I’ve been going here for around 6 years or more.The dentist are wonderful and know what they’re doing the first time around. Christian is very nice and polite behind the front desk. Cindy my hygienist is always great and giving me information on how to better my cleanings. JoAnne in the office is always helpful when I’m trying to understand my insurance coverage. I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Thind she is awesome at all the time. I just Love to go there I will never change.

My experiences with three entire staff has been excellent. The quality of care was over the top, something I never experienced before. Dr Thind and Joanne helped me through the extensive work I needed. Explanations were clear. I really never had a dental practice treat me the way they did. I appreciate everything and will always b remember them!

I will not go there again. The front desk just got out of control in terms of coming up with new charges over the past two years, they have become rude and disrespectful to their long term patients. I have been understanding but its gone too far. Here is the most recent example. My son is on a 4-month dental cleaning schedule due to being prone to cavities. We were told that the first two cleanings are covered and the 3rd one will be out of pocket, that was true until yesterday. We arrived to our appointment yesterday and while the hygienist was about to start on my son, Joanne walked in and said that the cleaning would be out of pocket, $100. I was surprised because that was the 2nd cleaning this year, the hygienist was also surprised and tried to explain but got quite after Joanne looked at her. When I asked what has changed and why, Joanne said its because of the frequency but failed to explain why she didnt call in advance, said that was a new rule now and she was telling me now. Perhaps $100 is nothing for Joanne and the office, I simply think they lost connection with reality, no kindness, no politeness, no manners. The office called earlier that day asking if we could come 30 min early for our appointment but failed to inform us about the unexpected charge in advance. I could understand the rules are changing, but there are ways to inform patients in a respectful, kind manner in advance. Well, they chose to be rude and arrogant and thats not a good place to be.

I have been going to Definite Dental for years and find it unique that I always look forward to my visits with them considering how most people I know dread dental appointments. Cindy, Joann, Dr. Thind and the rest of the staff are very kind, warm and professional while also being personable enough to provide a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. From insurance matters to dental information, they are also incredibly knowledgeable. In addition, the precautions they have taken due to the COVID-19 pandemic have been very reassuring and appropriate. I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice and would recommend it.

This is a very nice office the people are friendly and caring. They are very honest with you and tell you the work that you need to have done on your teeth and explain why it must be done. During my hygienist visit I was told that I needed a deep cleaning because a normal cleaning wouldn’t suffice the level of care I needed to take care of my teeth, due to the deep pockets in my gums. The front desk was also very kind and attentive, the manager worked out a very generous treatment plan and payment plan for me. I was recommended to this office by my mother, she’s been going there for over a year, and I would recommended it to anyone else as well.

Honestly, my family has a tendency to dental hop. Im amazed to say weve been visiting Definite Dental Solutions for going on 4 years now! This place is awesome. I have 2 kids, 5 & 10 who absolutely love the dentist.... love it! My son literally asked me on our way to our last appointment, Mom, why dont people like going to the dentist... I just dont understand it

If you even show a slight hint of discomfort at any stage, before you can even say anything they notice and do their best to make you comfortable.Dr. Thind was professional and friendly and did amazing quality work. The best dental work Ive ever had.Ive had several cleanings here as well, and they always have some a thorough job. I leave with visibly and noticeably healthier teeth.I have never waited more than a week for an appointment, and have never waited more than ten minutes in the waiting room. Its always quickly in and quickly out. Best dental office Ive ever been to.

I Highly recommend coming to Definite Dental Solutions for all your Dental needs. What they did for me is just short of a miracle. I can now smile again without being embarrassed about the way I look, everyone there is very nice and friendly and make you feel at home. Staff is very friendly. They are very considerate about my pain tolerance and always asking me if Im okay. Cindy is great. I do get alot of emails and text reminders of appt confirmation leading up to the appointment date. A little too excessive but I would not let they deter you from going here. Highly recommend.

I had my first teeth cleaning here a couple weeks ago, and Ive never felt more welcome into any medical office! Everyone there was so friendly and I felt very comfortable. I used to have high anxiety about my dentist visits, and this place made all that anxiety melt away. The advice given about my wisdom teeth was heartfelt, and I truly felt like I can trust everyone. Kylie took great love & care of my teeth, constantly making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this amazing dental office!

By far the best dental office I have ever gone to. The staff is extremely nice and professional at all times. You feel welcome every time you enter the doors, and you dont have to deal with ridiculous wait times like at other offices. Everyone strives to give you the best possible service while remaining affordable. And to top it all off, you can watch Netflix while getting your teeth cleaned. Cant be beat!

First visit and I was scared to death! Everyone was fabulous!! Within 20 minutes, I hardly felt anxious at all!! I did have to get a shot to get numb because I had a cavity. I am not kidding when I say I barely felt it!! I think it was the stuff they put on before shot but whatever it was, shots were the reason I stayed away from the dentist for so many years! The office is beautiful and everyone was so kind and comforting! A+++++

Ive been visiting this office almost since it opened. It is close to my work and its easy to pop in and out. Ive had cavities filled, numerous cleanings and consultations for a bad wisdom tooth.My experiences have been nothing by positive. Dr. Thind takes the time to listen and communicate before, during and after the appointment. Cindy is probably the best dental hygienist Ive ever worked with - always positive and upbeat. At every visit, she makes sure to not just do the cleaning but also to monitor any latent issues that are getting better/worse and need a consult with the doctor (which is how the wisdom tooth issue came to light).Overall, a very warm and caring place with excellent service.

I will never go back to this dental office again. The doctors and hygienist are great, but Joanne the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Ive been going here for a bit over a year now and this is not the first time I felt this way. Ive kept quiet, but today was just too much. There were a couple times where Ive felt that I was being overcharged. So, I did question them and they did indeed make a mistake on their end. We had the same issue again today. I explained that I do not understand why I am being charged this amount as I was quoted a different amount before and I just wanted an explanation. Im not just going to hand them my money. Joanne as the manager should try to explain. She doesnt. She doesnt even try listening. She went back to her office and slammed the door on me, not once, but twice. Her attitude is horrid. I wasnt being rude or angry. I was being a civilized person. I expect to be treated the same way. It was not right for her to treat me that way. She wouldnt transfer the phone call to the doctors voicemail. Instead, she forwarded the call to the police dept. For what?Unfortunately, I now have to change doctors. I absolutely refuse to go back to an office that treats their patients this way. Like I said, its just not right.I will make sure I make a formal complaint to whoever I can in regard to their service and charges.

Such a nice office! Super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining whats going on and what you need done! They have TVs at each dentist chair and you can watch any Netflix episode you want! Definitely the best part!!

Cindy the hygienist is amazing! Too bad their front desk lady is awful, Joanne refused to specify how much my root canal was going to cost saying she was too busy and wouldnt be able to do it until the day before my appointment... From the moment she answered the phone you could hear the tone in her voice after I asked her how she is. That is really no way to treat clients. I had quite a few appointments scheduled and went ahead and canceled all of them. They will be loosing quite a few clients thanks to Joanne.

My children and I have been patients here since they opened. Drs Thind and Mailapur do a great job of explaining needed procedures. The dental hygienists Cindy and Amy have always done a thorough job with the cleanings. Jo Anne and the other staff are always friendly and welcoming. I had my first appointment on Thursday, June 18, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. I was taken promptly on time by dental hygienist, Kylie LaBeau. Kylie was very friendly, explaining every step of the cleaning procedures, xrays; constantly asking if I was ok. I was introduced to Dr. Thind and her staff who are very professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. The office itself is logistically perfect. I have implants, need veneers, grind my teeth and am learning so much about oral health thanks to Definite Dental Solutions. Unfortunately, after having cleanings done there, I felt like they were trying to make as much money off me as possible. Granted it had been a while since I had a cleaning, I ended up paying a lot out of pocket for a deep cleaning....totally understandable. However, after I had a deep cleaning, they would not allow me to come back to get my regular 6 month cleaning that was covered under my insurance. They said I had to come back for a 3 month appt to get checked and would have to pay $150 for the check up. (My husband would have to as well). They did say they would discount it to $100. They discounted everything, it didnt feel right. I explained that after the initial cleanings, we just didnt have the funds to do the 3 month check up and would just like to do our standard 6 month cleanings due to cost. They would not budge. There customer service was just terrible. The only good thing about the dental office was the hygenist Cindy...who tried to help us. She ended up getting yelled at for it. This place just lost business from a family of 5.

This office has the most wonderful people working there! JoAnne and Daisy were both there when I walked in and made me feel welcome with warm smiles and they are all extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Thind is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She makes sure you’re comfortable and takes great pride in her work. Cindy throughly explained everything that I had going on and made sure I was ok throughout the entire cleaning. I will continue to go there for all my dental needs!

JoAnne was extremely rude. However, the biggest reason for us not coming back was that despite my Insurance plan saying I would only need to pay a certain amount I was always charged way over that price. To the tune of a few hundred dollars. According to my Insurance my Root Canal/Crown shouldve cost me way less than what I was charged. When I would question the charge by saying my Insurance is saying I only need to pay X amount JoAnne would always come back with some B.S. reason.In my opinion, they are overcharging simply to make even more money than what the Insurance Co. is paying them. JoAnne is also the Office Mgr. so Im assuming shes the one responsible for the business/profit side.Either way were not going there anymore. They overcharge ridiculously. Theyre more concerned with their profit margin than they are about the patients checkbook.Oh and no Evening or Weekend hours. If youre going to fleece me, can you at least do it when I dont have to miss work while youre doing it !!!

It is the worst facilities I have ever visited. First of all they did deep cleaning instead of regular cleaning. Charged me a lot of money, and next morning I had cold sore all over my lips. Save your money and health dont go there. Also, they have tendency to leave a voice mail for your appointment not to make sure that you got it and charge you 50 dollars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thind & Cindy the hygienist for years. I have a big fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Thind and Cindy have calmed my fears. They explain everything in detail, are patient and understanding and will spend extra time to assure that I am comfortable. The front desk (JoAnne) is friendly and goes out of their way to assist in billing my dental insurance. Its because of them I have my cleanings every 6 months and have avoided costly dental bills. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Professional, prompt, and delicate for scared patients

I have been going there for several years and they have taken care of my teeth and my gums. My hygienist is very informative about the things I need to do keep my teeth and gums healthy. I make the drive to from Chicago to Arlington Heights because of the treatment I receive.
