Ernesto is the technician that Ive had 3x in a row. He is very professional and courteous. He addresses any concerns that I may have and explains everything he is doing on the system. Very pleased with him and ATOMATIC.

My furnace stopped working on a very cold day. I called Atomatic and they said they were booked for the day, but could squeeze me in. Ivan arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. In very little time, my furnace was up and running again. Ivan even took the time to show me how to program the thermostat to save on my gas bill. Between the lady on the phone squeezing me in and Ivan’s quality work, I highly recommend Atomatic!

Terrific professional service starting with the office when you call to schedule an appointment, to the service tech who comes to the house. These people know what they are doing and really work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied and receives first rate service.

Ivan was helpful and friendly. He showed up on time despite traveling from afar. He showed utmost professionalism while he was here and answered all the questions I had. He left the unit in a better condition after the service.

Last Saturday night, my furnace took its last breath. Sunday morning, I had a tech (Ivan) and a new furnace installed Monday morning, first thing. My install tech (Ernesto) did a fabulous job, wore his PPE and wiped down everything he touched with disinfectant.Granted, business are slow at this time, but this is how Atomatic runs. They will bend over backwards to get the job done without raking you over the coals on pricing.A/C season is upon us and theyll be back to due an inspection when the weather is a bit warmer. If the A/C needs replacement, theyll have the job, as well.

I’ve been using Atomatic for a few years now on the monthly maintenance plan. They come twice a year and do a phenomenal job. They are ALWAYS extremely professional, courteous, prompt and friendly. I do pay a bit of a premium but it is well worth it for maintaining my equipment for heat & A/C.

Very detailed information of what my options were for AC unit replacement. The recharge of freon went well. I wish the diagnostic fee was a tad cheaper, but Rich Salinas, my technician was very polite, punctual, and informative about my particular home central air system and how I should adapt to incoming changes in the industry. The technician, Demitrius, showed up at the scheduled time (called on his way over as well) and had our air conditioner running smoothly in no time. His approach to a service call is doing what needs to be done until the problem is diagnosed and a solution is in place. Its never a lot a fun when the HVAC unit isnt working problem....and there is never a good time for it to happen. But I can count on Mary at Atomatic to get Rich out to us asap, and then I know that Rich has the expertise to get us up and running. I cant recommend the service aspect of Atomic highly enough.

They have always been on time, and fixed the issues immediately. Over the years, I have learned to trust them.
