Brought in a recently purchased BMW X3 to this AMAZING team to get a full run down of the vehicle. I cannot express it enough when I say they went above and beyond. Chris who inspected and worked on the vehicle was very educated on BMW’s and it being my first I had no knowledge of the car whatsoever. He walked me step by step through the physical inspection and pointed out what was wrong as well as gave me an explanation as to why the parts needed to be replaced. (Which is rare with any automotive garage) then proceeded to check the codes while I was with him that way I could see for myself... so once we found the issues he didn’t insist on me making any extra BS repairs that weren’t needed at the time. So from this point we proceeded with the repair. Which was at an amazing price for the work done. I left my vehicle in his hands and he took the time to sent me images as he repaired the vehicle. He had everything wrapped up within a day as promised as well as went back over the repairs and showed me first hand. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Dallas! THANK YOU E1AUTO CARE!!

The very first time I went to this shop they were very helpful and they took very good care of my car.I just recently went back and had to get my car looked at and they immediately got to my car they’re very accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. The was worth it! As I was driving I noticed something else wrong with my car and I called Tony asked me to come back so they could take a look at what else it could be. They found the problem and now my car is running well. I would recommend this shop to anyone if you need repairs done to your car.They take pride in there work and taking care of people’s cars. I definitely would not recommend this place I paid 150 upfront which is what was told to me for full diagnosis but when I picked my car up receipt copy of diagnosis had no codes or any pertinent information to show there was even a diagnosis just a paragraph typed up about what they thought could be wrong with car that my first grader could have typed up. From that I knew to take it as a loss and take my business elsewhere. Very misleading and manipulative I will definitely be reporting to the BBB

This place is awesome! They saved my car. I drive a Range Rover Evoque and had been going through a horrible ordeal with Roger Dunlap, a mechanic, who ripped me off. When I took my car to E1-Auto Care, Roger had left all kind of parts in my back seat, left jugs under the hood, etc. I paid Roger $3200 and he basically did nothing. But I thank God for the guys at E1-Auto Care. I now have my car and it’s running like a new car. They were very fair to me and was concerned about me and my car. The name E1 Auto Care is a very appropriate name. This place truly care of me and my car. I will not be using a different auto shop. This is my place to take my car.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast service and reasonable prices. During the time that I needed my car serviced my mother was also hospitalized. It was a very difficult time for myself and my family but the awesome staff at E1 Auto made it so much easier. One employee in particular was Andre. He was caring, compassionate, warm and knowledgeable. He is an awesome employee and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!

I was attended to by Chris Sumner. He was very professional and efficient. He treated me as if I was important. He communicated with me through every step. He explained things in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He even answered questions that I didnt asked but needed to know. He was pleasant and very curteous. I will definitely refer him to my friends. I will use him in the future.

These reviews must be a lie. We took our car to this shop for an oil change and they talked me into fixing a “leak” that I had. We agreed and when we got the car back there was a larger leak and the ac stopped working. We took it to 3 different mechanics and they all said the same thing... They did work on the part of the car that did not need work and tampered with the ac. He said whoever touched this car overcharged your Freon and damaged more than he “repaired”. Please get multiple opinions. I will be taking legal action due to the information We have gathered.

GO HERE!! These guys are some of the best guys I have ever met!! They are very honest and straight to the point. Adam and Tony were great with me in a very stressful situation, they would break down what I needed to do step by step as to not overwhelm me, and now my car is up and running perfectly! Great trust worthy place. We drive 45 minutes to come here for all of our vehicle maintenance.

I have a car I lease out and it has zero issues. The renter took it to e1 for a state inspection and the mechanic, Chris failed her for faulty brakes and rotors. Yet, when I took the vehicle today and removed the rear and front tires, there was no issue. In fact, I was able to stop the car within less than 20 ft. So again, do not try to take advantage of people. The brake pads have 80% still. Won’t ever trust this place now.

3-2-18 I went in for a oil change and brake job. Tony took great care of me. Kept me informed every step of the way. Such a nice man. I trust this place and the price was good. I highly recommend E1Auto.

I was referred to E 1 from a dealer ship I was having issues with. To say the least I was a little worried. I dropped my car off Tuesday and picked it up today which is Wednesday. From my first phone call with Andreas, he was nothing but great! Very nice, great customer service, called when he said he would and picked up part to get my car repaired quicker. Like I told Andreas...I am not easily impressed...I was so impressed with service and staff I will be taking my daughters car there as well!!! Thank you Andreas and E 1 for everything!!!

My VW Jetta 2014 was burning oil, I noticed resistance with the steering, and the check engine light had come on. I went here and Tony was the one that took care of me. He clearly explained everything he found that was wrong and explained how much everything would be. He had great communication skills which is rare for people working in auto shops. He ordered all new parts and did the labor all in one day. It’s been a couple of days since and my car is driving smoother than butter. I will definitely be going back.

Nightmare repair job. Stay away. Everything was horrible about the repair job on my car. They replaced the timing belt. Them taking a lot longer than they promised is just the start. Promised 2-3 days; took 1.5 weeks. We got the car back with missing parts under the hood, including missing bolts. Went back to try to have them correct it. They put some of the big plastic parts back on, but it was still not done correctly. I decided not to have them attempt a third time because I didnt trust them anymore. The rear trunk was disassembled like someone was looking for something and they left grease stains. Shop explained that they keep parts in the trunk so they dont lose them. I decided to look in my glove box in case someone looked in there too. Also found grease stained fingerprints on my stuff in the glove box. Not sure what they were looking for but they had no business going through my stuff.Worst part yet to come. The cars alignment was slightly off when we got it back, which can be explained by them taking off the struts to do the repair job. They shouldve corrected it as part of the repair. Didnt think much of it, until about three weeks later when it rained. The car was completely not driveable in the rain and pulled every which direction. Took it in for an alignment right away and it was WAY off, to the point that the tread on the front tires was completely ruined and worn down to the metal on the inside of the tires. I ended up buying 2 new tires front tires. I absolutely believe the shop is responsible for the messed up tires. A few more weeks and the tires would have worn through and it would have been a blowout on the road. It couldve ended up in an accident. I believe this repair job put my familys life in danger. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I have had all types of services performed by the professionals here at E-1, from brakes to replacing engines. There is no auto shop that I trust more! I will never take my car to the dealership for any type of service again. The team at E-1 are fair and honest and they stand by their work.

What Can I say about this crew!?Best experience Ive ever had at a auto repair shop. No headache what do ever. Went in knowing that I was needing an engine. Manager Adam gave me a price no one else was able to beat! Then the assistant manager Andres kept me updated every step of the way with phone calls and pictures of the process happening. Called me the minute it was ready. Andres even stayed late til I was able to get there ( almost an hour after they closed ) showed me the new engine parts they also installed new on the engine they even washed the car and NOT ONE grease stain in the interior. Im in complete shock I recommend everyone in the DFW come to this shop!!

Im not one to post a review, whether positive or negative. E1 Auto Care just went so far above my expectations that I had to share. I dropped my jeep off just before close with a whole mess of issues and picked it up right at closing the following day. (I wouldnt want me as a customer.) They quickly solved issues that my previous mechanic couldnt and to my surprise even cleaned up a mess inside my vehicle that was completely unrelated to my needed repairs. I could not have received better service. I mean, I really left feeling like their own family could not have received better care. They earned a customer for life today.

Ive gone with these guys for services for about 3 years, They are hit and miss. 8/27/19 I took my Expedition in to the shop for a coolant leak. They performed a pressure test and recommended that I should replace my Intake Manifold and EGR Pressure Sensor. Totaled to a little over $1,000. Picked up the vehicle and parked it. Went to get some food later I turned it on and left it running, the engine light was on and I was still leaking fluid. 8/28/19 Went back to see why my truck wasnt correctly fixed. They stated that I needed an EGR Valve. Afterwards, they called saying that there was a New Leak from the Freeze Plug in the back. We said no thank you and paid for the valve and left. 8/29/19 Took my vehicle to the Ford Dealership, and they were able to Assess what was wrong with the truck. 9/4/19 The Dealership fixed the issue with the engine light, The DPFE sensor hoses were switched/crossed when reconnecting them back together. The coolant leak was actually coming from a coolant pipe in the back of the water pump. Total we spent close to $2,500. As efforts of E1 feeling bad, they offered ME TO PAY THEM his personal rate for four new tires, Free alignment, Brake Check in return for me not to post a bad review. Me personally, it wasnt an offer I could accept.
