This is a nice place because the floors are thick cement I had a horror story at another apartment with a non stop barking labrador for 1 year and 2 months. Also the new lease or office assistant was recently so nice to me I was not expecting that and she made me feel liked. Both sides have great views. The wood floors are easy to clean.

We moved in one month ago - I highly recommend living at VPoint! The apartments are fairly new, with good quality construction and appliances, and are priced very competitively for this area. The floor plans are relatively generous for this area as well. The move-in experience in particular was great. Ed was very accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and really went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. The apartment interior was completely repainted and re-carpeted prior to our move-in, and when I requested maintenance for some minor repairs they were prompt and thorough. Finally, the location and neighborhood are excellent.Just to mention a few cons to keep this review realistic: probably the biggest con is that there is a paucity of amenities, if that is important to you. The inner V-shaped hallway is a small-ish enclosed space and so it does trap kitchen/cooking smells, and this will occasionally drift into our apartment. There is very minimal, occasional noise coming in from the hallway, street, and our downstairs neighbor - although actually this is much less of an issue than in prior apartments and to be expected with apartment living, and generally has not been a problem for us.A huge thanks to the VPoint leasing/management and maintenance team for their work to make this a pleasant building to live in!

After having rented various apartments/condos over the last 7 years, I can honestly say that moving and choosing Vpoint was the easiest and most stress free process I have ever had. Ed (property manager) went above and beyond to get us a great deal on the apartment and facilitate our move in process. Whenever I reached out to him he would be nothing but accommodating and helpful and cant thank him enough for his patience. For the area, this is by far one of the more reasonably priced facilities, while not sacrificing convenience, building quality, management, and location. The location is fantastic, you are right next to Clarendon and Wilson Blvd where you have immediate access to plenty of restaurants, shops as well as the metro. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to any prospective tenant and I am extremely pleased with our experience thus far. Thanks again Ed!

Just moved in, but we couldn’t be happier so far. Ed in the front office helped us get our lease through quickly for a short notice move, and has been extremely helpful so far with everything. Apartment is beautiful, and the location is great—super dog friendly, too!

Spent seven years there and recently moved. Ed and the staff went above and beyond for me and I appreciate their hard work. The maintenance staff is top notch. I would recommend this location for the convenience, the safety, and the spectacular neighborhood.

Have lived here for going on nine years, since just after they opened. Current management is the most helpful of the three management teams Ive worked with in, IMHO. Ed works the front desk and is not only knowledgeable about fair housing practics, he is always reactive to our needs. Leslie, the manager, has not once failed to return a call or an email. All of my service requests are fulfilled promptly. In all the years Ive lived here, Ive not felt this at home. I love living here and look forward to living here for some time to come :)

Yes Edmund Theil is a very nice and pleasant guy who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is excellent in his profession and he make everyone here so happy. He waits for clients who cant make it during the hours and shows them apartments and this is called dedication. He has filled alot of units here. Yes he is a keeper and like I said before this place is looking beautiful and the people are happy and we all love him and Leslie being here. Thank you.

Ed Theil has been a God send for my fiancé and I during the transition of our move and leasing process. He has a true bed-side manner, is easy to communicate with, and follows through. If you are planning to lease at VPoint, he is the person you want to get in touch with.

I am in the military, I move around a lot and I’ve lived in many places but vPoint by far has exceeded my expectations when it comes to being a military friendly community. I haven’t seen any reviews here for military but if you are in the military you’d definitely enjoy living here, this place has updated kitchens, bathrooms and hardwood floors, it is walking distance to the metro, restaurants and shops. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with, the leasing manager Leslie is the best leasing manager I’ve ever worked with, from the application process to moving in she made moving in a breeze. She is kind, professional and respectful, she would send follow up emails after moving in to make sure everything in the apartment was working right. Favio the office assistant is always there to answer any questions I’ve had or help me with any issues. They could have not gotten a better team to work the leasing office, I’ve read other reviews about old management but this new management is Definitely a five star staff.

The apartments are nice and maintenance is great, but management is really bad. I lived there for two years and they consistently blew off the requests we made of them (it took them two months to leave a copy of the lease in our mailbox. I asked about getting an extra fob for my pet sitter and they said theyd look into it, never did, and got annoyed with me when I followed up). Theyre never in the office during office hours, and recently, tenants that were taking over our apartment scheduled an appointment with them to submit their application. Management called them an hour before their appt and said they needed to reschedule because they had a training. When he said no, they walked it back and tried to say they never confirmed the appointment to begin with. The person traveled from out of town for this appointment and just decided to wait until the training was over. They shut the (glass) door and literally had a birthday party in the office, making this person wait for over an hour. (I attached a picture of the training progress sign with birthday balloons in the background, lol. They came back holding cake. they do not gaf). Theyre also sketchy with record keeping and wont tell you anything up front. We had to ask multiple times to get them to confirm how much they collected from us in security deposits, since it was a roommate situation and we wrote separate checks.Even when I applied to live there, over two years ago, it took them forever to process my application. They kept telling me their internet was down. I watched them use this same excuse at least three or four times up until about a month ago. They always say their phones are connected to the internet, and thats why they dont answer calls or emails. Tenants are regularly annoyed at their lack of availability.The only positive is that they did work with us when we gave 30 days vacancy notice instead of 60 days. It was like pulling teeth, and they made it much more stressful than it needed to be, but we got a new tenant in our place and were no longer liable.Anyways, like I said, maintenance staff is amazing, prompt, and very kind. If management were better, I would recommend VPoint. As it stands, I would not.

I have been living here almost 3 years. It has been an amazing experience. The building is always clean and it is managed well. Also, everyone is so friendly. If you have any problems, they will help you immediately. Mayra is always helpful answering all our questions.

Our apartment building is a bit different than most. The church built the building to help with affordable housing. 70 out of 100 are income related.They help deliver our packages to our door. They clean your carpets if you ask.They celebrate holidays for everyone. They are always available.Our building is extremely hard to get an apartment. The waiting list is very long.The church is always there as back up.The beautiful views, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in every apartment.Its a great place to live and most have no plans on leaving. 2 blocks from the metro.

If you’re looking for a BEAUTIFUL property in Clarendon this is a must see! The one bedroom was so spacious! Daysi and Mayra are phenomenal! I highly recommend this community!

Worst office staff I have ever encountered. Kept a certified piece of mail delivered to my son for 7 days. Declined two FedEx deliveries I had sent to him, no notification to request pick up from local FedEx depot, declined them, this means they are returned to sender! After all that they are rude and my son has only lived their a month or so! I guess they consider that the apartments are rent assisted and they can treat people with disabilities or less income with a lower standard of customer service!1/07/19. In response to your reply, Id thank you for reaching out and making your response look like you cared, unfortunately you dont. Your response suggest package delivery is a free amenity when any apartment building would offer this service. You sent an email to me personally and requested an opportunity to speak with me about this situation, except you didnt call when you said you would and have not responded to either of the messages I have left on your voicemail. Again I reiterate, just because someone is on a reduced rent or has a disability does not make it okay to receive a lower standard of customer service. Your response makes it sound like you have great policies in place, in reality your staff in the office at V Point are rude and are not following this policy.

Stopped by for an appointment to tour the apartment after I received verbal confirmation on the phone the day previous for the tour time. I had previously had delayed email responses.Showed up on time for the confirmed tour time and was unable to enter the building. Called the leasing office and was unable to reach anyone.Building is in a good location and looks fine. Just seems to be extremely poorly run.

Worst office staff/leasing management I have ever encountered. Very rude and manipulative and demeaning. The office staff attempts to blame you on issues in the apartments and is horrible at communication. They are also horrible at letting you know if you have a package. They are horrible at their jobs and should not be working there. Do not live here.

I currently live in one of the V Point apartments. This has been my dream come true. For a long time I was looking for a decent residence and it was not until I arrived at V Point, since one enters the whole life of the human being changes, the staff with whom one deals is very professional. One can dialogue in full confidence, as they try to understand ones situation. Sometimes the wait is a little desperate, but it is not a problem of the administration. I imagine that nobody wants to move from this palace. Well, when you enter the building you think you are entering a 5 star hotel. The staff in charge of maintenance and cleaning are friendly and strive to have the building in top condition, as well as the administrative staff. God bless all the staff and may their humanitarian part always be present, remember to extend the hand to the one who arrives seeking help but without neglecting their obligations to keep a building out of pollution as before. I will continue to pray for all of them and their respective families.
