I bought a Ford Focus from Sam, who gave a great deal on a car with very low miles. He went through all the pros and cons of the cars he was selling and gave me some great tips on how to save your clutch on a manual car. The Ford has been running like perfect, even after I drove it down to Florida and up to Quebec.

I cannot give enough praises on what outstanding customer service I was given. I had a unique issue that I could not get an answer from anyone. I called this dealership Randomly , because of it being open 24 hours. I don’t live in Virginia. The owner Sam called me back and answered all my question and gave me all the information I needed. Sam was quick, knowledgeable and willing to put in the extra time to do the job right. Would highly recommend. He even offered tips and tricks to further help me maintain my car at no profit to him. My car died in my garage and wouldnt start. Sam came out quickly and helped me push my car out of the garage and position it perfectly for him to load it up on his flat bed truck. He took extra care with my car and I was really impressed with how friendly and careful he was with my vehicle. He dropped the car off at a mechanic shop of my choice. IF I COULD GIVE HIM 6 STARS I WOULD. He really took care of me, and while I hope to not need tow service again, would gladly call him again if I ever needed it!

I got a fine deal on a used pickup from Sam, the owner, who was personable and went to great lengths to properly prepare the truck and file the necessary paperwork. He sent an employee to Baltimore to pick up new tires for it the day before I bought it. He gave my wife and I a ride to a small restaurant to wait while he did the paperwork and picked us back up when we were ready. Buying a car can be pressure-filled and hellish but my experience with Cars USA was relaxed, hassle-free, and friendly throughout. If I lived locally I would trust them without a doubt to service my vehicle.

Rented from here nearly 10 years ago on my first trip to the US from the UK, at an age where the national rental companies were going to surcharge me and limit my daily mileage. The rental car took me coast to coast and back without missing a beat. Excellent, friendly customer service - if Im back in the DC metro area Ill rent from Cars USA.

Horrible service, this guy just wants to get paid. Obvious this guy started his towing service on his own and probably is trying not to report his earning because he doesnt take purchase orders.He also doesnt take credit cards. Over charges for towing services. Only works with certain insurance companies. He also has a different company listed on the web so you dont know you are calling a CARS USA. Look somwhere else for your towing needs.
