Our sump pump malfunctioned, and the carpet, pad, and everything associated with it was soaked. I called CPR for help, and within an hour, Jeremy stopped by to give me an estimate for cleaning up the mess. Instead, after observing the damage, he gave me advice on how to clean it up ourselves, at a substantial savings. Of course, we will call them again, should we need their services in the future. Jeremy there estimator showed up to look at our back up. Another company had cleared our line, so it was just the clean up to deal with. The job was not too big of a mess, but where to start? Jeremy did a quick inspection, and then advised me on what to do. He helped me, and even then sprayed disinfectant to the area involved. He left extra disinfectant for me to use for the final clean up. When I asked how much I owed him he was not going to charge me a thing. I tipped him for the assist, and thanked him for help. A super company to deal with.

Our basement unexpectedly flooded after a sump pump failure 3 weeks after finally finishing the entire basement with carpet. No other than a sunday afternoon. I was more than pleased with their quick response. They had a crew here within hours and the manager Donny was here within the hour. They got the water out that night and started the drying process. While the drying process took days, Donny showed up daily to do his moisture readings and check on things. He moved equipment around as necessary so we could get the best results. Having never dealt with this before we werent sure what to expect. I was more than impressed with Donny and his team. They had great communication through the process from start to finish. When they took off the trim they even labeled them so we knew where they would go when we had to put them all back on. Thanks CPRestoration for taking care of our basement. We truly appreciate it! If you unfortunately need their services, I cannot recommend them enough!

We had problems and questions regarding restoration and mold in our apartment. They came out and did a consultation and moisture reading for free for us and answered any questions we had (as our apartment management doesn’t seem to be taking the problem seriously). He was super nice and helpful!!!

You’ve heard the phrase “Who ya gonna call”, I will always call CPR for any of my restoration needs. When my basement flooded with sewage water, they came to my house and had all the nasty stuff gone that day. They went through my things with me to let me know what could and couldn’t be saved. They came back the following day to make sure we where still dry and to make sure there was no smell. Donny Has stayed in touch to make sure everything is still going great and he is also working with my insurance company to make sure everything gets covered. Way to go team CPR.
