no working vacuums or 90% are missing. & the car wash left an oily film on my car. I had to go to a different car wash to wash it off.

A guy named Nathan referred me there while I was somewhere else because I was complaining that I couldnt find a car wash that wasnt packed that day. He was very nice and respectful. So I paid for the highest price they had and it didnt seem any different from lowest price wash. The people drying off did a horrible job.

Paid for $9.00 wash which includes hand-dry. Got to the dryers and two young men were drying/dressing another car, find out one is not an employee, he was dressing his pov. The other attendant said my car was already dry and refused to remove the water spots (this was after I had waited about 15 minutes for them to attend to my car) I ask for the manager only to find out he was attending another unsatisfied customer. When I complained to the manager, Jose Escobedo, (at least he says he was the manager), he agreed that my car was already dry and didnt need drying. The other attendant that was supposed to be dryjng was sitting and counting money, obviously his tips, when he saw me looking at him he just put his hands in the air with a smile and then just pointed at the manager. I asked the manager who the owner of the car wash was, and he said he was, I asked who I could call to make a complaint, and he replied you can call me. At this point I went to the cashier station, no one was inside, I saw the CCTV, cash box credit card machine, no one was attending the office. I went back to see the manager again, Jose Escobedo, and he basically informed me he wasnt going to do anything and walked away. When I got home, I ended up having to wet-dry my wifes car again because of the water spots. It is people like Jose Escobedo, that really just ruin your day and the reputation of your service.

Not bad for $6 ..but Bad when none... and i mean none of the vacuums worked!!!😤 No wonder nobody was there!! I thought it was the time of day that made it look empty!! Never again!!🤦🏽‍♀️

I paid for the super clean worth $45. They did a terrible job. There was stains in the seats. When I complained, the Hispanic lady in charge of the cleaning was very unprofessional with her snide comments she was making. The manager ( a young guy) had to come clean it, and still didn’t clean it properly..I will not be going there anymore because I felt ripped off of my $45. They rendered a very POOR SERVICE

Bought a $12 wash today and my car is still dirty!

Some vacuums were out of comission.. Kind of upsetting.... Hand drying was a pleasant surprise.

I came by this place and I found a white guy he fat and some white beard he so rude to me he left me out waiting for the service and he went back he did not offer me any service this place is the worst place ever have been

The manager Lalo was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me. I had motor oil all over my car and he pressure washed it off himself. Awesome customer service. Ill be back because of this experience. Thank you Lalo!!

Paid for the 30$ service but got a 6$ service I don’t think the problem is that they are not working fast enough I think it’s the owners that need to hire more people. Been sitting waiting for them to dry and Vacuum my vehicle and wipe down the leather interior. Now I have dry spots and it just looks nasty ! 2nd time coming here and 1st time didn’t do a review but wasn’t happy at all. If your going for a wash recommend just doing 6$ wash and using free vacuum same service provided as the most expensive one ! Paid for ticket at 12:49pm and it’s 1:11pm still my vehicle has not been touched !

Nothing works at this place vacuums out of car washing materials

It says they open up at 8am but I’ve been coming three days in a row to try to get a wash but they seem to not open up till 12pm

The cashier was extremely friendly, but the attendant at the wash entrance made me feel like I seriously interrupted his smoke break. Sitting on the ground smoking and just stared at me while I pulled up. No hand signals to tell me to pull forward until I motioned for them. Barley pre scrubbed anything. My tail gate never even got clean even after the wash. Vacuums are weak and pointless to use. Parking lot is a mess. Hey theres something to do on a smoke break. Anyways Im not sure Ill head back. Been going there for years but this trip did it for me. Maybe try much later to see if improvement has happened.

This afternoon I came in to wash my car after watching my car I looked at the car it was not clean properly I went back to the lady that took payment from me that my car is not clean at the back and she didn’t wait to talk to me she just want inside and called the manager she even wait she just went inside and call two guys I believe there are manager Its looks like they have issue with me immediately the manager started telling me there’s nothing they can do that because I have a flatbed to my tuck can not be clean more than that after paying $17 to clean my truck and there are not willing to wash it second time I had to talk back with them before I was send in the send time still fighting me with word.I can see that this managers are not the ownerThat’s why they don’t have customer careI wish the owner can train the people working for him before they drive all customers awayVery very bad sales girl and two mangersI’ve video of the incident

DAMAGED CAR! Paid for car wash, sent through the tunnel for the machine wash, and came out with an entire missing panel and a scratch. They did go back in and retrieved the missing panel for me, but took NO ACCOUNTABILITY because my car is over 5 years old. Manager compares it to having an old car and taking it to a dealership many years later for damages, which I found insulting -- My vehicle sustained damages through YOUR services, not regular wear and tear. Manager also cites that they cannot be held accountable because of some not-visible sign posted at their entrance. Their entire business model is shameful and I absolutely do not recommend this business.Additionally, car did not come out clean.

Always clean and operationally very efficient. Never disappointed with the results. Best car wash available, bar none.

Good price for the car wash and good strong free vacuums

One thing Ive realized over the years is to NEVER go to a car wash that has a ton of BAD reviews. Had purchased a 3 month pass, decent job, but never consistent. Half way through the second month, got a nice LONG scratch on my hood. Probably 1.5 feet long. Never went back. Only upside is they have good vacuums.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Worst service ever car wasnt even clean after would expect more with the prices they have. Dont waste your money coming here.

I come here because I like the fact that they hand towel dry the car. Prices are reasonable. Buy a monthly pass if you wash more often than others. Its so worth it.

Extremely rude worker who uses the brush at the front end of the wash. I get that this may not be your ideal job but there is no need for a completely terrible attitude. All you have to do is guide people in and brush off the front and back of the vehicles. There is no need to have such a negative disposition. If you hate your job, choose another one. You shouldnt take it out on the clientele. Would not recommend this place and I will not be returning myself. Sincerely very disappointed

Horrible experiance our wash was supposed to come with a hand wash. It never happened and when we were vaccuming our van they turned the vacumes off before we could finish. I would highly recommend to go elsewhere. Not to mention this was our first time here. We were considering getting a membership here but nope changed our mind. Worst carwash we had ever been to.

Went up to get my car washed on 06-18-16. The guy that dries off the cars @ the end was very rude. He got smart with me because I asked for change to tip him. He said you knew you were coming to get your car washed and you shouldve had change. I leave and go to the QuikTrip, & decide to give my car a once over. I get to the front of the car and discover that my front tag was RIPPED FROM THE BUMPER! I go back and demand my tag. The manager casuallystrolls out and proceeds to blame ME for the fact that a tag that has NEVER moved since 2013 magically decided to come undone on its own. He was flat out rude and disgusting. Will NEVER use that car wash again! I only clicked the 1 star JUST to post my complaint.

Extremely poor service. I first pulled up to inquire about the services they offer and decided to go with the 29.99 full service wash. As soon as I was directed to pull into the drive thru wash the first guy there ruined it for me. He didn’t direct my car properly where to go into the wash instead laughed as my car didn’t go onto the roller ball the right way and just pointed at the mirror on top. I’ve never been to a car wash where they didn’t direct you into the wash the right way. The topping on the cake was where he got his brush and slammed it on my back windshield. It made me feel very uneasy about the “full service” car wash that I was about to receive so instead I went back to the manager who by the way was very demeaning and rude. All I asked for was my money back so I could take my car somewhere else where they would treat it better. Elite car wash took care of my car 100% better than E-Z car wash even attempted to. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they don’t treat your car like it’s about to go to the junk yard.

Had some caked on bird S***, and all I had to do after the first run of it not coming off was roll through the lane again. The guy didnt seem to happy about it. He went ahead with it though since I had my receipt. Pretty happy about that!Improvement: could hand dry cars after they come out.

Whats a monthly pass good for if they close 1hr early when the hours clearly say 7pm. Last week was the same. Pulled up at 6:10pm. Shame on management.

I have been to a lot of car washes in the Arlington area and I MUST say E-Z SHINE CAR WASH is the BEST by far. I like the efficiency and the attention to detail workers give every car especially when it comes to doing the interior. I will be using E-Z SHINE for a long time to come and I highly recommend them.RJ Calkins

I loved the lady that cashed me out but the guy who is supposed to pre-wash the car and give instructions was in a bad mood, he looked at me rudely as if I did something to him by getting my car washed...also all he did was brush across half of my front mirror before I went through the car wash...

I have a bmw with tinted windows, the tint can only take certain cleaner, or it clouds the windows and it takes hours to remove. now I cant find any information on the detailing services or products used online, not that big a deal, but when i called to ask the phone was answered then hung up immediately without a word. iv never been to this car wash, but if its anything like their customer relations it must suck.

They wash cars the right way

$16.00 a month for unlimited car washes and vacuums. You cant ask for better.Update: 02/06/21It looks like it’s going down hill there. The vacuums are in very bad condition. Many of the hoses had the nozzles removed, and most were extremely under powered to the point of useless. I’m considering looking for another car wash if they don’t fix this.

I love this place they do anything they can to help and their vacuums work better than most other car washes

They could have actually cleaned the I side more there were parts it was not vacuumed at all. When it is wipes down only partial was done. wont go back for a full detail maybe just a wash for $8

Horrible customer Service. Regional manager wasnt better either. I was advised that i should be in and out for a full service in 25 mins. Yet, after an hour, two cars are still in front. Since I had to be somewhere, requested a refund. The management had no remorse or empathy while still charging me for the service that never happened. Attempted to speak to the owner or obtain the name, but I was turned down. Never comimg back and dont recommend coming here

Surprised with a free car wash today!

The rotating brush was stuck and sat on my windshield. Now i have a huge crack on the windshield. I try to inform the manager there was a problem with their brush. He accused me of wanting a new windshield. What he didnt know is i have a full windshield coverage and it wont cost me a penny to fix it. Was only trying to help here

BEWARE!!!!!!!I will never go back there!! I purchased a $30 car detail... as I usually stay outside and watch them, I had my niece with me and she wanted to stay in the lobby... when they were finished they told me my car was done, and everyone disappeared as I walked to my car....somethings told me to check my car... And of course something was missing...I confronted them about... and I thought that was it... but then I open my console and noticed my money was stolen!!!! They should have no business opening my console!!! I got back out of my car and confronted them again... they gave me my money that was stolen from their tip money. So again.... BEWARE!!!

BEFORE CONTINUING TO READ.1. If you have a new car 2013-17. This place isnt for you. Why? Be prepared to have your car brushed by car wash brushed that swing very close to your car at high speed causing massive cat hair scratches w/swirl mark galore..... IT HAPPENED TO MY VAN.2. Soap thats applied is limited in a small amount thus having more brush across your paint with low soap lather. Causing those swirl marks and massive cat hair scratches. Seems as if they are budgeting but thats my opinion...3. Left my a/c vents open to outside air and not recycle and the recyled water that they use has a very foul smell. (All drive through car washes use recycled water just as a fyi)...Overall my experience was not a great one but hope you had a better one than me.

Extremely bad and poor service:1- The rain warranty leave your car worse than the 1st time.2- When you need make an observation, the attender on the entrance say: I dont care your opinion......Really Professional people3- The employees at the exit, in the drying area, do not dry the car, just sit on a chair to see you and wait for you to ask him to please dry it4- The price is to high and just offer a bad and poor service.

Great basic wash for $5 but DON’T waste your money letting them ‘upgrade’ your wash. You’ll be disappointed.

Good wash and strong vacuums

The vacuums worked great and they have really good $3 car wash.

The website says that opens at 8 a.m, I got there at 9 and it was still closed, I decided to wait, but my wait ended up in 20 min, vacuum air was turned off too.I normally pay monthly pass, but I think this is my last month doing it, very disappointed.

Bad Place so recently got my 3 month membership and I decide to go vacuum my car and appetantly I can’t vacuum my car without washing it, a crew member came out and told me I need to pay in order to vacuum my car, I try showing him that I have the 3 month membership and he insist on me paying first shity place will never come back there

I was definitely not happy with the establishment the machine stopped my car twice I thought I was going to get stuck and then I tried to vacuum my car and absolutely none of the vacuums worked very disappointed
