Anthonys’ company has been a good stable working insurance agency for myself and family. I highly recommend him and his staff for any insurance or financial needs. Thank you Mr. Sampson for all you do!

I have been with Allstate since early 2015. I was with a different agency and moved over to Sampson on a friends recommendation. The first few years was good because of Pam. Pam was very good and was always accurate, nice and very quick to make any changes needed. Since she retired it has been all downhill. I tried to change to mile wise and was given a inaccurate quote. It came back much higher than quoted and not that much cheaper. They took double payments and told me the one for mile wise would be refunded and it wasn’t they just kept it. It was applied to my next months premium but that’s not what I was told. I’m not happy with Allstate overall and will be looking to move all my insurance as soon as it’s time to renew my home policy. If you have a claim they are very slow to respond especially on your homeowners claim.

The customer service here is out of this world, Zahira always explains everything so succinctly and helps me understand my coverages and options!

BE WARE, BE WARE! The agents give you general information and not policy specific information.I signed an Exclusinon document in 2012 (which I totally forgot about until it was brought to my attention recently) when the agent was trying to add my daughter to my policy. I called earlier this year to add my daughter because she had to occasionally pick my son up from school. I was told if she occasionally drove the car she will be covered. I was on vacation and my car was driven without permission and was involved in an accident. Now the Exclusinon document comes up, and no record of my call to add my daughter earlier this year. When Anthony called me about this incident, he was so unprofessional and talked by. (I had a witness listening to the conversation too.) My car end up being totaled and not covered because of neglect on the agent part that gave me general information and not looking at my specific policy. A costly mistake. It wont happen again with Sampson Financial.I was with Anthony for 8 years and after this, I changed agents! Just BEWARE.
