I went here to get my tire replaced and the guy broke my key for the rim, he put too much pressure on it for sure, his excuse was that my key was too sensitive, No, my key was not that old. I went to my dealer ship to get a new key which was not cheap at all. So I made sure I kept my receipt and went back to the shop so he can reimburse me for my key that he broke. And I’m a peaceful guy, I wasn’t getting angry or anything but the guy that broke my key and the manager (I think), they both started raising their voice at me and giving me attitude and such, claiming that it happens all the time and making excuses and that he is not gonna pay me for my key. I use to go here all the time but not any more, Never again I will come here, neither my family and friends

Got here to install the tires on my van...and lost one of the cap on the rim...dont do a good job

I did my oil change here and it was a great experience.

If they tell you need a new ac compressor try changing the compressor fuse first. Went twice to get my ac serviced with same results even after I changed my ac compressor. First time they said it was the compressor and charged $75. Got it changed and they said it was still the compressor and charged again same price. Went to another shop and they said the fuse was bad and my same compressor worked and got it fixed. These guys wanted $650 plus to change it and most likely would say it was still bad and charged more to take the whole thing apart just to drain you knowing it was the fuse.

Just rude! I couldn’t ask any questions. I was basically kicked out for asking what was I being charged for. Mechanic also slammed my hood as I was leaving.

Was passing through Texas needed brake repair they end up telling me i needed rotators got those replaced paid $260 for my car to still have a grinding noise.

Went there for my car repair only for them to make it worse and when asked on the matter they answered rudely that they didn’t have to do with it. If you love your car better take it to somewhere else. I won’t advice you to take it to this place. It is the worse I have ever seen in Texas if not the world. They need to style up.

65 for just a toe alignment is a rip off. They didnt even align my car right. Then the guy messed up my pressure stabilizer between my inner tie rods boots. Will never go here again they have no clue what they are doing.

I changed my tire this morning so One of the employee was helping me to put the Speer tire into my trunk and other employees said no he shouldnt help me and i him why he told me i should do myself. I said really? I always go there when i have problems. But this is my last time.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND SELL BAD TIRES I had driven up to this tire shop for a used tire and I thought that these people would actually have a good or halfway decent Tire to put on . that was not the case they sold me a bad tire and said that it was not the tire, that it was something else. making excuse for their work. I asked them just to balance it and he would not even touch it but the tire keeps on shaking on the highway

I specifically asked the worker if they patched tires. I reiterated patched not plugged and he said yes we patch. I said ok. I watched the entire time and noticed he never took my toe off. I dismissed it, paid, and left. After speaking with another mechanic he informed me that sounds like the plugged my tire not patched. I went right back and the manager, the worker, and myself exchanged words. The manager became angry staring they dont patch tires the plug. I explained to him that I specifically asked his worker if they patched tires and he said yes. Both were yelling at me and I yelled back to state my point. At this moment I was a woman in a shop alone. I calmed down and asked if they would sign my receipt to replace for free if the tire didnt hold. They agreed and I left. I will not be going back.

Very bad service. I called at 5:40 to see if I could get an alignment done on my minivan. They said sure and I told them I would arrive in 20 minutes. When I arrived they said the mechanic left and I told them I had been in the phone. They said we’re closed. I told him their hours in google said 7pm that’s why I called ahead of time to make sure they could do it. The guy in a red shirt said they couldn’t do anything about it. They’ve had the same hours for 4 years. Needless to say, don’t come here. Very rude and not understanding that if a customer called ahead of time let them know they’re going to close instead of letting them drive a good distance just to say you’re closed.

Moved to Arlington and didnt know of any places to take care of my truck. After a few bad experiences around town I ended up trying out 303 Auto.Their service, effort, and honesty have made me a customer for as long as I will be here. The dealership was going to charge me $1250, guys @ 303 auto fixed my car for $470!! Saved me $780! Love these guys. Courteous and straight shooters. You can trust these guys.

Great service! Was greeted as soon as I pulled in and spoke to a knowledgeable and decent mechanic. Went in for an oil change and to look at a small coolant leak and walked out with a free diagnonis and options to fix it. 10/10!

Took my 03 WRX here for a radiator support frame swap out. Gave them 250 and the OEM parts and they did an excellent job on the labor for a great price. Other places in Arlington charged me $300-$2000, but these guys stayed close to the quoted price and got the job done the right way (drill out weld in). Very happy with the results and I recommend others try this place.

Tell me why I called and asked if they charged to check on the tiers, their answer is No. my son shows up and they didn’t do anything and they charged him.Listen it’s Not about the money. It’s how you guys take advantage of young people and just take their money like that. It’s not ethical at all.

I rarely rate businesses but this establishment has some top notch technicians and excellent service. Although I was in for an alignment, they went above and beyond and provided clear and concise answers.The technicians were very knowledgeable and I was impressed with their will to share information.

I got some used tires just a few days ago and not only did they put one on backwards they put one on that was the wrong size. I dont recommend going there.

Bad place to go. Took my running car to get fixed only to get it back not driveable. These ppl dont know anything about cars. Paid 250 for them to totally screw me over. Thanks Alex.

Run, run, run away! Dont waste your time and money at this auto repair shop. This place is run by dishonest people and scammed artists. I brought my cars there for oil changes. The first time they made it spilled all over the engine. The second time I came with my own oil and oil filter, the guy who changed my cars oil switched my oil filter to a smaller, used oil filter and it leaked oil and it cost me another oil filter to replace it. Another time I came for an inspection with an engine light on, a guy erased the engine light and told me to run 50 miles on it and came back so he could pass it. I ran 50 miles on the car then came back and they said it was not ready. Wasting my time and gas in the process.

Always go here for my minor car work. Tires! Oil change! Rotation! I reccomend getting all your car needs here and they will work with you and give fair prices!

Run run run, went there for a check engine light, they fixed it but it came back the next day, went back, they erased it and it still came back. They said it was a different code and wanted to charge me again. Went to another shop that had diagnosed it earlier and they said it was the same code. They just want your money.

Great service! I came in with the diagnosis from the dealership that my alternator was bad ($1600.00) for my Lexus. Turns out it was a bad battery and not the alternator at all. 303 AUTO saved me $1400.00.thank you guys

First time leaving a review. My wheel alignment was worse after going here. My cars new rear tires were worn on the inside a week after going here. Theyre alignment price is the cheapest around, and now I see why.

Waste of time and money! The owner himself admitted they just want your money.

Went for am alignment on a Monday afternoon, took 20 mins and cost $45.

Got my car serviced here. Told me i had bad control arms and wanted to charge me 500$ for it.I paid only half then came back to get the job done.They winded up messing up a problem that i already had worse, which was the tie rods,then after putting the tie rods on,it did not fully fix the problem.Very bad alignment job too. Winded up having to take my car to NTB because i did not trust them after i had them fix the tie rods when i should have gotten it for free.

Horrible customer service. Went here and said i needed an oil change and they completely ignored me even after standing in the lobby for 5 mins at the counter.

Second time visiting this place.Always left with doubts to the nature of work done.
