Im very disappointed. Ive called them to clean my semi truck yesterday. A day before Ive spent 2 hours to take stuff from all cabinets. When I came to pay after cleaning, at that moment everything looked clean. But when I looked in details I found two damages: AC button was broken and the plastic frame around the window lift button cracked. I found my cabinets not even vacuumed and rubber mat was dirty and outside. They didnt even used anything to cover my mattress, so all the chemicals they used to clean the top of my sleeper was dropped on mattress. Everything looks vacuumed and covered with some kind of greasy liquid just to look shiny.When Ive called them to complain they said that they will send somebody next day to fix it. Today Ive been waiting all day, I have called and messaged them and no answer.Update: Theyve sent me a refund

Be aware!!!About ten days ago I ordered a service, conventional truck with sleeper. I personally picked up all the things the day before and vacuumed the floor. They sent a man who does not speak English at all and the operation lasted exactly 5 hours. He missed a bunch of things and tried to justify it by saying the truck was old. At the end, the manager or the owner of the company called me and apologized, saying that he would give me a 20% discount because of all the above. I regretted paying at all!!!

Worst experience I’ve had with a detailing company by far. Would not recommend to an enemy of mine. We messaged a week in advance to let them know we have 5 semi trucks to do, and had all 5 trucks at the same location. I should’ve known it was going to be a mess once I saw only 1 person show up to do 5 interior details on my semi trucks. I thought to myself this guy is either highly experienced or he/his boss is way in over his head or just a horrible planner. Turns out it was obviously horrible planning between the two. I mean, I’m no expert, but how is it even close to logical to send 1 guy to completely detail 5 interiors of semi trucks? On top of that, he didn’t even bring his steam cleaners, claimed it was broken or not all detailers have them? Well here we are 4 hours later finishing the very first truck, the detailer decides to call and ask for help. Of course boss can’t do it. I then go to call the boss and ask if he’s planning on sending another detailer, he then tells me he can probably do my other trucks Monday afternoon? At this point it’s just a laughable situation because I’m clearly dealing with a true NON-professional. I have schedules to follow with my work and can’t miss my work or lie and not follow through to promises with my customers, hence why I scheduled for a detail on a Saturday when we are off. We value our customers time unlike these guys. I won’t take credit away from the detailers actual work, he was good, but the owner/boss of the company and his management skills and care for customers schedule/time are literally laughable at best. I hope nobody has to experience this like I did today, and maybe think twice before using these guys. Quick update: he was able to finish 1 of 5 trucks today and the owner decides to tell the detailer that’s it for today. I wish I was making this up. This company is a joke. Just to be clear the detailer did good work, the owner/manager is to blame for this mess in my truly honest opinion.

Was told they will show up for cleaning around noon. They came over 3 hours later without notifying me first they will be late and then just said they don’t have enough product to clean my truck and left. Then I tried making another appointment and I was told they will call me back in 30 minutes to verify and they never did so yeah terrible costumer service will never deal with again

Waste of time and money. Pictures are taken after “detailing”. Everything remained dirty, some areas even worse. They just spray a bunch of armor all to look shiny. Never again.

Very poor service absolutely not worth it

They didn’t do anything on my truck, they sprayed all over the cabin some grease thing, 5 days later I cannot remove that thing. Plus my button in slepeer stop working because of grease and four way flashing lights button also not working. Didn’t clean truck at all.

I have not used your service but the guy that drives the silver volvo with your advertisement on his car drives horribly. He cut 2 truckers off and me 3 times! 3 times in 4 blocks while driving. This man represents your company in his vehicle and hes doing a bad job. He drives dangerously and has no regard for the rules of the road. Dont be suprised when he gets rear ended.

They cleaned my semi truck Im so disappointed and panel with the switches doesnt work now i will need to open the panel 😤 they didnt even clean under the bed i throw a guy $20 tip before he even start to do the job right and he didnt I called them and they want to send someone again but I move my stuff to the truck already he didnt even clean the windows unbelieveable they just lost a customer with 5 trucks if the guys dont know how to details the trucks maybe they should change their job
