I love the service! Amazing workers and they were quick with great prices. However their car lift did mess up my trim on the left side of my vehicle, so just let them know if you have anything that they need to watch out for when working on your vehicle

Great experience! I needed an inspection to renew my registration. I called and they told me they’d squeeze me in their scheduled services. Had a less than 10 minute wait before the rep called me inside to take my personal info. The technician was considerate and timely with conducting my inspection. The counter representative was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. I’d feel comfortable having another service performed there.

Went in for just a routine oil change and they gave a look over of the entire vehicle. Let me know things to keep an eye on, and things that need to be replaced soon. They also included an estimate as to how much it would be to repair all the concerns with the vehicle. Friendly staff, and quick service!

They were all so sweet but overpriced the cost of “repairs” to my car by $700. It’s more of an experience, less of a mechanic. I do have to buy parts but the parts can’t be found brand new anyway because they stopped making my car in 98. Here’s to YouTube and sway bar bushings with a side of bearings.PsIt is still the best place in Arlington to get an oil change.

I was so pleased with the survice I got here. They were ready for me at my appointment time, they were running a special on oil changes, and they even fixed the time in my radio. I was in and out in 43 minutes. Fantastic service and I will be back.

I went back to Midas after about 10 years. I asked for a general check of my cars systems. I recieved a nice report via text message. I agreed to wait and into about an 1.5 hours but the waiting room was pleasant and the lady working the front did a nice job of keeping me informed on the status of my car. I felt good about my decision to go back to Midas.

Had a 3 pm appointment. When I got there tho, there was no available bay open at the time. It took longer than I wanted to be there but the guy at the front desk was apologetic and informed me the reason for the delay. Unlike other Lube places, I was happy that this place and staff wasnt the pushy type and try to up sell you more than originally priced. I will be going back for sure. Thanks guys!

Brought it in for breaks and the detailed inspection revealed cracked rotors and improper break installation. I asked them to check out a noise as well and they were able to identify the water pump immediately. Super knowledgeable and will be my new primary auto care shop now. Sorry Firestone.

Fixed a tire with a huge screw in it. Cost 27.00 though which I think was a little steep.They had the lobby spaced out 6 feet from others so thats a good plus point.

Had an appointment to repair a loose bit of exhaust shielding. Went in and they got it all done, and a quick 15 minutes later I was back on the road. No sales push or upselling. Straightforward and professional. I will go back for other exhaust work in the future.

Placed an appointment at 2AM, and got an appointment at 10:30AM, that same day. Quoted 2 repairs, ended up getting 1, and a different one. They communicated well, explained and showed me the problems. Helped get the right part (the one I bought was wrong size), and in a timely manner (alongside all repairs) since I explained I was needed at work early and had a limited window. All issues requested were fixed efficiently, and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly, and professional. Will be going back soon or at least 2-3 more repairs that I trust them for.

If you want to be lied to and taken advantage of then you will love this place! Very dishonest. Called to see if there was a fee to have my vehicle looked at, I was told no, then they charged me to look at my vehicle! When I made a comment about how high the estimate was the guy said oh this isnt a company vehicle?! He jacked up the price because he thought I was having a company pay! If you want to be lied to and taken advantage of then you will love this place!

I showed up after having to jump my car at a clients house leaving work...I didn’t have an appointment. They helped me get in immediately; I didn’t even have to turn my car off. They ran a full diagnosis on my car, and explained each thing to me, as well as text me when the diagnosis was finished so they could address all the issues. The system they use is very easy to understand and they are genuinely helpful. They were able to change out my dead battery and cable wires, my air filter, gave me an oil change and topped off my coolant it was extremely affordable and fast. Wasn’t let to pick up my son, it was a good experience,They did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back! Thank you again guys!

I went in for an overheating issue and they ran a pressure test on it and figured out it was the fan relay and fix it up for me. The next morning all my fluids were empty out of my reserve. As I started my car it was squealing badly so I took it back up there and they saw that the thermostat housing was leaking, after some talk they fixed it up for me for free. It was very kind of them and they are even putting new measures into place to double check pressures so nothing like that happens again.Aaron was so very helpful and is great at his job!Mishaps happen and they fixed it.Good job.

I went in for an oil change and received such amazing service. I was trying to decide whether or not to go to Pennzoil or to Midas because of the difference in price and of course Midas beat them hands down and that was without a Groupon. It took less than an hour for them to service my vehicle and they complimented me on how clean my car is under the hood. What I love the most about my visit was I didn’t have to say that I’m a widow in order to not be taken advantage of (this has happened before elsewhere). Midas of Arlington is now my new automotive needs go to place. Thank you guys.

I put my trust in this Midas to keep me safe in my SUV. I’m comfortable talking to them, even though I don’t know much about what goes on under the hood! After they go through the initial inspection, they come to me and tell me any possible problems they find or anything that needs to be taken care of right now. No pressure, they just give me the option of taking care of it now or at another time and how much it will cost. I don’t fear being taken advantage of at this Midas! The more important thing is, I feel secure driving my SUV after they’ve checked it!

This Midas is awesome. The people are always honest and hospitable. One time they dropped my car off at my apartment for me when I was out of town and had got a flat tire. This week the manager bought me lunch since I had a long wait there. They always go above and beyond.

Took in a 2011 bmw 328i for a pre-purchase inspection. Glad I did... they ended up finding several things that needed to be fixed that the dealer had not disclosed. The manager and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back without a doubt.

Always my go to when I need maintenance or a repair. The staff is pretty up front with what is needed and what can wait. Lisa is da bomb and her dog is pretty good with 2 year olds. Now that I think of of it, I need to schedule an oil change pretty soon. In conclusion, the shop can be trusted, cars can be expensive to fix, but they dont go after you for every penny. Ill stick with this crew.

The service was excellent. The staff found time for me even tho I was a walk in and they were very friendly and prompt. They were honest and didn’t try to add extra charges and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

After your oil change they text you a link to view the results of the courtesy check / digital inspection. It includes photos of leaks and such. Found out our driveshaft was leaking badly right before we were about to dive from Texas to Arizona. So happy they caught this before we left town! A++++++

Ive been coming to the shop for many years and always had a good experience. I must say the current staff and mechanics are the best Ive ever seen. This particular shop is basically the only one that I trust the mechanic to do a great job.

Very nice staff they went above and beyond with their service.. I went to have a oil change and told them my alternator was going out.. as a courtesy they did a diagnostic test an found it was the tensior belt which to my surprise was cheaper than a alternator.. also they rotated my tires free. I worked at ATT for 30 yrs and customer service is high regards with me.. I was offered coffee which was great because I missed out on making coffee yesterday.... Thank you Midas ,they also found a mouse nest in my cabin filter.. I love the digital cite which shows what I need to get repaired quickly and what I can wait on the next oil changed..I will refer my friends and family to check out Midas on pioneer parkway in Arlington, Tx... Way to go Midas an keep up the GREAT WORK!!!
