Was just a little disappointed in the fact that I was having problems with my phone yesterday and got disconnected three times and no one called or text me back.. whats the point in asking me for my number if theyre not going to call me back?!? Was able to have it taken care of at the store

Came in for help with my phone and to discuss options after a local repair place failed to properly fix my phone. Both Josh and Matt were incredibly helpful, exhausting every possible option they could think of. They were friendly and I felt like they honestly cared.
After feeling dismissed by a couple places Josh and his co-workers hooked me up and made me laugh. Yes they are a $10b more expensive but you get what you pay for and I dont have time for BS.
I was upgrading my phone, was in and out super quick. Matt was a lot of help 👍

They couldnt fix my issue stating that I had a Verizon phone, but I have a Samsung phone and I must be missing something but I believe it should not matter as a Samsung phone is a Samsung phone?

Limited reception areas and unconcerned about improving on this. Good customer service and support though.
Samsung galaxy for 500. Yes. No matter the location, the Cellcom staff have always given me great deals. Why go anywhere eles?

Awful customer service. One of my many bad experiences her had the employee take longer then I had to give me a loner phone. After I left he left me a voicemail telling me he had already disconnected my phone. Yes, read that last sentence again, and let it sink in.
