Me and my Girlfriend went in after a long day of working and touring apartments, and after getting denied a tour from another complex, and 1 basically treating us like a burden, we went to Summit Ridge to be treated AMAZING!!! Alex treated us so well, and we even stayed to chat a while. Definitely found our future home! Definitely will be treating Alex to food and drinks when possible!!! If i could give 6 stars i would!!!!

I was looking around the area and I ran into these apartments. When I walked in the office they were all super nice. I saw a one bedroom that is perfect for me. I really enjoyed my tour. Valeria showed me around the property its very clean and beautiful. I am so excited to move here!!!

I am so upset right now that I am in tears. This place needs some serious repairs. I have had issues with my front door since I moved in. The first thing I noticed was a large crack at the bottom which has insects coming in all the time. Shortly afterwards I noticed my door would get jammed up and I would have to struggle multiple times to open it or use a tool. 3 times it got so stuck I couldn’t open it at all so I had to put in a EMERGENCY REQUEST and it took them far too long to get the job done. Unfortunately the last two times It made me late to work. This is a MAJOR MAJOR issue and I have severe anxiety so I had panic attacks each time this has happened. All I could think about is if there was to be a medical emergency and my door got jammed what would I do? I waited almost an hour today for someone to come. This is the worst apartment experience i have ever had. I will be making this a very big issue because under no circumstance should anything like this happen especially after 3 emergency request.

I just moved in and it already had my hooked, the home shown on their website is exactly how they have it in person. Their staff is amazing and their maintenance is so on top of things. The only downfall I can say is make sure you watch for towing, they have a strict policy on that; yet can’t explain because I rather them care for their residents than to see us as bags of money walking around. 10/10 would recommend living here!

I had an extremely pleasant visit. I was interested in touring the place and Vasean has helped me with everything. I must say she has this motherly genuine character trait that makes you want to move here! And I did just that! She has been alongside with me through every step of the process to moving in and I have never experienced anything like it. These apartments made me feel at home and comfortable with the new updates and how well taken care this property seems to be. I cant wait to move and and I appreciate everyones help thus far!

I have been staying in the apartments for a year and half. The management have been wonderful on fixing things in my apartment. They have a good attitude and I love living in the community.

I am a brand new tenant and I’d just like to say that Vasean and Val have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Moving tends to be a pain yet things were refreshingly easy and straightforward for me. The minor “issues” I had upon move-in were resolved quickly and efficiently. The office staff has been extremely helpful and friendly when assisting. I love my new home here at Summit Ridge.

Best experience and friendly service I love management here

I enjoyed living there until they changed the parking for residents. We paid for our assigned covered parking each month but only one of our cars was allowed to park under it. There should only be one tag identifying residents, as were all adults and know where we should be parking.

The staff here was amazing!!! They took time to listen, make me feel comfortable, and help me find my new home. They made me feel like family, They showed me the model and my apartment looks just Amazing like the model Im so happy to live in my Apartment Home!! The Maintenance guys was very helpful and the Front Staff is soooo Nice!!!!

Ive been living here for 4 years already, but no more. This apt property has always been on the low-end of the market, and even though the new management is trying to improve it, its all superficial. Its still the old, broken property that college age me moved into.The area is also really bad. Youd think that being near the stadiums is a good thing, but that just doesnt apply here. This is a low income area and it is plain obvious. I wouldnt recommend walking outside at night... Oh and its probably best if you own a gun.Id advise looking elsewhere.

Summit Ridge Apartments is an awesome place to live and in a great location! I toured a few different apartment complexes in the area prior to Summit Ridge and couldnt find a place I loved. When I toured Summit Ridge I immediately knew this is where I wanted to live. The apartments were spotless and the amenities were by far the nicest here at Summit Ridge than anywhere else. The gym has all the equipment you need for a good workout, and you can access it 24 hours a day! My work schedule is always changing so having access to the gym whenever is the best.My favorite thing about the Summit Ridge apartments is the office staff. They are always eager to help and will go above and beyond to make sure any issue is resolved. Jessica was super flexible and understanding while I went through the application and leasing process. Moving is a real pain in the rear end, but Jessica was able to make the whole process pain free, and even followed up after I moved in to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything to let her know! I felt right at home from day one! If youre looking for a place to live in the Arlington area, I strongly suggest you check out Summit Ridge, and ask for Jessica! :)

Lived here for almost 3 years and the new management has destroyed the peace. I was almost shot when my neighbor got robbed. Wont even let me out my lease. They towed one of my cars that were registered, proved it was registered and they charged me $300 to get it back. Did I mention the loads of water bugs. Their excuse was because I lived on the main floor. My brother had to stay with me a few days and they charged me $50. They charge you for everything. If you sneeze to loud you see a charge on your account. Done with this dump

I am very surprised by the negative reviews for this complex. I have experienced nothing but incredible hospitality from the front office since the first time I called. They are attentive, helpful, and very kind. Ive worked directly with Alex, Jessica, & VaSean - never had any problems. Juan and the maintenance team are incredible too! Any work order I have put in is solved within a week (generally same day). My neighbors are all kind and friendly. I dont feel unsafe here as other reviews have suggested. While the gates are not currently working the office management has noted they are repairing the gates and have been really good at keeping the community up to date with the repairs happening around the complex. Some reviews suggest Summit Ridge & A-AArlington towing are trying to scam, but that simply isnt true. This complex is nearby Hurricane Harbor and the stadiums which means we had an issue of people using residents/visitor parking spots to avoid paying for parking when going to an event. Requiring guests register their car has been super great to keep spots available for our guests and the residents too! I register my fiances car every time he comes over and it is not towed. You will only be towed if you dont register your car. Simple rules to follow to keep our community nice. Other reviews also talk about having bugs, but Ive never had any in my apartment. Lastly, I will say I agree with the annoyance of smelling if a neighbor is smoking, but Summit Ridge has put out several emails advising when a lease is renewed the new lease will have a section noting that no smoking is allowed in order to keep the complex clean and smelling nice and healthy for all residence. I am excited for that change to go 100% into effect! Overall, Ive had nothing but positive experiences here and will continue to call this complex home for the foreseeable future!

Due to the current pandemic customer service in every industry has been affected; however that doesnt seem the case with Summit Ridge staff. From the application process, to move in the transition was quick, smooth. The location is ideal, and the cost is even better!! What I would like to highlight is the amazing service from Juan in maintenance!!!! Juan is quick in responding to any issue(s). He has a great knowledge base, and he is efficient. He pays attention to details. He noticed my shoes outside my door, and removed his shoes to enter my apartment. That spoke volumes to me. Thank you to the staff for all that you do. A Special Thank You to Juan for going above expectations/standards set!!

Very horrible place to live I wish I could give 0 stars Vasean Giddings the manger very unprofessional someone should teach her some manners. Very outdated the projects are probably more comfortable roaches everywhere no matter how clean you are DO NOT MOVE HERE IM WARNING YOU.

Staying at summit ridge for 2 years has been so amazing. Anytime I have any maintenance issue it’s fixed that same day or the next day and I’m always satisfied. The apartments are quiet and peaceful. There has never been any bad incident since I’ve been here. Also there is adequate parking esp if you have more than two cars. Also the management, Vasean and Nikki are amazing as well. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a peaceful community

The Property Manager VaSean is amazing and takes care of her people. She is very kind and understanding. love the location of apartments, summit ridge is great, Ive built a great relationship with the staff. The neighborhood is peaceful, thankful to live in these apartments I hope to be able to stay here longer.

These are good for starting apartment owners but The pool is never open, the bugs are bad theres a lot of fruit flies and roaches, If you have kids you’ll have to register them on the lease and pay for themAs well . Theres strict pet policies, your car is most likely to get towed, management is horrible, limited parking spots but the neighbors here are nice and theres a nice dog park

I’ve been hunting for an apartment for a few weeks now as the lease on my current place is about to end. I walked into the office at Summit Ridge and met Jessica Pedraza. She gave me a tour the property and I was shown a very nice model apartment. She was incredibly informative and highlighted all the features I would have access to. Jessica was respectful and happy to answer any questions/concerns I had. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had while apartment hunting. Summit Ridge is very lucky to have an employee like Jessica!

I recently moved here and Jessica went well beyond expected responsibilities to ensure my experience was smooth and easy. Very easy to work with. Ive never had an issue with sound, either from neighbors or external. Great location bordering popular restaurants/bars, minutes from the At&t stadium and social scenes. I love it here.

Their guest parking is a scam. I checked in my guests vehicle and the next day it was no longer there. I know for a fact I checked in the car as it gave me an expiration date and time. The one time I don’t screenshot it cost me $341 :)

This place is great the maintenance man by the name of Juan is always on time and is very professional. He completes his work and does it correctly. Hes an awesome maintenance guy and answers all my questions. Mr. Juan is seriously a dedicated employee and is definitely a company man. Keep up the great work and Summit apartments you have yourself a great maintenance man I recommend you keep him happy!

My husband and I moved here from a sister property due to our growing family! We love it! The apartment is nice and super spacious. The ladies in the office are great! Jessica was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our experience has been nothing but positive so far!

Pretty quiet community in a good location, sometimes busy because of whatever is going on in Jerrys World. But overall I enjoyed my stay here. Alex was absolutely amazing she took her time touring me and made sure to answer all my questions before I left. I would recommend this place to friends.

I love this place! The location is amazing lots of food and bars nearby. Quick drive to either Fort Worth/Dallas which is super convenient. The girl in the front office Alex is super nice and answers my questions.

I recently moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2. I love the spacious living room! I am very satisfied with the upgrade. I submitted 2 work orders that were responded to; almost as quickly as I posted them. I really appreciate that! The only downside for me is there is no covered parking in my area; so I am very selective on where I park; due to some of the trees. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here at Summit Ridge! 💕

Really nice 1st time apartment 👍🏽Been here since 2016 and never had any real issues since.VaSeans really friendly and her staff are all easy to talk to, should you need anything.Also, the maintenance team here is on-point! Every request Ive had (and Ive had plenty) has been handled if not the same day then the very next!Theyre currently doing some renovations right now but its looking pretty nice! Its a great pick for someone finally moving out of their parents place or someone needing something nice for not too much money.Talk to VaSean, shell take care of you 😊

I have been there almost a year and the experience has been pretty good. Other than the inside being outdated things have been good. I did experience loud music, but they moved, so that ended, but only because they moved. Other than that any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. Want to renew my lease, but really thinking about it. Want a first floor apartment. Anyway, it’s worth it.

Summit Ridge is a great place to live. Great community, great location, and great staff. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking in the surrounding DFW as well as out of state. When I moved here 8 months ago from Florida the staff made it a great experience and now 8 months later I resigned my lease, and the staff went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’ve lived here for about a year now and just signed another lease, with that being said,I adore the place. Great location, neighborhood is very clean, the maintenance team is terrific. Alex and Vasean are lovely. The only downside for me is the noticeable increase on rent signing the new lease. Overall Summit Ridge is a nice place to live.

I have nothing negative to say about this apartment. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on point everything I have requested was literally fixed with in the hour. No roach problems. Family friendly property is well kept and clean apartments are spacious and beautiful. If I can change one thing though it would be one of my neighbors lol because their constantly smoking and it smells up my master bedroom it comes through the vents other than that every thing is great

Though I moved in during what I called the perfect storm, I did explain some difficult issues with my move in, but I need to edit my last review. The property manager and the assist manager and the maintenance crew are just to good to be true. I came in from work after the office was close to find a gift basket waiting for me with a note saying sorry we dropped the ball, give us a chance to make it up to you. All I could say was Wow...

I’ve been living here over 4 years now. Very quiet environment except for when the Cowboys are in season lol . Anytime I needed something repaired it was done timely. Staff tried multiple ways to contact me if needed for anything due to my crazy schedule. I will probably be here until I build my forever home. This company has been good to me thus far!

I’ve requested several times to have the washing machine fixed or replaced and for whatever reason the maintenance man Juan keeps marking it resolved and closes the ticket without ever coming to fix the problem.

This community is amazing! I lived here for 2 years with my husband and we ADORED Vasean! She made sure from move in to move out that we were comfortable and taken care of!

A friend recommended Summit Ridge so I went to check it out. Jessica Pedraza, the APM, happened to be in the office. After speaking for a few minutes, she gave me a tour of the grounds and found a layout that best suited my needs. Jessica was quite knowledgeable and also respected my personal space by keeping her distance and wearing her mask. I would highly recommend any potential residents to seek her out!

I was new to the area after moving from Chicago. I had a couple of bad experiences and was questioning my decision to move. After explaining my situation to the property manager, VaSean, she more than put my mind at ease and helped me get settled into the complex. I was previously in the market to find a place and came across Summit Ridge by suggestion from a current resident. When I first called the front office to inquiry about a unit; promptly the APM Jessica answered, and greeted me with a warm hello. This wasn’t an ordinary phone call, Jessica was so informative with every detailed and personal situation questions I had. I was able to find a unit to tour the same day. Jessica, while very knowledgeable about the apartments, also was a big believer in safety and kept her social distance and wore a mask without me having to ask her. At the end of my tour, it didn’t feel like your typical meeting with management, it felt like a friendship. I HIGHLY recommend this property if you want top-notch professional service. Summit Ridge is a great place to live. Ive lived here for 17 years. Also, Jaun ,who works in the maintenance department, is one of the hardest workers Ive ever seen. Dedicated to his job!

The staff here were very dedicated to creating social interactions for residents before COVID. Nikki was very understanding of my situation. I signed 4 lease terms during my time here. The maintenance guys were always prompt when requested.

People are always going to share their bad experiences, no matter what. It seems to be the only thing people do. HOWEVER, I want to spread some love & light.We have lived here for about 2 years and we are moving because our family has grown. All I can say is that this has been the best apartment we have ever rented. Management has always been so helpful and understanding. Yes, sometimes things take time. But if we had an issue, it was always fixed. And we understood that maintenance is not very big and has a whole complex to cover, but we were pleased when they did get to us. They always hold events to show appreciation for their tenants. I have not ever lived at a complex where they have done this. So, yes. I do give this place a 5 star rating. At the end of the day-it is apartment living. And not every one person will be satisfied. But, we were and for us, thats enough.VaSean & Nikki,Thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.
