I called to find out how much my phone battery would cost. The guy who answered acted like he didnt want to be bothered and didnt know any information. I went in and was told my battery would cost as much as my phone did. So I went and got a new phone what a huge waste of time. They definitely need to train their employees better and explain to them what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. Very disappointing.

The salesman was confident and helpful, sorry, I dont remember his first name. There was no first name on the receipt. I was looking for a type of light bulb that is for seeing better, I have one from Sharper Image, model S1503, and its called Natural Spectrum . Although , they had none described that way, we went with the Sunlight simulated type. My old bulb, also had a smaller type of screw-in end to it, which they also had. He showed me what they had, a single bulb @ 300 lumens and a two pack @ 500 lumens each. I chose the 2 pack @ $12.99

They sold me the wrong battery for my motorcycle 3 times.... I even gave them the old one that came out of my bike. Still wrong... I asked for gas money for going back to the store so many times and they wouldnt give me any!!!

They were able to fix my husband’s iPhone 6 quick and efficiently. They were knowledgeable and helped right away with issue of it not charging. They replaced the battery it work but but wouldn’t charge. Then had to go back to also replace the plug outlet, they gave us a discount for coming back. The turn around was great, they did it quickly and almost about to close they accommodated us by getting it done before they close the same day. Without them my husband would be without a phone. I order phone battery over website during covid 19 thinking I could run in and quickly pick up battery since I paid by credit card. The clerk was baffled over $0.18 CREDIT!!!!He took forever to check me out. He needs to work on customer service skills as he left me hanging as I wonder what the heck was going on. Why did I bother to order over the website as the experience did not save me time.

Fantastic quick service - very straight forward! Dropped my iphone off to get a battery replacement (if you schedule online you get $10 credit toward service) so it was only $50 to get my phone basically back to what it was when I first got it! Super fast and safe. I would highly recommend for any future services for Iphone instead of wireless retailers/best buy/or the Apple Store

I was able to schedule an appointment right away online. Associates were friendly and were able to quickly check me in to service my phone and gave me a 1-hour window to pick up time. The 10% discount for making my appointment online was great. It really helped keep the cost down for a new battery for the phone.

I took my phone in to have the cracked screen replaced. The employees were all very friendly. They explained everything in detail, and ensured I knew everything that was going to happen. During the replacement, they accidentally cracked the back of my phone. They fixed it on the spot for no charge and disclosed what had happened while I was gone. I would recommend Batteries Plus and will return in the future.

The battery we needed wasnt in stock; NOT BP+ fault, supplier back ordered. However, they did what they could to find one relatively close.

After I got my screen repaired, my camera would not focus. They were more than willing to fix the issue by taking a second look at it. Turns out when they were replacing the screen a piece of glass dust got stuck in the sensor. They took the time to fix it!

Recently visited store #502 in Appleton WI to get a vehicle battery installed that i purchased from Batteries+ on line. Due to the extreme cold weather they were very busy, The two clerks there went out of their way to help everyone in a polite and timely manner. Their knowledge of their products and their mechanical abilities were impressive.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, thats definitely not the issue at this location. The negative review is due to highly overpriced products. Batteries used for cheap little lazer pointers are marked at over $10 dollars FOR A SINGLE BATTERY. The same component can be found within a six pack online for a third of that price. Also, their phone screen repair gig is nowhere near the affordability of other businesses that specialize in that work.

Went in for a simple repair on my iphone 6s, inspection showed everything working, just a cracked screen. Brought it home to find the 3d touch broken, and the battery must be shorting to the screen because it lasts about 7 min with the screen on. on top of that, a black dot starts to show up in the top right while the screen is on. my phone also gets as hot as the sun after about 30 seconds of use.Tl;Dr, would have had better luck fixing my phone with scotch tape and a hammer.

I run an automotive repair facility in town. Batteries Plus dropped off some business cards looking for some of our business. I was happy to try them out. I have made multiple calls to their store on multiple occasions to give them some business and I have never had someone answer the phone. Sorry guys, but I tried.

I purchased a power wheels battery in July. It stopped working in August. I brought it in as it was still under warranty. I had the receipt. guess the store clerk entered the wrong product ID on my original purchase, so my battery and receipt didnt match. I only have 1 power wheels vehicle. They did not exchange it and said no way it was rung up wrong. Unbelievable! It was rang up wrong and they penalized the customer. Batteries Plus is no Amazon and they will be out of business in a few years with that type of horrrible service. Very disappointing and I have no recourse. I will order from amazon and never step foot in another batteries plus again. I will also tell a 100 people to never shop there again either. Thanks for great customer service batteries plus. I am glad your employees never make a mistake.

Went in to get my phone screen replaced, came back to pick it up and nothing on my phone works. I come back and battery is shot, camera doesnt work, cant make phone calls with out speaker, turns on and off by itself and a lot of apps dont work. Every thing was fine but the screeen before I went in. Thanks a lot.

Awful experience. STAY AWAY!!! I went there with a battery that was under warranty. My at home test said it was bad. The expert working said it was still good, although he admitted to not knowing how to operate all of the testers. So, I went to Fleet Farm for a second opinion, bad battery. I had to go to the Batteries Plus on other side of town for them to tell me its a bad battery, and stand behind their warranty.

Very helpful very pleasant staff worked extra hard to make sure all my issues with my device were handled in a time efficient manner would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I completely shattered my iphone 7 plus to the point where there were the color vertical lines on the screen. They were able to replace the screen and get it into perfect condition in under an hour and it only cost me about 130!
