This is the second time I have used this service. The first time the key worked once and then stopped. However, I could have tried for a refund or replacement and it was just not worth the effort because it is a small dollar item. This time, so far so good and it is nice to be able to do this without waiting for someone in the store to help like we used to have to. I recommend this!

They were very friendly on the phone. Ramari was very friendly, early, and fast. My aunts dog was locked in the car. I am very pleased 😀

Kia 2010. Fits great and worked on the first try. Shipping was delayed by a week or two, it was for backup only so didnt bother me.

It would be 5 stars if the price wasnt a bit too high, but the convenience and options kind of balance that out. You get what you pay for and have always had working keys from the Menards east location. Simple, easy to use self serve machine. Definitely recommend for any type of keys, or key card type keys. Very happy with my experience. Thank you

Had 4 keys all the same made for my hitch pin MasterLock. I made them in brass and all worked just fine. I only needed 2 but the 3rd was FREE, then the 4th was 1/2 price, so I now have 4! Bob

When you call they tell you no locksmith in the Appleton area. So its a dead/fake site.
