All good at first BUT all changed when we switched provider! It all started good and very responsive Agent; however, it all changed when we bought a property and were shopping around for different pricing. When we decided to go with another company, we got a bill (under $100). We were in the process of moving, leaving our rental apartment, closing on our house, packing... anyone can imagine it is a lot to deal with and we completely forgot to send a check. We still had renters insurance for 2 more months and then I contacted Carlos to cancel this policy. We never got a reminder via email, mail, call and Carlos didnt even remind me of the outstanding balance when I reached out to cancel the renters policy. We got a letter from a Collection Agency to pay this bill (again less than $100). I just think it is bad business, he is very responsive and emails you or calls you regarding anything, but to simply remind you of a bill, nothing! I just dont want to be involved with these types of businesses! They act very professional to get your business but not so much when you decide to go elsewhere!
