Response to an emergency flooding situation was magical. 2nd time we used Servpro. Adele (sp) who was coordinating made an otherwise frantic situation so much more tolerable and their crew showed up exactly on time and started mitigating water damage right away. Use these guys!

Rhonda was our production manager and was very professional and explained clearly so I knew what to expect. Her crew of Tammy, Kyle, Bianca, Eli and Sarah laid down protection for the carpeting when coming in the house and got the job done quickly. Communication was easy and they were easy to work with.

I was impressed with the first call I made on a holiday weekend to get help with my mothers basement which experienced a water back up. My first interaction was with CJ. He was helpful and understanding on my plight. I had the team of Robert and Kyle who came to do the water cleanup. They called ahead and to set up a time and they showed up promptly. They were extremely helpful and professional, and they had excellent personalities. They explained every step in the process and what to expect. They did their work efficiently. On August 27th, 2021, we were hit with rain going sideways and we realized the next night at 9 pm that our basement was flooded. We called around and all the restoration companies were booked out due to the storm until Tuesday. ServPro called me back and although they were backed up until Thursday, they took the time to talk to me and help me review some quotes and provided me details on what I should expect from other service providers and helped me in everyway they could. I can not say enough good about how the Servpro crew and especially Luke the project manager were. I had the misfortune of having teens break into my large building and fire off 16 fire extinguishers throughout the building. It was a mess from floor to ceiling including all the personal property. Servpro came in and did a very professional, fantastic and in a very short amount of time considering how large the job was. It was nice getting daily reports and what plans were for the next day. They took care of getting the appropriate sub-contractors that brought everything back to where it was (and better). I highly recommend them for anyone that needs their service.

Rhonda is absolutely amazing. Our general contractor, Finding Time, engaged them when we had a radiator pipe burst. They were very punctual and even came in on their two days off over the holidays to check on things. While I hope never to need their services again, I do highly recommend them.

Excellent work by Jeff & Rob. Arrived promptly after the sewer repair crew and spent a solid afternoon and part of the evening cleaning and deodorizing everything. They clearly explained what they were doing and their plans, and reacted professionally when they found the damage has spread much further than it originally appeared to all of us. Went over what was fouled and what could be salvaged, and let the work area neat and orderly. Very courteous and professional.

The team of Jeff, Amanda and Eduardo from Appleton were so professional and efficient with all the work. They inspected the whole basement to make sure that all the damage was assessed. He confirmed that Servpro could help me.Luke Snyder did our mold inspection appointment. He was on time and very friendly. After inspecting our attic, he determined that the mold stain on our attic trap door was old and there wasn’t any mold in our attic. He treated us as he would his own family by recommending that we wouldn’t need Servpro’s services.Luke made time to describe how mold works inside houses and told us how we could safely clean any mold in our house. I live in Chicago and have a second home in Montello. I got a call from my cleaning lady that there was a flood in my basement. She took pictures and the floors had about 6 inches of water.I called the plumber. And than I called ServPro.By the time my son in law drove in which was about 4 hours. We had Collin, Cody, Ino and Eddie to clean up the initial mess of our flooded finished basement. They were professional and efficient. Tyler then followed up during the weekend , and was helpful in describing what he was seeing.

On Thursday, March 12, we returned home from a week away, on vacation. We had no reason for going downstairs until the next day, when we encountered a flooded basement. The sump pump had failed and we had a mess. This was a new experience for us so we werent sure of the procedure to follow. It took two phone calls to start the remedial process, one to our insurance carrier and, on their recommendation, one from a list of potential cleaning services. We chose ServPro whom our daughter and son-in-law recommended due to a similar water damage episode at their home. That same day, within a couple hours of calling, their cleaning crew showed up and took care of everything. It took four days with 14 fans and dehumidifiers running 24/7 before the crew was satisfied that the floor and walls had dried up sufficiently. After that it was just a matter of coordinating with the carpet people to finish the job. The whole project was handled expertly by ServPro. They showed up at least one time every day to check on the progress, making sure everything was going according to plan. It was obvious they were personally concerned with providing the best service possible. My wife and I cannot thank ServPro enough for all that they did for us. I would recommend ServPro to everyone facing a problem such as the one we encountered. You did a fabulous, incredible job for us and we cant thank you enough! Thanks for being there for us! We had storm damge and lost our roof...later mold issues. Servpro came to evaluate and later the clean up and removal of the spores. We had Luke, Rhonda, Eddie, and Ino on our team. I found them all to be very courteous, helpful and informative. always checking with me to see if I had any questions or letting me know where they were in the process. Luke wanted to make sure we got the best deal possible and didnt spend more then we needed. the whole team was very respectful of our house and our things. Which in my experience isnt the norm for hired work in the house. they showed up on time and were very efficient. had no issues at all.

Our basement and house was destroyed by a boiler leak and the most foul-smelling anti-freeze and black water. Servpro needed to come out twice after a second leak. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend if you have any damage to your home from fire, water, smoke or anything else major.

The crew that responded to our basement flood was less than professional. During the initial lookover, the crew manager said that they would definitely need to drill holes in the bottom of the walls since they were so wet and would need to be able to dry out. I was upstairs when I heard one of the crew members swear, and then tell the manager that they didnt have any charges batteries for the drill in order to drill the relief holes. Rather than find a solution, the manager told the crew member to just skip it. At no point did any of the members attempt to mention this to me or come back to fix their mistake. I ended up being charged for services that were never completed. The service provided and lack of morals by the responding crew was less than expected.
