Beyond amazing! I thought it would be clean and the crumbs would be gone but it turned out like a new car! The interior is shiny and new. I cant stop looking at it! Rafael rocked!! I am so appreciative. The staff was organized and very friendly. Grrrreat!

I was very disappointed. They are definitely overpriced for the service i received. After paying $60 i had to ask for a towel, ask him to go over my back windows because you could clearly see the paw prints. He thought he gave my floor mates to another car( i threw mine out myself before going). The icing on the cake Monday morning when i went to return some items realized they had stolen a small package out my car. I will never go back. I got a refund for the inside of the car

Best place in the area for a monthly car wash club. Go twice and it pays for itself. Always good service. Only downside is it’s busy a lot, but that’s because they do a good job.

They give a choice of what wash you want. Then you have pay separately for your mats, inside windows for cleaning, tire shine. And to top it off as of 7/4/2021 had the suv washed they took my mats out to be cleaned and the back mats were not put right it was folded so I had to put my mats in the right way. Went to talk with management about it. And was refunded. Bad service. 👎

Super interiorFirst time i went, amazing workThis time, below average. Just left a few powder marks that i was able to remove with a wet wipe and some dirt on carpet.Hope its only an accident.Otherwise better than when i left the car.

They did a nice waxing job BUT they had a puddle of Armoral on ground and workers shoes transferred the oily substance to my mothers car mat, break pedal and gas pedal. Subsequently her feet kept slipping on mat and off break which almost made her get in an accident. I took the car in for my mother and the front desk manager, Nancy, would not even run the mat through the washer to get the armoral off! Very cheap and unprofessional. The reason was that no inside car work was done only Exterior work so they would not help rectify the situation. The customer service is non-existent!

Wash was a bit more expensive than Im used to, but attention to detail was excellent with hand dried and hand applied tire shine. They also wiped down and dried all the door jambs. This is the type of wash where you exit the vehicle and watch it go through the wash.

Spent $48 a specifically spoke too two people that I want the car vacuumed... I spoke to a third person and they, “said yes I did it.”I drove away not looking in the back and nothing was vacuumed, washed etc.Please treat a $8 was completely different from a $48.

Absolutely Awesome !!!First time getting the complete car detailing here at Raceway, in Arlington Heights, IL. Customer Service is VERY good !! Oh my gosh; I brought my Mothers car in for a detailing today. Her car, although she doesnt junk her car, was still dirty and needed some TLC. When I dropped the car off at 8:00 this Sunday, YES! I said this SUNDAY, I wasnt prepared for what I was in for. My Mothers car is 5 years old, a small SUV, and when I picked this up, they had bright lights for me to inspect the car. They had ALL the doors and trunk open to view. THE CAR LOOKED NEAR BRAND NEW !!!!! I am NOT kidding, Folks. They had 3 wonderful hard working Gentlemen working and completely cleaning this car out, and the surface scratches were buffed out, the car was polished, waxed, buffed, cleaned shampooed, vacuumed and tires were shiny. This car was AMAZING !!! The car was all ready by 11:00 !!! My Mothers reaction was; Alan, did you buy me a new car ?!! I was so happy I took my car here. This place was actually recommended to me by a current customer. Folks; For around 150.00 (with a $20.00 off couopon - provided in the store!!!) the solid work done on your car will look like it cost MUCH more!! You get SO MUCH wonderful, professional work, and you wont break the bank. I HIGHLY, VERY HIGHLY recommend this place to get your car detailed! I am bringing my Sisters car here on a Sunday, in 2 weeks. The Staff; super nice and very caring about your car needs. GET IN ON THIS !!!

Getting more expensive...a little too far to be my regular car wash.

Passenger mirror was disheveled, but I turned them in before entering wash. Also had inside windows cleaned. For the third time in 5 or 6 attempts, its getting old. Pay over $25, give a $5 tip and it was ridiculous Ive tried and tried and talked to the manager countless times. Its time to find another car wash.

I just do a normal car wash, but my car gets cared for after as if I got a full detail!! Love the hard work and dedication to detail from everyone there!Been going there for 20+ years and always a great job.

Lost my rear wiper blade and went back to retrieve it. Waste of time left my name and number no call back now missing a wiper blade. Highly suggest you remove blades and radio Antenna they will beak if washed at this car wash.

Car was pretty clean but sprayers shutdown 3/4 of the way thru the car at each point in wash. It must not be designed for minivans, I guess.

First time here. Prices are reasonable. Satisfied with the car wash. Has a under car sprayer. There were a few spots on one of my rear fenders that did not get picked up by the car wash, will probably need a hand wash.

I have been going there for a while and it is a good car wash. Today I got the most expensive detail $219 for a car i just bought 130 000 and the car looks fantastic , wow the engine the headliner the carpet the seat the doors everywhere its great and smells nice .really satisfied with the detailing service.I took my other car today to get the full treatment as well.

Good work. But no consistency in the rate. While enquiring on phone they quoted 30$ for seat samphoo wash, but billed 40$ there.

Ive been coming to this place for years and Ive mentioned several times that the ultimate plus wash doesnt cover my entire jeep. The cycle timing for each part of the wash ends about 3/4 of my car. It doesnt spray or cover my entire jeep. So if Im paying for the entirety of the ultimate plus, I should receive the full wash not 3/4 of it.

My experience at Raceway Carwash & Detail Center was amazing. I went in for a full interior and exterior detailing. It all started with a great customer service from scheduling the appointment to making you feel like you are at home with the comfortable atmosphere experience at this location. The price was right and the work was extremely good. The detailing made my car look brand new again. They have enough employees to get the job done on a timely manner. All the employees were very knowledgeable and professional. I will be back!

Most of the time this place is just pretty good. The last time I went they went over and above thanks to a very nice Mgr. When I expressed a couple of concerns he personally spoke with the young man that finished my car. They did a very good job.

I went there for a hand car wash of a very small compact car. After I had paid and someone looked at my car, I was told by a women behind the counter that they didn’t have enough people to wash my car. It was about 40 min until closing, there was no line to a regular washing (even though I was told there was a long one), and there was a number of people working there. I saw at least five of them even though I was told there were only two. I consider it extremely unprofessional. I really believe as a good business, they should make some effort to take care of my car instead of just sending me away. Very disappointing!

Car is clean!! They do an amazing job every time! This is my third time here. They are open during this COVID-19 quarantine. They have a disinfecting interior clean for $25.Hours as of April 16th are 9am - 5pm.

So here’s the deal. I brought my car in for a complete detail. As far as the detail goes they did a good job. Problem is I had cash in my car prior to dropping it off and it had magically disappeared after the detailing. I noticed it missing prior to leaving and the employee denied it up and down. Had he just returned the cash it would have been no problem. It wasn’t a lot of money and to be honest I didn’t have the patience at the time to sit there and argue. But stealing is stealing. I’d avoid this place if you want to hold on to your personal belongings.

I took my 2007 Lexus RX 350 to Raceway yesterday. It was the second time that I have been there since it changed ownership from the days when it was Berts. My wife used to work at Berts many years ago and I used to be able to get my car washed for FREE but it has become a better car wash. This place is fully staffed and busy as all get out, for a reason. They did an excellent job. I wasnt sure which wash package to buy and I didnt get the wheels and tires done so I had to do that myself, but they did a great job vacuuming, doing the windows, washing the car and they were exceptionally friendly. I will continue to visit on a weekly basis. I live in Niles and there are car washes closer to home but I really like this one. It will soon be time to get it waxed up good for the winter. I know where I am going.

My car got flooded, the floor was literally over an inch deep in puddle. I dropped the car off for the cleaning, they pulled the seats front and back and vacuumed out a ton of water, then washed and dried the carpets, mats and the bottom of the car itself. No additional charge to keep it overnight to complete the drying. When I got it back I swear it looked as good as when I first got the car years ago! Super job!

Had a family member vomit all inside the car (the seats/seatbelt/front dash/window- it was a bad night) . I immediately went there because it was close to my home. I met the owner there as well as a few employees. They got me in fast. They did the job so well and very thorough. The smell was gone. No stains were there. You wouldn’t even think somebody vomited in the car. Great experience overall. I will return here.

Had my SUV washed at this joint last week.Very friendly Staff, They were so nice that after they washed it they installed my new Weather tech floor liners( just Purchased) with out me even asking.The Gentlemen just said that it was part of his Duties and thanked me for our Business.Thank You, I found my new car-wash spot!

I got ultimate plus and basic interior. They scratched the console with my umbrella and flies in front of the car wasnt cleaned. I wouldnt go there.They reimbursed it thankfully

Fast and quality car wash with good prices. If you cleaned your car yourself or got it cleaned here you wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Full wash, wax for a good price and youre done in 15 minutes. They also offer car detailing.

Raceway car wash is good yet some must remember if any interior service to be done nice and quick, the owner must make sure nothing is on the carpet nor seats. As well as garbage on the floor because they begin to take a little longer. They have warning signs before entering the car wash as they usually get complains for such stickers and wipers being lost. Talking about wipers one must remember to always turned them off automatic and to make sure and give a tip to the employee who take care of your vehicle before leaving. Its a good car wash!

Decent mid range wash.

It is nothing short of remarkable how the young man who detailed my car interior transformed it. My 2001 Jeep has 110,000 miles on it and he made it look like I just drove it out of the showroom. I still cant get over it and my kids keep saying Enough already about the car! because I cant resist pointing out what a great job he did every time we get in it. Worth every penny.

Not a good visit. Car wash broke down while I was in the middle of my car wash.I had to wait about 15 minutes in the car wash for them to fix it. I had to go through the wash a second time. Spent a lot of time there.

This place is horrible. Nobody dried my car, one guy waved me down to come then he proceeded to the car behind and never got to mine. Horrible customer service, they just want your money and have no clue on how to provide good customer service. The manager who hands out tickets and the cashier were extremely rude. Do not go here and waste your money on horrible service. They didnt even offer to fix the problem.

I brought a truck here a few years ago and the truck came back like new! I even went in the back and give the guy a tip for doing a great job. I went back last week and when I got there I looked the car over and there was still dirt on the bumper, I opened the hood and there were still leaves and dirt all over. I looked at the engine and it looked like they just poured some cleaner on it. I called the guy over and he said it would be extra for the things I pointed out. I said I paid over 200.00 it is not extra. I think it was the manager who came over and he started shaking his head and said give me 10min. I said keep the car and do it right. He walked over to the employees and had a conversation with them. Three hours had passed, so I called and they said “Oh the car has been ready” don’t know why they didn’t call. When I got there I turned the headlights on (I have popup headlights) bugs all over them. I called the manager over again and he wiped them up. When I got the car home I was finding dirt in other places. Under the car had not been washed and I would think that would be easy because they could have just sent it through the car wash. Not worth the money at all. A girl at the front said they are under new ownership. That might be the issue, but really a frustrating day spending over 200.00 and the car is still not clean.

I went to get my car detailed before a car show along with my husband and our good friend. My husband got exterior detail (which included clay bar, buff, and wax) and engine detailing, for the engine detail the guy sprayed some cleaner on it and left it there. Didnt wipe it off or anything, with an engine detail you would expect your engine detail to be taken care of and cleaned, far from it. None of our cars got buffed, now whether they did the clay bar treatment, I am not sure. My car came back with EXTRA scratches, more than before I took it in. When I asked for a refund they told me I couldnt have a refund because they already did the service then I informed him that they did not do the complete service and I was upset that they went through my car (and my husbands) and that it came back with scratches. I went back later and he said he could only refund me $40 out of the total which I did not understand and he said that he knows for sure that they the did clay bar the car but not sure if they buffed it, but he said he was not at work at the time they did the services. So it sounds like its a regular thing for them to not buff the car but to only clay bar and spray wax it. I will not be returning here for the service was terrible and managers looked confused and scared.

Fantastic Concept unfortunately for Management as well as High School kids they hire to get cheap labor. when you go to detail lots of people are complaining and theres a reason why theres supposed to be detail but there is no detail oriented people because their location its busy and they care about numbers not the quality
