Nancy, the hygienist is the greatest. I have been going to this dental practice for many years. Great people!

The dentist and staff were so sweet and patient with my children. I have gone to many places and this place has been the best experience. My children can be difficult and throughout the cleaning the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend for anyone.

Today I had the worst experience with them. A month ago, at my normal cleaning, Dr. Pappas found 2 fillings with cavities that need to be redone and I scheduled it for this month. I told her that I was anxious and really wanted laughing gas (knowing they offer it at smiles for kids). She told me that she doesnt do that but handed me a prescription for 12 Xanax, explaining how I only need 2 for the appointment but she doesnt think Ill need them at all. I held on to the prescription for the last month trying to not need it. Ive never taken anti-anxiety meds before and I wasnt sure it would really help me. But today I tried to fill it because of the anxiety Ive felt this week.At the pharmacy I found out that Dr. Pappas let her DEA number expire and I couldnt fill the prescription anywhere without that being renewed. Talk about feeling anxious! I called the office to see if another dentist could write the prescription thinking this was all in error or an oversight. After making several calls and finding out that Pappas wasnt in, the front desk clerk said shed call me back within the hour. What I heard when she called back shocked me and my husband!I was told that Dr. Pappas WAS NOT going to renew her DEA number and if I wanted the prescription, Id hav to go to my primary doctor (whose office is closed on Fridays). When I explained this, the clerk had nothing left to offer and was speechless. I wondered a couple things. Did the dentist write this thinking I wasnt going to fulfill it and knowing her number was expired? Is that why she tried to tell me that I didnt need it? Why would a medical professional trick me or play mind games when I try to explain my fear of doctors and needles? How could someone who writes prescriptions let something so crucial expire? I honestly felt mislead and used. I immediately cancelled my appointment for tomorrow and my cleaning in December. I wont go back to a place that takes anxiety around the medical field seriously. I also find it suspicious that Dr. Pappas would prescribe 12 Xanax when I would only need 2. What would I do with the rest? This is how people abuse drugs.This is just my experience... it was a nice place, until it wasnt.

I brought my two kids(6,3) for a check up and the staff was so sweet and patient with them even though they were difficultParticularly with my little son who screams/cries a lot and flails about, the doctor and staff were very understanding and made me feel comfortable with my kids care and treatments!!!Will recommend!

I had neglected my teeth and gums for at least eight years. The staff really helped me get back on track and helped me to improve the health of my gums and my teeth. Without them, I don’t know where my teeth and gums would be today.

Outstanding and very professional staff!! My daughter needed some dental work done and went to 6 different Dentists before finding smiles for families. All of them wanted to put her under- even though she was extremely calm and had no issues sitting in a chair. This practice is amazing and works so well with kids regardless if your kid has extreme anxiety with the dentist or not! Highly recommend!

Dr. Davenport is amazing! She is very thorough and super helpful. Our son has to get an extraction of a tooth soon and she explained the whole process start to finish.

Going to a dentist always makes me a little nervous, but I felt so comfortable here. Dr. Marine was very nice and thorough. Ruthie cleaned my teeth and does a great job and is very knowledgeable on how to improve your dental hygiene at home. It is a very nice facility with very new equipment. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in the area. Loved it!

I have been taking my kids here for years and I can say every single time Im so pleased with everything...Everyone is so detailed and so wonderful with kids, my kids are super excited to come every time for check up and they get so much wonderful attention. From higenist to Dr and receptionist, everyone is on top of things and very detail oriented.

Ive had Dr. Molto for a couple of years now, he is an outstanding dentist and great guy as well. Very thorough in his practice and pain free as well. If you want a great dentist he is your man. I love Dr.Younger she is absolutely the best.I have been following her around for years. Dr.Megan is the sweetest and great with the kids. Dr. Blair is also very awesome! The assistant and Joyce are just wonderful .

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. They did a free consultation for me so I could get a second opinion on a root canal. They advised a filling instead, saving me $2,000. No wait time at all, staff was super efficient and ready to go, I felt no pain whatsoever and was out in under an hour.Definitely going back here for future cleanings.

This an excellent dentists office. Great staff and excellent dentists. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. I think they are thorough without being excessive and they work very hard to make it a good experience. This is the first dentist I haven’t dreaded going to. I highly recommend them.

Went in today for a second opinion after being told by another dentist office that I needed over $4,000 in dental work. Dr. Moltz was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He eased my mind and reassured me that my dental situation was no where near as bad as I had previously been told. I left the office confident in his diagnosis (which was no where near $4,000), and Im happy to call him my new Dentist. :)

I have been going to Arlington Heights Dental Group for a very long time. Dr. Johnson is personable, professional and does excellent work. Katie, my hygienist, is amazing. Would not want to go to a different dentist or hygienist. Both Dr. Johnson and Katie take time to make me feel like they really care and that I am special. I took an appointment for my toddler a month before.and they called on the day of the appointment to confirm it .two hours after the confirmation call me to tell me the doctor isn’t coming today they said will call me to schedule it for another day never did.don’t go there they going to waste your time.

My experiences with Arlington Heights Dental Group have always been superior. My evaluation is based on periodontal work done and regular dentistry. The dentists and hygienists always make you feel comfortable when doing their work. The receptionists are also efficient and kind. You cant go wrong using this facility.

After not seeing a dentist for many years, I walked into Smiles For Families a few weeks ago. There was an opening in the schedule, so they were able to see me right away. The entire staff was so incredibly warm and reassuring that my only regret was not going to a dentist sooner. My teeth look dreadful - like something you would see on the Internet - but Dr. Moltz made me realize that there is hope for even the worst cases. A great experience! I highly recommend them.

Its too bad 0 stars is not an option- 1 Star is far to generous for this practice. Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for several years and there was an error made with scheduling my follow-up 6 month cleaning appt. The woman who scheduled my appt scheduled me 4 days early and therefore insurance did not cover my claim. I called the office and they admitted the mistake and offered to take 50% off the bill. I did not agree with this as they offered me the day and made the mistake on being 4 days early. When I spoke with the owner, not only did she give me attitude, but she said it is my responsibility to know when 6 months is up. It is 2016 and their computer does not show them when 6 months is?? The owner told me that I should have had a calendar out counting the days- really?? In all the years of going to this dentist I have never felt the need to do this. In the past, they have told me that the date I needed would not work due to not meeting 6 month requirement. In this instance, they offered me the date of the appointment(I did not request) and asked if that day would work. I did not think I needed to check my calendar and count days, as I have never had that situation in all of the years of going to a dentist. They make a mistake, admitted it was their mistake and then brush it off to say I should have known better. WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? I have never felt so disrespected. Good luck if you have to deal with the owner- she is something else and told me she does not care to loose me as a client. Great business owner......Also, I received a call back from the owner and have a voicemail that states, and I quote What goes around, comes around. Is this a threat? Sounds like it to me.

A couple of weeks ago Dr. Johnson replaced a crown on my lower front tooth. I think it looks great, but when your Orthodontist says it is one of the best looking crowns he has ever seen. Well thats an endorsement.Thanks Dr. J. and the rest of the AH Dental Team.Craig Chisholm

I am a fairly new patient, 9 months, and have to say the service and expertise I receive at Arlington Heights Dental Group is unmatched anywhere.Dr. Pappas and Dr. Busan have saved my teeth from severe Periodontal Disease.Note, I was getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months by my previous dentist.Had I not changed Dentists I was at high risk for loosing my front teeth at 50 years old,way to young to loose teeth!I highly recommend Arlington Heights Dental Group.

On Tuesday I sent them my insurance ID card information and they made appointment for Saturday and they lied me and didn’t tell me they are out of network , I could pay 20% but because of their dishonesty I paid 50%, and they made me sign 880$ but they charged 1140$ and didn’t let me know that change, stay away from this liars.,I couldn’t go to dentist for 10 years because of not having insurance, and now I was able to go but faced with bad people,God will judge you don’t forget
