Reached out for a warranty repair on defect paint. Dealership claimed the TSB did not apply due to difference in paint color (white vs. blue) and I would be out of pocket for the repair. Unacceptable for a garage kept car that is less than 5 years old to have paint pealing! Less than 50k miles and hasnt been driven in a year due to the pandemic.

I’ve been a customer of Vandergriff Acura for many years so I’ve seen lots of people come and go. I can’t stand the whole car buying experience and it’s no different here. I wish I never had to go through that part. Service started out rough but has improved over the years. I will say one time I made a call to the GM and he took care of me immediately. Service got to be really good and seamless. Not it’s just kinda ok and I feel I have to fight for what is right. I’m giving them four stars because at the end of the day, the service department tries. And specifically, Veron, is by far the best they have ever had. He does everything in his power to take care of me. They are very busy now so I rarely am able to get a service loaner now.

I bought my TLX a little over a year ago and have visited the service department on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for routine washes or maintenance when needed. I love every single employee there! They know me and I know them. Nothing but friendly smiles and professionalism at its finest. My highest praise goes to my service coordinator, Kevin Tran. Not only is he attentive to all of his customers, he is punctual, quick to respond to any emails/voicemails, and extremely knowledgeable on Acura/Honda. I feel safe knowing he is on top of what my car needs and he lets me know when certain services are not needed yet. I can’t imagine using any other dealership, ever! THANKS KEVIN!

They are always very professional; unfortunately, last time I had my oil changed the oil cap was left off (it could have damaged or even ruined my vehicles engine).
