I chose not to use this shop because I thought it was expensive. So I paid a friend fifty dollars to do the tune up on my mini and bought parts. I saved fifty dollars and it took much longer than it would have if I had just let this shop do it. So all I can spend on is the price.... I thought it was high but that is the cost of mini coopers parts.... Wish I had used this shop

Tried to charge me $240 to replace one of my headlights and I brought in my own headlight part. Absolutely ridiculous prices. Went somewhere else and they replaced my headlight for $10. Won’t be coming back

Wanted to share my unpleasant experience at Precision when I went in took my wife’s car and got my valve gasket cover replaced. Fast forward got the work done and an oil leak resulted from it. Took it back several times back and forth yet same result paying several hundreds of dollars plus Lyft trips & wasted time. I ended up taking my wife’s car to a new shop & this time got it fixed. Needless to say I am not happy with incurring extra cost.Won’t be returning as a customer nor recommending.

I m giving 5 stars for honesty. My car had alignment problem. Simple computerized alignment did not fix it, mechanics suggested that the wheel needed to be taken out & struts adjusted. It still did not fix it. So, the manager (Shawn) gave a partial refund. Appreciate the fair business ethics.

Went there over a year ago to troubleshoot a sound in the engine. They said it needed a MAP sensor, but I know about cars, but I don’t have the tools for it, that’s why I took it. This car doesn’t have a MAP sensor and that the engine needed to be taken apart and put back together. This means they didn’t check it. I had to pay the $100 because they had the car inside, and the guy even said, with a smile on his face “so you had to pay $100 for nothing!” But that’s what I get too ok learn my lesson. I fixed it myself. I have the receipt to prove I went there. I just trusted them because I used to work for an auto parts store nearby and I always used to give them discounts and things like that. This happened a little of a year ago, but I just remembered cause someone told me they went there. I just want to warn people before going.

I came here to get my brakes inspected, and come to find out, the previous owner was very dishonest about the alleged work that had been completed. Shawn (the new manager) made things right and took GREAT CARE of me. Shawn was very professional and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Precision Auto, hands down! I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs when needed.

Me and my girlfriend went in for a groupon oil change on Mar 7th for her Honda Fit and the receptionist/technician welcomed us in and did all the standard procedures. One of the things, about the Honda Fit is that it has a rock/wind guard underneath the engine compartment thats held in by 8 screws and while it does serve a useful purpose, it does get in the way of an oil change and has to be removed.While this is not the first oil change this Honda fit has had, this is the first time the technician seemed to have no idea how to handle it. As we watched through the window from the desk area to the repair workspace he removed the guard and set it aside and did the oil change as expected. However, after completing the oil change he comes back inside to tell us he is unable to reinstall the guard on the underside of the car and proceeds to go on about how there are missing screws probably from the last oil change.Logically speaking, there cant be missing screws otherwise the guard would have fallen off between the time of the last oil change and so me and my girlfriend figured...Well if the technician cant do it, well just get it sorted out ourselves later. And we requested all remaining screws and the guard be put into the trunk. The technician/cashier also starts going on about how other rental car companies regularly take off this piece of plastic and how it basically didnt matter.As you might surmise, I ended up doing the repairs to the car and as it turns out...This technician managed to lose $60 worth of screws. He didnt put any of them in the car like we asked, and his cover up by trying to down play the importance of this guard shows how little he cared about the mistake he made. He clearly lost all the screws and bolts and wanted to act like it wasnt a big deal. This level of disregard and incompetence is simply unacceptable in a place where plenty of places can do the same job (especially on a common car like a Honda Fit). The idea that this place is named Precision Tune is also very ironic in the fact that they did the exact opposite to this car and the technician instead of admitting what had gone wrong, why he hadnt bothered to try to rectify the situation at all besides some half baked excuse saying that a bunch of rental car companies do this (which is a terrible example) shows how little they care to do a good job outside of lip service. Dont bother to come here unless youd like to learn how to do more repairs yourself once Precision Tune is done messing it up in the first place.

I went in to get an oil change. Before arriving my a/c worked. After leaving my a/c was broken. Guy said I needed coolant for it to work again, since I had a coolant leak. Guess what? Still broken, coolant full. My car didnt start and they couldnt figure out why. Four car mechanics couldnt figure out how I went in with a working car, and was left in the parking lot with a dead one. They blamed the battery, and I was stuck outside in 90° heat. I knew it wasnt the battery, my battery was new. They claimed they tried to jump it and it didnt work. I wonder why? Also, they let dogs in the lobby for some reason, I would advise not going if you have dog allergies. I didnt get an actual receipt, since their printer stopped working, so that was great. Added a star, since one of the guys sat down and explained everything that was wrong with my car. A/C still broken though.Overall, employees were odd and borderline cultish. Service was questionable, lobby was small but somewhat clean, wont be going back.The pictures below are where my car died and was left, the list of everything wrong with my car and prices, the picture I had to take of the screen, since the printer wasnt working.

I had purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and free wiper blades. I called them on early Tuesday morning and they were able to get me right in. Service did take quite a bit longer than the usual oil change but overall cant say I have complaints.

Don’t fall for the groupon oil change scam. Wish I had read the reviews on here before I paid for it. The guys lied to me that my car required full synthetic oil, wouldn’t let me just get the blend oil the groupon came with.Edit responding to the reply: 5w-20 doesnt mean full synthetic necessarily.

Only 4 stars because the invoice states that they filled the tires to the recommended air pressure and they didnt. My car has a tire monitoring system and it still indicated the pressure was low. It was a Tuesday morning and they were not busy. There was only one customer there besides me. Not upset, just never going back.

I will admit I was a bit hesitant to use Precision after reading some negative reviews. I am happy to say my experience was great! The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I did not have an appointment scheduled and it was no problem at all. The work was quality and took very little time as promised!I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

If youre looking at reviews to decide whether or not to take your vehicle to Precision Auto Tune in Arlington. Then Id advise you to stop here and just go. I have nothing but great things to say about that place! There was a late arrival for their appointment,so that delayed my wait a little longer. But I did not mind whatsoever! The guy at the Service Desk, Elvis, is how Customer Service should be represented! Hes such a cool and respectful guy! The service techs are top notch also! Keep up the great work, guys!!!

These guys are the best they took care of my truck quick for what all had to be done. I went just for an alignment but ended up seeing everything else wrong with it and they were detailed on explaining everything piece by piece for me to under stand what was wrong. My truck feels brand new now I’m very very happy !!! I will take all my cars from now on

First time having to adult and find my own mechanic.. Online kept directing me to them, so went and took my Fusion, seemed pretty good, asked them if they could check out our other car which had been sitting outside for months.. Brought the Toyota, got a quote for what would be needed to be done, went ahead and did it and now it drives fabulously!!!! Will definitely be coming back, 100% recommend to others. Great guys! I had my brake and balance done there and a alignment, when I stop my steering wheel wobble like I need my drums turn. They also did a oil change the bolt on oil pan were loose , could have blown my motor wasn’t any oil in my motor and top it all my cover they took off they didn’t put back on. I have an engine light and not passing state inspection. I asked if they could check it. They told me $75 surge charge up front. I paid and left my car with them. I checked on them later in the day was told the car just need a tune up by changing oil, filter, spark plugs and etc. to pass inspection so I did, but it didnt pass. I went back to them and left my car. Next day I called and still no results. They told me they were still working on it. I called the third day and wanted my car back. They told me they will charge me for three days service. I complaints and they finally gave back my key. I went to my car and it was inoperative. I told them I came with car drivable, and now it was not. They told me because I wanted back then it was up to me to fix it or toll it. I took my tools out and started to put back everything together. I can barely drove my car home. I dont know how they conduct their business, but now a day you dont need a tune up. Cars are no longer have carburetors to tune like old time. This business is very deceitful. I wouldnt bring my bicycle there.

100% False advertisement.Once you go in they will start showing you the undesired problems and want to get more bucks than advertised.Will charge more money than explained earlier if you agree for furthur fixing of your problems.Employees dont behave good too.

False advertising had coupon for oil change tire rotation checked in showed coupon. Thought everything was ok. After work inspection was done notices they never rotated the tires. Payment time I asked about it thats when they said they dont do rotations because of liability. Work that was done was good but I wont be going back..

I’ve had my car taken here twice already. Once by myself and the next by my boyfriend. After reading reviews of similar experiences others have had with their cars here I am glad that no official work was done on my car. The same gentleman, Elvis, worked the front both time. He was rude and demonstrated no customer service nor professionalism in person or over the phone. The second time (after getting new tires for alignment) my boyfriend brought my car again. This time Elvis was not only rude again to him but also was vaping so when he brought my car in for the appointment Elvis was surrounded by a cloud of smoke. He then told him that the appointment “wasn’t going to happen” because there was a car stuck in the port that they couldn’t move and it was going to be at least a 2 hour wait. No biggie but there’s a way to talk to people, and to handle yourself with others when it comes to basic customer service. I won’t be using my Groupon here I’m perfectly fine with wasting my money to not go back a 3rd time because this place truly isn’t worth it.

Made an appointment two weeks out for a headlight restoration over the phone just to find out (after a 30 minute commute to Arlington) that my appointment was never scheduled by the employee who took my call. They werent able to work on my vehicle regardless because they did not have the chemicals for it. I spoke to the manager and agreed to give the place a second chance. Now today, the manager refused to work on my headlights because it was going to rain. Mind u that my appointment was for 8 am and didnt get helped until 8:10-8:15 am because the manager pulled up three minutes before opening time. It was not raining, just cloudy. And if my service had been done promptly at 8 am I could have driven home and put my car in garage to keep it dry from potential rain. The manager is very unprofessional. I came in and told him, Im here for my appointment for a head light restoration and he answers back uh, no youre not, its gonna rain. Learn to speak to your customers if you say you need the business. I do not recommend this place at all! They wasted my time and gas.

I called earlier in the day around noon about changing my breaks. guy answered was very professional, everything good. wanted to make sure they had time today. was told they were open all day and more than welcome to come get them done. i show up at 2:30 on the spot and the moment i walk through the door, some guy walks in from the shop yelling at someone and pretty much yelled at me “i can’t, i’m sorry i’m done we’re closed” it was with such a tone i legit thought he was joking at first. i drove 30 minutes and left work early because i bought a groupon for this place. so i missed out on money and can’t afford to go somewhere else to get my breaks done because this place was the place i bought on groupon. so i’m out almost $80. thanks guys

The Staff was very Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had a transmission filter change, and fluid flush. They made sure everything was done right. When a complication arose they dealt with it professionally, and didnt even charge extra! This place offers a clean waiting room, with comfortable seats, a big TV, and good coffee. The price i paid was quite reasonable and next time i need something done, Ill go back.

Like many others in the review section, I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and they came around with a thousand dollars worth of repairs needed on my car that has been babied and well maintained. Never had a single problem with my shocks but after the oil change and their insisting I needed them replaced they immediately began popping and making noise. Another mechanic friend of mine agrees that my car that has only 40k miles in no way needed shocks replacement and also believes they were tampered with to get more money out of me. Terrible service and looking at their price list for an oil change if you use synthetic, you will pay full price anyway. Buyer beware, they will damage your vehicle to make more money.

Had taken my car (2016 Chevy Cruze with less that 50,000 miles on it) in for an oil change with groupon. They did the oil change and the tech advised me that i had low coolant. which before hand i checked and i was fine, reservoir was full. The tech told me i needed a coolant flush, told him i was going to wait on it (knowing full well that he had done something) I noticed when i got my car back that he filled the reservoir back up. A couple days later my heat stopped working. Flipped the hood and i was empty. There is no way that i go in with a full reservoir and a tech tell me he wants additional services to be done, Then shows me an almost empty reservoir, only to fill it up again and doing who knows what to my car. STRAIGHT UP BAIT SHOP This was the first time i used this place and will never go back. Plus word to the wise even if you get a groupon, you still end up paying for the filter.

Was told one price then they switched it up on me, came up with the excuse that I had the wrong part, and they swapped it out with the correct part that was more expensive. In reality I think I got charged extra because it turned out to be more labor. Which if he would have been honest, i would have understood but to come up with a story to try to get more money out of me instead of just being straight up. Is dissapointing.

Totally RIP OFF!!! Couldnt agree more with the rest of the negative reviews.Manager was very nice on the phone, said bless you at the end. Got there and they performed an inspection for me. Passed the car, but told me about all kinds of work they thought it could use.A week later I called to ask if they could issue a new green sheet on the inspection and he said no problem, its $1, no problem, bring it on down.Got there and he explained very sweetly that unfortunately he would have to do the whole inspection again and charge me the full amount.I asked him why he couldnt just issue a new green sheet like he said on the phone.A flip switched and he started screaming at me You are wasting my time and costing me money just standing here! Get the F&^* out of here! Dont come back to my shop ever again!Trust me, I wont. The best part is that another shop said just to go with my current green sheet and get my tags, the tax assessors office wouldnt care. They were right.Avoid this shop like the plague!

I bought a Groupon for an oil change that came with wiper blades... this was my fist experience with this place.I was trying to save a little money, so I purchased a Groupon. I made an appointment to get my oil changed this morning. When I went in the guy in the front, Elvis, was a BIG grump with 0 customer service skills. I should have left right then, but I didn’t. After about 10 minutes Elvis the Grouch comes to tell my everything that is wrong with my car. Alarm bells went off when he said I needed new front brakes...my husband and brother had just changed them a couple months earlier so I knew that was a lie. Then he said my compressor belt was “cracked and falling apart” and if I didn’t get it fixed “real quick” it would break and I would be “stranded on the highway”. See, what Elvis doesn’t know is that I am not a damsel in distress that was born yesterday. I told him no to the extra work to which he responded with a “okay, you’ll get stranded” and a shrug. I left and immediately took my car to The mechanic who put in a new air compressor a few months earlier. He checked my belt and said there was nothing wrong with it...no cracks and it was definitely not falling apart.This poor excuse for a man, Elvis, sees women as weak targets and tries to exploit that! This place will scam you out of your hard earned money! Steer clear!!!!! I will NEVER take my business there again!You should be ashamed of yourself Elvis!Darryl,You can explain to me how my mechanic said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my compressor belt if your team reported the correct findings to me... something doesnt add up.

Got a Groupon for a headlight restauration. After the clearcoat dried, the lights appeared to be in worse shape than prior to the job. Drove my car back to the place at 1030 am for a redo. After some run-around where I was told that the headlights looked “normal” and the oxidation was internal, they finally decided to redo the job. As I was watching the employee working on the headlights, I pointed to him how much better they were starting to look, therefore proofing that the oxidation was in fact external. Suddenly the battery on his sanding device misteriously died and he had to stop the job. He said the battery needed to be charged for half hour before he could start again and finish the job. After a hour an a half, Elvis, the manager pull me on the side and told me that 1-They don’t do redos. 2-Any additional work needed to redo the job would’ve been done at additional charge. Steer clear, this place has so many bad reviews as an obvious consequence of very poor management and customer service skills.

Used a Groupon for an oil change, had some other services too. The guys forgot to replace the screws on the bottom panel of my car and it rattled on the highway. When I returned to get it fixed, Elvis was so concerned about covering his butt, making excuses as to how it probably wasnt his companys error, that I left.If he cant stand behind his work, he aint touching my car again. He was super condescending, as well.Waited several weeks to post my review because I was so irritated at the way I was treated and I wanted to be fair.Total jackass. Never again.UPDATE: Was contacted by the company around May 15, 2018, asking for more information and I responded. Ive heard nothing since.

I never leave reviews for locations, but this place I had to leave one. I give this location a 1 and that is only because I am unable to notate “0”. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. I should have read the reviews before my purchase because this place is horrible. I pulled in and some guy came out who definitely had an attitude I don’t know if it was be a it’s hot outside or what. I told him I had a Groupon for an oil change he acted as though he didn’t care and was very unfriendly. Before I could finish talking or before I could ask him a question he started walking away from the car saying he could schedule something for Tuesday and how I could go somewhere else. I understand yes I can go someone else but it’s all about the tone that a person uses. I couldn’t even ask him what the process for getting a refund. I agree with what someone said in an earlier comment, this place acts as though we the customers are begging for free services, or trying to beat their door down we are paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect and not blown off.I went to another location to get my oil changed (Cooper Street Car Wash right across the street) and the gentleman was super nice he even mentioned that he had seen the same guy at Precision always outside arguing with customers!!!!Not a good look Precision Tune Auto Care.. I also placed a request for Groupon to refund me my money!!!

I got a groupon for a $25 oil change and free wipers. The gentleman charged me an extra $3 saying that my engine takes more oil than is covered by the groupon. After driving about 30 miles, the oil light came on and the engine started making a scratching sound. I took it to a mechanic I trust and discovered the oil had been at least 1 quart over-filled.

Took three days to get my alignment done on my car. The first day they couldn’t do it because the alignment machine was being worked on cool. The second day I took my car up there at the appointment that I had set up at pm from the previous day due to the machine being down. Set there for over an hour just to be told to come back the next day because they had ran out of time. The third day took the car up to get the alignment done. Got the alignment done and my car is still pulling to the left. Horrible place I wouldn’t send or recommend anyone to go here to get any work done on your car. Nice people but the service is horrible.

As a single mother, I often find auto maintenance places to take advantage of women. I felt completely comfortable and trusting of the staff from the moment I walked in the door. I purchased the groupon and hoped they would honor the certificate and not try to run up the price. They are super helpful here. I couldnt afford one of the much needed repairs, and they told me how to do it myself. They are incredibly patient, and when you get a groupon, the price is hard to beat. But when I had work done the groupon included an alignment check, and I didnt receive any information about that.

I had a groupon coupon made an appointment and read the reviews. I called Groupon got a refund and called and cancelled appt. The guy on the phone was polite when i cancelled. Thank you for the reviews. I feel like i missed a horrible experience.

I didnt have any problem with this place. I got the super saver card as well. It states on it that you have to call to make an appointment and that no customer supplied parts are allowed. I dont know why people are complaining about that. They were all very nice to my boyfriend and I when we went in for oil changes and inspections. I am actually going in today to have my AC looked at. The last time I was in there, he mentioned that my oil had a slow leak and said that I should take it to the dealership since it might still be under warranty. He didnt try to force me to pay him to fix it right then. They have always been very nice over the phone and face to face.

I have taken my car here twice for warranty work. The communication was terrible. I had to call multiple times over several days just to get an update. I get quoted for the job needed. The part had a 300% Mark up. I was also told it wasnt available from the dealer. I drove to the dealer and bought the part for 1/3 the price. I inform the shop that since the job isnt under warranty I would come pick up the car and take it to another shop, and theyou filled my car with the incorrect coolant. I will not be bringing my car back here.

After a bit of getting stood off (the oil machine was not working, and they never called me back to reset the appointment), the Groupon oil change was pretty efficient. They recommended a couple of extra services, one of which I took, and the others I can do myself or defer. Overall, a good experience.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! PAY LITTLE MORE AND GET BETTER SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!I came and got my alignment done but they didnt do it properly. It was still pulling to the right just as before taking to them. I called back and asked for an appointment to redo or adjust a little bit better. Today I was there for my appointment at 1 pm and sat there for 30 mins. The guy there was very rude in talking and just sat there vaping and watching on YouTube about a woman accused of shoplifting on the computer. I asked how long will it take for someone to get on my car and do the alignment, he told me literally you can sit there and wait or just leave and go about your business. Very rudely he responded. I have an appointment for a reason and he just sat there and did nothing. I asked about the corporate contact info and his name he just simply Vaped and said No. This is a shame to a corporate owned business and ridiculous customer service. This is not the first complain about this vaping guy. The corporate should take time read the reviews. I own a business and I have never ever treated a customer miserably that they leave my store and never come back. I was not rude in anyway just simply asked what was happening. I even doubt they performed the alignment earlier because they never printed out the copy of what was done to the car. Such a rip-off place and I want my REFUND. I had to go and get my car done from Vandergriff.

I purchased a headlight restoration groupon was told theirs rain in the forecast so it wont be able to be done but Steve and Elvis were upfront and professional abt it. They still allowed and took my car in my hopes were high and was going to write a great review but once I viewed my car it looked as though nothing had been done.i was told they need to be replaced but I went across the street to caliber collision and had them fixed like new for 50 bucks I dont recommend this place and I want my money back!

HORRIBLE!!! Waited 3 hours for an allignmemt that wasn’t completed. That was after making an appointment. In addition to the groupon, I was told to pay extra for a steering wheel alignment which was not completed. My steering wheel is still not centered. My car seat, steering wheel and for sill was black and oily. The car was also not test driven after the supposed repair. I will now take my car to an actual mechanic. Please don’t take your car to these guys!!!

I called and spoke with Robert during Thanksgiving week! I wanted to bring my car in to get it service! Robert was so nice over the phone! He explain what I need to do with my Car! I was really impressed with our conversation as it’s not many men that will take the time to go over in detail about maintenance on your car! Well.....I was able to come the next following Monday! I did a dry run on Sunday as this was a new location for me! Monday I called ahead to make sure they wasn’t busy! I spoke with Elvis! He said bring car as soon as you can and we will take a look at it! I got there around noon! The Garage doors where down! (It was a little cold but other shops in the area doors were up! (Pep boys next door) I walk in no one was at the counter but I could see a older white gentleman working on a car! I stood there waiting for about 5mins! He never acknowledged me so I tapped on the window to get his attention! He looked up! Didn’t acknowledge me! There was another guy which I now know was Robert standing on the side! I waited and waited and waited! I thought the older guy was coming as he started walking towards the door but he was only looking for a part he needed, He retrieved the part and went back to working on the car! At that point I was like, no one is coming out?? So I left...I drove from DeSoto to Arlington to come here! As I got down the street I said let me call in there! When I called. Elvis answers the phone and I ask where they open, he said yea! I said well I was just there and no one came out! He says, well we are busy working on cars and you can leave your car, we have 4 cars in front of you! I was so upset because that’s not what you told me on the phone! I call the next day 12/4 and spoke with Robert! I ask if he was there yesterday he says yes! So I started to explain what happen and he says, I do remember a knock at the window but we was busy and I’m so sorry! I stated I drove all the from DeSoto to Arlington and he just kept saying sorry! Worse customer service ever and WOMEN do not take your car here! It’s obvious they don’t want to deal with female customers! Or black customers! Either way, I won’t be bring my car here!

I purchased a groupon and they didnt top off any of the fluids and they told me I needed a break flush because the screws were missing from my break fluid pan but it was connected 3 days ago. liar. One of the technicians started yelling at me and called me a lier. Will never go there again they try to take advantage of women.

They seems response fast. However, because they never take peoples contact information so they will not call you if your appointment is unable to fulfill. I would like to check my AC, after driving 30min to there, and I was told that their machine for checking the AC was broken the day before I went there. So I wasted 1.5hours for nothing.

Went in feeling confident about the knowledge from the store manager. Had a master cylinder replaced, then added a booster, then the hearing pipe was broken. No clips placed on the line allowing air in, left my vehicle a greasy mess and still no breaks. Spoke with Elvis, asked for a different tech to work on my car, his response was no. Asked for the corporate office number, he refused. Told me to drive it to another Precision Auto Tune with no breaks....I wonder if he understands the liability and exposure involved in such a statement can cause to his business. The service and quality if work is extremely poor here. Had to have my empliyee bring it back the seconf time so I didnt miss work, still no breaks. Find another shop, its not worth it.

Went in to use a Groupon for an oil change and they were out of oil, so I returned two days later. They quoted me for an additional $1200 worth of work that needed to be done as soon as possible, in their opinion. I was advised that a belt was cracked and would cause me to end up stranded on I-20 when it broke. I immediately took it to the mechanic that has done any type of major work on my car and he said nothing was wrong with the belt and showed me. Unfortunately, I will not be going back here for service in the future. Scare tactics are not good service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH A WARRANTY. I purchased a battery from Elvis, the front office and mechanic guy. The Interstate battery lasted 5 months and then died....something about a bad cell. Well, same guy (Elvis) said that the garage was under new management and they werent honoring any warranties. 159 dollars out the window. Consider yourself warned.

I purchased a groupon that states an oil change, top off, multipoint inspection as well as tire inspection and rotation. The only thing that was actually completed was the oil change. I never received proof or was told any of those were actually done. I just had a final receipt that states I redeemed my groupon and the number 1 next to all the above mentioned services. I bought the groupon to have all of those completed but only the oil change was complete.

Went to this Precision Tune Auto Care for a state inspection on my vehicle. We had a coupon. The service rep asked can I help you? I expalined what I needed. He said we dont do state inspection. I then showed him the coupon. He then said oh, well, our machine is down. Did not offer when the machine might be working; did not apologize for the inconvenience it has caused me; did not apologize for immediately responding to my service need by explaining the machine was down...would/would not be serviced soon. He did not seem to have any idea about providing customer service. I will not be back to this servi9ce provider
