So Someone recommended this place to me to put on brakes, at the beginning everything was fine with good offers and good service but when I was making the contract with Juanita she didn’t do right the paperwork but she said that everything was fine that my payments will go into automatic payments but no ..!!! A month passed and nothing they didn’t take it out from my bank account so then I went to another appointment and I was surprised that she had not put anything and had to pay late charges for a mistake that she did, my wife contacted her and explained the situation but did not know the displeasure That she was going to take, she talked to Dr. Juanita, she did not solve anything and said that I was lying that I had not given her my data well but I know I did and supposes that the costumer is right but she was arrogant with my wife, she did not solve anything and now She leave a mailbox saying that my wife did not understand and that they do not want to talk to her anymore but , the worst service to a customer and she can’t speak Spanish right and don’t explain her self good neither now I’m so mad about this situation.

Wow these guys go far and beyond with what you expect when looking for an orthodontist. I wish they were the first place I’d go to for a consult before waisting time and money on general dentists that charge you even for stepping in their office. Keep up the great work ladies, very pleased with my experience! Very transparent on their services, payment options, treatment plans, exactly what I was looking for.

So far so good. It was our first visit, just a consultation. Very friendly staff. I picked this orthodontist out of 4 that I went for a consult. My friend also recommended this office to me. So far I am very pleased.

If you want to waste time, nerves, and money, this is the right place for it!The office staff was only nice the first time when they wanted to sign us up. After that, everything went downhill. We had several different issues - procedures, billing, and communication.When our children had the follow up visits for adjustments, they were given to interns, which were not experienced, took a long time, and short after every procedure, the springs were coming out, braces were breaking, and all kind of painful stuff was hurting their mouths. During the latest visit, we discovered that the interns from the previous visit put them wrong, so it took 3 doctors trying to remove them, hurting my childs mouth, which bleeding in multiple spots!Billing - they were really good when it comes to take your money, but when you give them the information to bill our secondary insurance, these people (especially one of them!) took over 6 months of back and forth and still havent resolved it just because they dont want to deal with that. They had all kind of excuses, including lost paperwork (???). We called at least a dozen of times, talked to office managers, other office people, some of them kind, some not so much, but our simple billing issue has not been resolved.Once they make you sign the contract, forget about service. The communication with them is horrible, whether about billing or about emergency visits after all their sloppy work. I was against those procedures from the beginning as they were not really necessary in my opinion, and now, after all we have experienced, even more. Total waste of money, time, and nerves. Absolutely do not recommend this place to others!Edit added to respond to owners comment since no reply option is available: the problem in regards to the insurance is that your office never submitted the papers - the person responsible for that (Juanita) didnt fax them, and later another office manager told us they were lost so we just signed another copy last week, no status on that! I cant believe you put an irrelevant cliche response about insurance and didnt even address the poor service!Also, lowering my rating from 2 to 1 star after the latest experience with my childrens visit - the personnel couldnt move the braces out of my kids mouths because the intern from the previous time put them wrong! They had one of the kids mouth full in blood while attempting to fix it, it took 3 doctors to remove it! I am furious!!! The other kids spring fell off right the next day...

At the beginning of the treatment everything was going very well, the team was friendly and efficient. I was very happy with the good work of the doctors Arboleda and Torrez.From a few months to now, everything got worse, they changed their work team, the receptionists were very despotic. Dr. Juanita is not professional, is arrogant and gives a very bad service. She probably doesnt like her job or cant handle it. she rolled her eyes at meWhen she was explaining the treatment. It was the first time we have met her.THANK GOD ITS OUR LAST APPOINTMENT AFTER 2YEARSI don’t recommend this location anymore

I had a great experience with the staff. Every one is very friendly and knowledgeable. They made it important to make my 12 yr old son feel comfortable. Before starting any process they explain everything to you and let you decide whats best for your child. Thanks felicia for making us feel comfortable. I would recommend orthodontic experts.

Great customer service and great service

I visited on 11/18/19 and from the time I walked thru the door, everyone was very nice and professional. The Consultant (Juanita) was phenomenal with being very caring and patient with listening to my questions and concerns. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Y and both him and Juanita was very open and honest and thorough about different options I have and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured to do business with them. I was overall VERY pleased with my visit. Cant wait to go back!

I believe in people but in this office, it wont work. I was welcomed very well and told some amount and ended up paying more. There were so many changes in this office since I start my treatment. Every-time I go to see a coordinator, there will be a new person saying something new. There is no coordination among the team and always try to apologize us after doing bad job.

The staff is very polite from the moment you walk-in... however, there is a huge issue with the payment every single time I go in. For some reason they never manage to process payments correctly and they have very poor communication with the call center. At the moment of check-in an error appears stating that a payment has not been made... (I have to check my account each time and surely, a payment was made).Even after arriving 15 minutes early to my appointments, there is a wait time of 20 minutes to be called, and another 10-15 minutes sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist to come around.I was recommended to come here by a friend, but honestly wish I would’ve known all the headaches they would put me through beforehand.

It was a very good experience. The dental assistants were very nice. They described everything they were doing and gave me a sense of safety and comfort. Dr. Zheng was very quick and very skillful with what he did, giving me very clear instructions on what he was doing while he worked on my teeth. It was as comfortable an experience as getting braces could be! Im very glad in coming here.

We just started my sons treatment for braces, and they have been absolutely wonderful! Free initial consultations, working with the insurance and payment plans. When he got approved through the insurance they got him in, in a few days to start his dental work. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Dr. Y is a great orthodontist. My daughter is getting braces at Orthodontic Experts and we are very happy with the way the treatment is going. Its been 4 month and her teeth already look great. All the girls in the office are very nice too. We never have to wait more then 5 minutes to be seen.

Recommend the place for great service, affordable, and fast service. My daughter is half way on her treatment. Our experience has always been positive. The place is always full with patients. Yet, we spend on average 40 minutes, and sometimes less. We have always seen the facilities clean. I consulted another orthodontist clinic before choosing orthodontist experts. This facility was by far the best; furthermore, I was able to afford porcelain material for her top braces. Definitely recommend them.

Everyone here is very friendly and understanding. My daughter was very nervous of getting her braces and Melissa was able to make her comfortable and explained everything she was going to do. Dr Cleidy is always friendly and professional she explains everything so my daughter would understand the importance of brushing and flossing with braces.

Their billing dept. is just clueless and arrogant because they feel they can hold you hostage with collections warning. I spoke with them last month (Aug) about updating card info and followed up with emails with no response (see pic). Now, its Sept and they want to charge fees again because the card info is still inaccurate. They tell me its my responsibility while they take no responsibility for not following up after repeated emails to them.

Every time I come to get my braces tighten, they always ask how I am doing and if I have any concerns. Every employee is kind and well groomed.Great location and great service.Thank you, Ortho for helping my smile be perfect!
