Tire plug and an oil change… 2nd car here and we’re going on 2.5 hours. Like, are we serious? I could google and do it myself for a better time. On vacation and just sitting here watching them work like snails…Job should be done but time management is TERRIBLE!!

DO NOT USE - Oil change that took 3+ hours. Then went half a mile down the road to hear a clanking underneath the car that turned out to be the oil filter tool they left underneath , not good mechanics at all your better off doing it yourself or going somewhere else , these people are gonna mess someone’s car up big time one day.

I scheduled to get an oil changed and tires rotated there was some issues. I was heated since the last guy who was there did the last service thought he knew what he was doing but the new guy Michael who transferred from Clermont explained step by step what was going on and got the issues fixed.Thanks Michael.

Dropped truck off to get 4 new tires at 10am. Had a 10:30 appointment. I called them at 2:30pm to check status. Cory told me about 45 minutes and he would call me. Went to shop at 4pm and truck was on the lift with only 2 tires switched and no one working on it. Had to get another ride to work and have my father-in-law wait on my truck. Manager did not care to even try to save the sale or apologize.Would not recommend to anyone.

I have had 5 nails in my tires and they always take such good care of me. They are reasonably priced and do not try to add on unnecessary services. The staff truly care about their customers and are so nice.

Everbody was great! We were on the road when we had a puncture , stopped at tire kingdom on Lee rd in Orlando. Unfortunately they did not have them but looked around and found the Apopka store that was on our way had them. Got us in and out in under hour and half.

Overall good experience. They didnt have my tire in stock when I got there (I was a walk-in so I knew that was possible) in the morning but they had it delivered later in the day and I just came back at the time.I was in and out in about 30 minutes once I the tire arrived. The gentleman at the counter, I believe Dan was his name, was very courteous.The lobby and waiting areas were clean and seating was spaced out.

Its been a couple weeks, but I wanted to share my review. Im in the middle of a build and needed my tires mounted and balanced. I called up to TK Apopka talked to Corey. No appointment. Corey and the TK team took care of me asap. Very friendly crew ... thank you guys again for a quick turn around as a will call or walk in...

I had a simple nail repair which was done here and kept on leaking the next few days. They kept making excuses every time I go in to get it looked at by them. Eventually I took it to another tire kingdom location which showed me the bad patch job they did with a huge hole. I ended up having to buy an entire new tire because of their mistake.

While the staff was friendly (they always are) this isnt the first time theyve tried to get one over on me and my family by overcharging. They tried charging me 82 dollars for a full synthetic oil change. For a 4 cylinder Ford Focus hatchback? Come on this isnt a Corvette. Especially when the sign on the wall quoted a $69.99 price. So the moment I said that was too much the nice lady in the front immediately took off 20 dollars. Next time Im going back to the Ford dealership since they only charged me $55 for the same oil change.

Made an appointment and they were prompt and professional. One of the tire techs explained what was needed and then accomplished service requirements.

I spoke with Dan earlier in the day on the phone. Great service. Went in the afternoon xtremely rude the gentleman left us waiting for a while. He was too busy calling customers on the phone.they didn’t seem to be busy bc there was 2 guys just standing around looking pretty

Things were not going my way. I ordered the tires online and made the appointment. The warehouse did not deliver my tires. I was offered a new appointment in two days with the tires I ordered or two tires they had on hand with warranty right now for $50 less. They did everything they could to get me on the road with safe tires.

Would give lower rating if possible. We have been going to a competitor of this company for many years, however, when they opened up this location, which is very close to our residence, we decided to give them a chance.Dont bother. They overcharged for everything and included items, which my original mechanic said were not even part of any of the codes that were coming up on the diagnostic.Bottom line, Tire Kingdom wanted to charge me over $2,200...my original mechanic is charging me $1,400 and is addressing all the correct issues. STAY CLEAR.

Okay so I went there for my car awhile back for something as simple as a replacement tire they did that okay and everything... BUT they quoted my car for all this work that it didn’t even need saying it needed at tune up, tire rods, brakes, and etc I can’t even remember everything they tried to say about the care but I took to Dart on Main Street and he shut all that down so ya thanks for the tire tho

My experience was great! Prior to coming to Tire Kingdom, I called four other local companies for quotes. Tire Kingdom offered the best price, including a warranty. Ron was awesome to work with. Just got a new tire was fleet service had a tire blow out and call this location tire was replaced in about 2 hrs. The only thing was that the spare tire was not mounted back on its place and air pressure on rest of tires was not done not to worry took care of it home thank you great service.P.S. Drove to Apopka for work, had a tire failure. I asked for all 4 tires and staff was quick to drive to their warehouse to get them. Once tires came back, the guys in the shop are S LOW..... they brought the truck in and started to check the front end. I asked for them to stop as I am in a hurry. Just mount and balance my 4 tires. Over 2 hours later.... I’m still here. Tires are off of my truck, but who knows where my tire changer is ???? Anyone ??? Has ANYONE seen my tire changer ???Edit... I think I see my tire changer... oh. Nope. Not him. Still....... here. Ghost time. Did this guy walk off the job.

Been to them a couple of times. I was not impressed. They never call when the car is done. One time found massive grease stains on my door panels and the car stunk like the tech that worked on it despite the fresh tree hung in the cab. They will try and work with you on pricing but overall, not impressed considering there are at least 20 options with 10 miles.

The guys were great, I was in a real hurry and I had 4 new tires in under an hour, true 5 star location

Made an appointment for 10am. Arrived at 9:45 and had to wait 20 minutes before finding someone to speak to. Then I was told it would take 90 minutes for an oil change because they had to unload their truck. When I canceled the appointment I was told it typically takes 60-75 minutes anyway. Ok so is it the regular time or is it because of the truck? Either way, I didnt stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I only wish they would keep their inventory up to date. They thought they had the tire I needed but then couldn’t find it. That caused me to have to leave my car overnight which was very inconvenient. To their credit, they got the tire from another TK and my car was ready quickly the next day.

Drove over a nail and needed somewhere local to change my tires, ended up here. Tires were ordered and changed with no problems. I was, however, very disappointed with the blatant upselling. It seemed like they expected that I didn’t know anything about my 15-year-old, 180k+ miles car and recommended all sorts of unnecessary servicing and replacements (notably, my year-old fuel line and perfectly serviceable front brakes). I’m not sure they actually even looked or if they just made shotgun recommendations based on my mileage, since they did not comment on the oil leak I already knew I had.

The manufacturer recommends conventional OR synthetic for my oil changes. Never had a problem with my dealers or even Tire Kingdom just two months ago on 7/28/17 when they put Bulk 5W30 Premium Conven Oil new in my car. Ive done about six oil changes never a problem until today when they tell me they can only put in synthetic. Ive bought six tires here for two different vehicles and oil changes but have had some concerns lately not just this time. Moving my business elsewhere sorry its not a one time issue.

I drop my car for oil change and tire rotation on Saturday morning around 10:45. I had a appointment for 11 am. Like always they call few minutes later about other stuff I need to do on my car. I did give the ok for alignment. Any way I did called at 2 pm and still my car wasn’t ready but the manager told me my car will be ready in a hour. So I did called back around 3:15 pm and here was the manager telling I should be patience because they were busy and because I drop my car I should wait until the call me. I told him, stop the job so I will pick up my car but he responded the alignment was already done so I have to pay for it. I refused pay for the alignment and I picked up my car. The manager was very unprofessional and don’t even say apologize or anything. But of course after 5 hours. My day was waste waiting on my car. It’s always issues with this location.

These people are very thorough and check important things I would forget to check. When they tell me what needs addressed they are not pushy and they prioritize the work based on safety so you can postpone some things not in your budget. Making appointments is easy and they are very good at estimating time to get a job done. The prices are fair and competitive with other shoppes. I love the location in Apopka because you can hang out and use the WiFi or walk to Lowe’s or Winn Dixie and do some shopping while you wait.

Amazing service! It’s hard to find a tire place on a Sunday and they went above and beyond. Had my tire in stock and helped me save some money! Great service by Ron! We will be back.

The guy at the front desk told me he would not do my Tesla, with the leaking rear tire. Reasons given for call for this:1) his machine damaged two low profile tires, and he would rather not do any low-profile tires anymore (245/45R19).2) they never worked on a Tesla, and although I told him how its not any different than any other luxury cars, and I showed him how to handle the air suspension, and even told him I would handle it for him, he declined.!!! AVOID !!!They have one job: changing tires on any car, which they cant perform.

I am a manufacture trained master for 20 years. I can say this shop was excellent in service and highly recommend it for work to be done.

These guys are awesome! I had an unexpected tire deflate issue while away from home and I just so happened into this store off the hiway and two lovely gentlemen came to my rescue. They got my tires handled and one fella even pulled a little nail out and checked to make sure it wasnt the offender. Customer-service is horrible I had issues after the work was done a simple tire rotation and balance with wheel alignment took over 2 hours to do-and then once I told them about the issue they basically told me right in my face take your money and go somewhere else and the car is worse then it was when I brought it in and they wont fix it to the way it was. Wasted my time and gas. Unbelievable highly recommend no one goes there.

I set up an appointment to get a tire patched for noon. after driving 40 min to get there i was told that they were at least 2 hrs behind and it would be 2 to 3 hrs before they could even look at it. What it the point of taking appointments if you dont honor them. I then called the mt dora store and they were able to get me an appointment and i was in and out. i wont go back to the Apopka locations.

Lets face it getting your car serviced isnt fun. And tires are expensive. The staff is nice and they do a good job. Ive been a repeat customer, theyre not always trying to jam some type of service down your throat.

Been going here for years. Called and asked if they would be able to patch a tire. Told me they could get me in immediately. I arrived 5 minutes later and was told that they couldn’t get on it for another hour, but they could make me an appointment for later. Wasting my time like I have nothing better to do with their shady business practices. Definitely going somewhere else to get my tire patched. Customer service here has been on a downward spiral.

I service my Toyota Tundra and Honda Civic with them for several years and management has always been friendly and very professional. The staff knows how to get it done. Id recommend this location as they have always been on point in regards to maintaining both automobiles.

On the 3rd of this month, I brought a set of 4 tires at this place. Today, the 6th, I took my car back there. This would be the 3rd time, 2 when I got them and today.I talked to Justin first. And saw that my new tire was going flat. He said not to worry, you have thw road hazard for the tire. Next thing I know, I getting a new tire.Why? Not because of the nail found in the tire but because of my driving it back to the store ruined the tire. I talk to manager, Mr. Ron. He tells me sometime they but 3 days is to long a get ane part of the service waved.Even though I have the Road Hazard on all 4 tires. Also, they didnt offer to show me tire.I didnt feel taken care of, I filt taken advantage of.

Called them and told them the services that I wanted which was an oil change, tire rotation and balance (they had a promo). They asked for the details of my car and I gave it to them. They gave me a quote of $40 for the services that I wanted so I went ahead and booked an appointment. Before hanging up, I had asked again if the $40 quote would be seen on their computer, the person said yes. When I got there for my appointment, they told me that the stuff I wanted would be $169. I tried to give them a chance by honoring what they had said but they had so many reasons. One of which was a lie.Bottom point, tire kingdom wasted my time and tried to lure my business with really nice quotes but when I got there jacked it up.Took my car somewhere else.

Ive been coming to Tire Kingdom for a few years now. Had a truck that I bought the 3 year alignment for. That truck got totaled due to someone rear ending me. I replaced it with the same truck.This dealership said sorry about youre bad luck . Basically said they wouldnt help me because they are not the same tires. Well It would have been a better deal to help me with this as these stock brand new tires and my old tires were 35 inch mud tires that I had to get aligned regularly. So I will never go back. AND THE GUY COULD CARE LESS AND EVEN HUNG UP ON ME. terrible customer service.

Terrible service. Rude employees. I had an appointment at 10am for brakes....they were not done until 5pm!!! I was overcharged and I found out 2 days later that the brake pads they put on had a broken clip. I had to have the job completely redone by another company. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was told I would receive a partial refund....but I have yet to see that check : (

I recently visited this place and bought 4 new tires with the service of rotation and warranty and a month ago one of the tires needed air and when I went to verify it and the employee told me that the tire had a nail and that it was not covered by the warranty but I could buy a new tire with a guarantee and that would the cost me $125. I did not like the idea and take the tire to another place. The other place fix the tire, it was only a staple nail less than an inch and charge me only $15. Honestly I think TIRE KINGDOM do not offer honest service and I DO NOT recommend it at all to anyone thats lives in Apopka and or nearby.

Got the SUV serviced at tire kingdom today. Oil change, tires rotated. Brakes & AC checked. All fluids topped off.

I give Tire Kingdom a big fat zero. I made the the mistake of dropping my car off rather than watching what they did. I requested oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated and not sure they changed the oil. My car hasnt stopped shaking since I took it there, now I have to take it to a mechanic.

The managers are really efficient at this facility. Done business here several times with them.

If you feel like waiting hours for a simple oil change, this is the place to go! Waste of time. After waiting 2 hours I canceled my oil change and went down the street to Valvoline where I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Totally worth the few extra dollars.

Its great for minimum services. Can be very busy, long wait times on weekends. Not sure why a tire patch is $30 though?!?!

I went there for an oil change and my car has no oil leak and it is only two years old car. Main point for taking the car so I can save $20 on tire rotation. They have broken the oil pan screw and blamed it on my previous oil change place where I have been going there for last one year without any issue. They were trying to charge me $500 for changing oil pan and the whole thing. I have called my mechanic he informed I do not need that he will do the whole thing include oil change only for $110. It was a disastarous day. I had to call my insurance for tow truck and get it delivered to my mechanics home. I wish I never go to this place. Horrible service to reap off people. For trying to saving $20 now I am end up paying 7 time more including these hassel and loss of my vehicle. I do not have any way to sue them but I can tell others please do yourself a favor never go to this place.

I had such terrible service at Tire Kingdom Altamonte I left a review. Tire Kingdom corporate office sent me a gift certificate and coupon for an oil change. So I make an appointment for today at Tire Kingdom Apopka for 4 p.m. . I arrived right on time and waited at the desk for about 5 minutes. The guy comes out tells me that they are busy and it will be at least 2 hours. I left. Waste of time and gas and really just hate this company.UPDATEThe coupon I was given was for $20 and I was given a $25 gift card which I assumed would almost cover an oil change. The corporate office told me when they gave those to me to use both together. Today I decided to go to Tire Kingdom Eustis so I wouldnt waste the $45. They gave me a bunch of attitude about it and eventually took the $20 coupon only. So my $83 oil change for a Hyundai Accent cost me 63 plus tax today. I gave the $25 gift certificate away to someone in the parking lot and there is nothing that would ever make me step foot into one of these locations again.

Girlfriend had a nail in the tread. They told her she needed new tire. Gave her quote on all 4 tires. She left, went to another tire store. They immediately told her she needed a patch. Gave her a quote on same 4 tires fore less than half the price. Dont go there. They are a rip off.

Very good but kind of slow. I love the Tire Kingdom chain though so... I gave a meh review. I went specifically to have my starter looked at and or replaced also needed new tires. Took like five hours for the installation and alignment. They totally missed the part about the starter but I needed tires anyway so again just feel meh about this place not great but not bad either........i asked to have this vehicle looked over breaks, starter, tires, i got my rear tires but.... i changed this from a meh review to an awful review not even a mile down the road i lost a hub cap and later on down the road i lost my whole drive shaft !!!!!!!!! one of the mechanics told me i needed a new power steering pump. (this was replaced about a year ago) i appreciate the vehicle being looked over but they totally missed the bad U joint, hmmm....

Very personable people work with you try to help you get you out as quick as possible.

Visiting from out of town when I got a nail in my front tire. :( I googled this Tire kingdom in Apopka. Got here at 1:13pm. The employees are nice. The waiting area is nice. The building / location is nice and very clean. However...... It is 3:54pm and almost 3 HOURS LATER, Im still waiting for a patch to my tire!!! You would think a company this big would have a lane for quick repairs, but nope! Not at all. If I wasnt sitting here for so long I wouldnt have had time to write this negative review. If you can make an appointment you should be fine. But if you have an EMERGENCY, you might want to go elsewhere! Great impression for a visitor Tire Kingdom! Smh...**Update*** My car was completed by 4:20pm. And the manager was nice enough to apologize and comp the fee. He was sweet. :).

We got a nail in our tire on a Sunday. Had purchased our tires from Tire kingdom so went there for repair. Very next morning my tire was very low. Husband looked at it and the patch hadnt been shaved down and was sticking out and they left the balance weight on the tire. Went back and explained to Richard that I just had it fixed and he told me in a room full of customers, not everything is perfect and we cant guarantee our work. His attitude and demeanor was defensive and I ended up speaking to Ron who kind of smoothed things over. He said tire was leaking like crazy. They fixed it, got home and checked pressure, They had put 41 lbs of air in the tire when my car specifically calls for 35. Called Ron back who seemed upset and said he would have laryngitis from all the yelling he would be doing. A week later, my tire is low again. Go back to the very friendly Richard again. Patch is STILL leaking and I seemed to somehow have another nail in the exact same tire but he did admit the patch was leaking. Now Im told I have to buy a new tire bc after 3 patches they cant do any more. Buy a tire. Ask when handing me the keys if the air pressure is correct this time after explaining the 41 lbs time before. I was assured all was correct this time. Get in my car and there is 42 LBS in my tire. Tell Richard who says well my tire probably takes 38. I tell him that doesnt matter there is STILL 42 lbs in there and he walks out and looks at my door and says, Oh, it takes 35lbs. Then proceeds to tell me for the second flipping time that not every job is perfect. I tell him this was last straw that we were done and a simple job was made complicated and no one could look at a door and Richard got upset and walked away like a 10 yr old. This is the person this company leaves in charge and the people they have working cant even take 30 seconds to verify what model takes what pressure of air. It takes them 3 times to match a tire. Never going back. 3 times in 3 weeks and it was the worst customer service experience.

I do not appreciate what happened here today. I walked in and asked how long for an oil change. The gentleman behind the counter said about 2-2.5 hrs. I said oh I dont want to wait that long. He told me the reason is bc the tech has ro go to lunch. I said ok. Then the gentleman proceeded to tell me that it would only be about an hr. 2 hrs later I finally get to leave. I told this guy I didnt want to wait that long especially for someone to go to lunch. He did it anyways and for what to make a profit off of me. there wasnt no meeting in the middle either. So I paid to wait for 2 hrs when I could have gone else where and not have waited but 15mins. Im very dissatisfied with the level of service provided here today. I understand that you were busy. I even tried calling my husband to come get me so I didnt have to wait herebut he didnt answer. That doesnt give that man the right to do what he did....
