WOW! What a perfect purchasing experience!!!! I cant say enough positive things about Paul Fischer and Peter Maziuk. Paul was never pushy or intrusive. Instead he was extremely responsive and informative about my pre-purchase questions. He even went and shot some video of the truck specifically to answer some of my questions. Once I decided to buy, the actual paper work and purchasing was streamlined, very quick and simple. As I was an out of state buyer, they delivered the truck to me down in Florida (at no extra charge). Peter Maziuk was the delivery driver. He was extremely patient and thorough as he taught me everything about the new truck. He never rushed or acted inconvenienced in any way as we spent at least an hour walking through every nuance related to the truck. I still look from time to time for a car like that and cant find one with everything how I want it anywhere . Service is excelent ! They worked with me because my credit history back then was absent at least lets say. I do recommend to use them and save yourself so much problems with those other shady dealerships.... I just bought my NEW to me vehicle from these guys and it was a great experience. It has been 10+ yrs since i bought a car and they made this go smooth. Other dealers were either breathing down my neck for a deal or avoided the question when i would ask questions about final price etc...here, they were honest and showed me the breakdown. I believe if you are in the market for a new car it can be tough but you have to realize that as much as you want to get the best deal the dealer also has to profit from it as well...and that can also be frustrating for the salesman...if you look at a car and its not up to par to what you are looking for then a thank you and move on would be good, just basing this from my experience and some reviews on here...last thing, they will take care of our military!! wasnt expecting that but THANK YOU! once again...check them out...it doesnt hurt to look around.

I purchased a truck for a reasonable price. The moment I left the car lot the airbag light came on. I drove back, they tried to flash it to no avail. I also notified them that the air conditioner does not work, the drivers lock doesnt work properly and that there is a clunk in the rear end. They instructed me to return later in the week to have it sent to a Ford dealership for repair. I dropped it off and received no updates until the fourth email and sixth phone call. After 12 days the car was ready for pickup. Upon receiving the vehicle the cruise control was no longer working. After attempting to contact them again it again took 4 emails over four days and two phone calls. I was told to bring it the following week. They have now had it for over two weeks and again the communication was horrible. I was just notified that they are unaware of the status of the vehicle but can let me know next week. At this point they have had the vehicle for longer than I have.I rely on this vehicle to make a living and have lost more money being unable to work than I paid for the truck. If you do not want poor communication and customer service and sub par vehicles then stay away.

What a great car buying experience!Restored my faith in dealerships!Ask for Jack!**for long story short skip to final paragraph**I originally saw the vehicle on ebay, exact vehicle I was looking for, and called the number without hesitation. After speaking with somebody about the truck for about 5 minutes, I asked where they were located. He said 30 minutes outside of Chicago. 😲I was going to Chicago in two weeks for a wedding! I couldnt have been more excited to go and see this van! It was fate! I told him I would be coming up from Virginia and that ide love to take a look at it when I came down! Prices were significantly cheaper for the same vans in the northwest vs Northern VA.I followed up a week before my arrival to make sure they still had the truck. When I came down, to my surprise, the truck was gone. 😢 After some investigation we found out it was loaned to a customer because their truck was in the shop. I was disappointed to say the least..There were plenty of cargo vans in the lot, even looked at a few, but none of them were the one I had my eye on.. I was leaving back to VA in 2 days and was in dire need of a van. Jack the dealer assured me they could get the van back by morning. I was skeptical at this point to say the least. Is this just another shady car dealer?I decided to look at other dealers in the area. Just to have a backup. And found the same model I was looking for and in the same price range. But wasnt the one I drove down here thinking about...Nonetheless, I get a call in the morning saying that they were on the way to pick it up! 😃 I couldnt wait to see it!I get there and its beautiful! A little dirty but exactly like the pictures. He assures me they will begin detailing it ASAP. Im already sold, just on the vehicle alone.Then the dreaded part.. We begin the paperwork. Atleast I thought it would be dreaded.. Jack the dealer has a way of answering alot of my questions before I even asked them. Even on the tougher ones I asked, he was able to properly answer, this made the whole process that much easier and made me feel a whole lot more comfortable.He also volunterally took off another $100 because the truck would need an oil change soon. Very considerate.When it came down to financing. We went through my business for the line of credit.I have well established credit, my business, not so much.But we were able to get an even lower interest rate on a business loan then I was able to get myself for a personal loan for the exact same vehicle and price (I had bought It two weeks from a dealer in VA, and returned it)Jack did the whole process in front of me and had the option to add upto 2% onto my interest rate but didnt add a thing. He didnt make anything from the interest!That in and of itself is rare to see a dealer actually stick to their word and not cake off the interest. Very honest peopleWhen it came to signing the contract and paperwork. Jack the dealer took the time to explain everything. And I mean everything. I felt as though I didnt even have to read it (even though I did just to verify, and he didnt skip a thing). He made me feel confident in signing the lot of papers.Had zero problems with the vehicle.But on the way back, I noticed Everything was cleaned except the back of the van.. There was an oily residue on the whole bottom half. Granted its a work van, but I still spent a good amount of time and degreaser to clean it.Within a week I got some paperwork in the mail that all had to be signed from lady finance. I found had a pretty strange form in it. A tax exemption form. I read the articles on the back to see if the vehicle would apply, and the it was nowhere close.I called and it was quickly resolved. It was sent out automatically. I didnt have to sign it.Overall, I felt very comfortable buying the truck from Jack, he confidently answered all my questions, and was honest! Very Hard to find these days! This is the ideal dealer to purchase your next car!

Unaware that they were about to close for the day, I took my parents there to look at a CR-V that was on their website. Ivan had no issues with remaining open after hours to help us out! As we walked through the garage and out to the back where the CR-V was located I noticed that they have a great selection of nice low milage vehicles to choose from. As I crawled under and thoroughly checked out the vehicle, I didnt feel rushed at all. After I was done, Ivan said we were welcome to take it out for a test drive. My parents ended up buying the CR-V and financed it through capital One which was quick and easy. My original review I was going to post was very long with many details however I decided to shorten it because most people look for making a quick decision based on concrete information. Gmotorcars; Joe the owner, his father Henry, Matt the auto technician and everybody who works there are AMAZING!!! When you walk in you immediately feel like a part of a family! They are very warm people that you feel comfortable being around. They’re right there for you, from the first time you walk in, to the entire process of purchasing an automobile, to answering emails instantly if there is a question you have or appointment for service you’d like to make - always ready to assist you. There is even no doubt in my mind to say that these days service like that is almost impossible to find! You are lucky if you find it – trust me, you just did!

I have to echo what other customers have said in their reviews - buying from Joe and his team was hands-down the best car shopping experience Ive had and Ive bought several cars from several other area dealers in the last couple of years. Joe had the exact car my wife and I were looking for. We had never bought from the store but decided to go look at the vehicle. We went in and everyone on Joes team was friendly and helpful. Within a matter of minutes we were on a test-drive - no weird drama, sales games or waiting. We returned and I asked for the car to be washed (it had been sitting outside overnight & rained) and since we stopped by without an appointment they hadnt had a chance to clean it. I inquired about a work van on their website. A lady called me back and answered all my questions (very friendly).She also said that they close at 7.I got there at 6:15 and was met at a closing gate by a rude skinny guy with Velcro shoes, saying that they close at 6.Nevertheless he let me in to take a look at the truck. His knowledge of the trucks were minimal at best.He just followed me around with no enthusiasm or desire to sell,I hope hes not one of their salesman or theyre in trouble.I did not like the initial truck that I came there for but I noticed another one.I asked if I can start it up,he responded I dont have the keys with me.Maybe I should have begged him to get them and sell me a truck.If you show up at a big Ford dealership or Chevy past their closing time they will treat you like they just opened.I guess thats why theyre BIG and these guys are small.Possibly the worse experience with a car dealer.

Bought my 2016 Ford Explorer here and it was the easiest car buying expierence ever! No where else should anyone go other than Gmotorcars for their car buying needs.

There is was a car listed on their website inventory for $5500. I used the website contact to offer $3000 cash because the car had prior frame damage based on the vehicle history report and asked if they would accept. A few minutes later the owner / general manager of the business, Joe Mok, feels the need to write me a curt email at 10:40pm on a Sunday stating the following: Thank you for your low offer. The vehicle does NOT have frame damage. In addition we just had the paint restored and will raise the price next week. Thanks So I respond with screenshots clearly showing the Frame Damage history. We continue arguing over a few more e-mails but he does not address this issue. I have problems with a business that will lie to their customers about a vehicles history.

Needed a car for my mother in law whose previous car finally blew a transmission. They had a Buick in stock with low miles that was perfect to what we needed it for. Called them up late on a Tuesday night before they closed and asked if they will hold it for us till we get there. (We live in another State). We arrived and the car was parked in detail because of the bad weather.. It looked brand new. Maggie treated us right, took her time going over the vehicle and test drive. Under no circumstances would I ever purchase a car from this company again. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Joe Mok. The car ended up having multiple issues with it including a blown head gasket, bad transmission, engine sludge, and a rusted through muffler. Save yourself time and money and take your car elsewhere. This company is not a good place to purchase a car and should be avoided at all costs. Joe is more interested in making a sale than making sure he get long lasting customers. Dont be fooled by the other reviews on here that just happen to be his co-workers and family.

I dont think that Gmotorcars will like this review. Though to be fair, I think they are aware it was coming. It started when I called their Wauconda store to check on the availability of a car on Monday. The salesman stated that the car was actually in Arlington Hts. I got some details on the vehicle and told him I would like to look at it that afternoon and asked if there was anything I would need to do. He took my name and cell phone number and assured me there was no problem. This was good since my wife and daughter would be traveling from Rockford to Arlington Hts to meet me and look at the car. When I arrived at 4:18 on Monday the receptionist seemed confused when I stated the car I was here to see. She called someone who came up and I explained over again what I was here for. His first question was, Do you live closer to Arlington Hts or to Wauconda? He went on to explain that the car had been taken to auction but that he could go quickly to pick it up so we could see it. He assured me it would take 40 minutes. Long story short, it was 1 hour and 25 minutes. We looked over the car and took it for a test drive. The idle became rough when we got back. Then the radiator reservoir overflowed. The passenger side airbag was not functioning and the oil was clean but at least 1/2 a quart overfilled. The salesman reassured me that the car had a warranty. But at that point we chose to call it a night.I should say that everyone was polite. We were shown to a waiting room and offered water, coffee etc.My biggest frustration is that I called the Wauconda store and he did not call the Arlington Hts store. That cost me nearly 1.5 hours. The fact that the car didnt meet my expectations is beside the point. But making me and my family wait because he didnt make that phone call is inexcusable.

I never had to question the quality of any vehicle and would 100% recommend Gmotors to anyone. They have made my car shopping experiences great with being honest, friendly and fast. I have never had the best credit score but they always make it work, my monthly payments are very affordable .I will continue to purchase my vehicles through them and I now live 350 miles away.

I bought a Dakota sight unseen via car gurus price included500 mi delivery to my door.Sales man could have be a little more on the ball with letting me know when truck was arriving driver called one hour away lucky we were home.love the truck one issue found a day later was a cut or torn passenger seatbelt called told them about the seatbelt said will get one asap well that was 28 days ago .he said a week ago we are trying to find one ,Ifound one at my local salvage yard next day. Tomorrow calling a manager its unsafe to sit in front passenger seat.

I bought a chevy 3500 cargo express van from them about three months ago. With in the first few weeks the radiator had to be replace. They did a sloppy job of installing the radiator so the oil coolant line was leaking .I took it to my mechanic so it was fixed right.. Then the door handle that they glued on came off. The transmission has to be fixed already. Along with the abs system. I had to have a new valve stem installed because it was in two pieces and couldnt put air in it. When discount tire removed the tire they discovered on the back of the tire a big chunk of rubber was missing and someone colored it in with black marker. This van is a 2008 and I paid $11,000 for it Im very un happy with it. Dont let them fool you with the line that Joes father has worked for gm for over 20 years we can fix it

The whole staff helped me on my first visit. The staff let me be relax, no rush on deciding on a vehicle, the staff went out of there way to help me get my first vehicle. Ever sense, I have perches 3 vehicles, NISSAN MURANO, SATURN , CHEVY TAHOE ,in the last 4 years. The staff really makes you feel very welcome,humble, and stress free.theres no other place I rather go. Only at GMOTORS.. THANK YOU GMOTORS STAFF.
