The staff is very friendly, honest and responsive. My husband and I are on the search for better price while don’t want to compromise the necessary coverages. We were not familiar with the insurance lingo and Karen Melendez helped us with no hesitant. She spent time to do diligent research and followed up with me to thoroughly helped me with my concerns. I had tons of questions but Karen was very patientto explain everything to me. Thanks very much Karen for your time! These people are crooks. I have perfect driving record, no tickets. Every time I renewed my policy it went up 12.00 everytime I asked why, they could not give me a straight answer. After almost 3 years I finally moved on to another insurance provider. Check around for lower rates before shopping here. I got the same policy with the same coverage Auto, Renters & Roadside for 50.00 a month cheaper, almost 500.00 a year in savings. Good luck public, dont let these insurance companys steal your hard earned money...
