Brandon and Ezekiel did a fabulous job. I had the tile areas cleaned and color sealed. It looks great. They were timely, professional, helpful and friendly. Very easy to work with. The lines of communication were always open. They did a great job at representing Stanley Steemer. I have used them in the past but these guys blew the other crew right out of the water. They made me a very happy customer. Amazing! Thank you!

I was able to get same-day service when I called for an appointment which is unheard of with businesses lately. Two gentlemen arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. They moved furniture where necessary, did everything I requested and put the furniture back with small pieces plastic under the feet. The invoice was exactly what I had been quoted over the phone. I am amending my review from two starts to four. I was not pleased with the service they originally performed, and they came back to correct the problem at no charge. The men were very professional and did their very best to remove the stains on our stairway. I can still see problem areas, but since the carpet is older, and the stairs are heavily used, it may just be time to replace the carpet. I want to thank Stanley Steamer for coming back out and trying their very best to clean our stairway.Overall, they did a fine job. They spent one hour cleaning our two story 2,300 square foot house. I feel that they could of done a better job on the stairs. It seems there were deep soiled areas on the stairs that were not addressed. Honestly, I dont think I will use Stanley Steemer again. I just feel that for the amount of money we paid, the time spent cleaning our carpets, especially the stairs, was not sufficient.

My silk area rug was picked up to be cleaned. It was returned in one week and looks terrific. It is over 30 years old and has survived 6 dogs. The original color has been restored. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Contracted Stanley Steemer for A/C Air Duct Cleaning and Carpet cleaning in 4 Rooms and 2 Walk-in Closets. Air Ducts and vents were done first; they cover all furniture and were very careful not to damage any of the Air Ducts. Then they cleaned and remove some stains in the carpets, moving some of the furniture out of the way. The efficiency and professionalism of this crew was exceptional! They took care of everything and also cleaned some of the floors after all the cleaning was done. The job took about 3 hours and I was very pleased with the outcome. I will be calling them at a later time to do the Tile Grout in the house. I will definitely recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone who ask. Great Job!!

I scheduled my appointment online, that was very easy. I had three carpets cleaned and deodorized for $163 total. The day of the cleaning they called because they had cancellations and were able to come early. The two gentlemen that arrived, Matt & Vincent, were very polite and professional. They did a great job, the carpets look amazing! The whole process was incredibly streamlined and easy. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommend!

Im a Realtor and 2 very capable and very personable team members came to clean the floor tiles in a house that I had just sold in Florida to my nephew and his wife. The floor tiles and grout came up beautifully clean. The workers even cleaned an area rug and did the master bedroom shower all in about 2 hours time! Saving so many man hours of manual cleaning. John and Ian did an admirable job cleaning and sanitizing my air conditioning duct system. They were courteous, made a good appearance, wore masks and shoe covers. They were expeditious in their work and did a very thorough job in the small amount of clean up performed. These young men are an asset to your company and when the time comes for my carpets to be done I will keep your company in mind. My sister was witness to the work performed and will use Stanley Steemer also when her needs arise. I do hope this will solve my problem.

They came to clean my sectional. Overall the sectional does look pretty clean, so in that aspect they did well. However, if you hire them be prepared for a CONSTANT upsell. From the moment they walked in my door, the quote I was given previously before service continued to go up. The first increase came when they looked at the sectional and informed me that the quote only included 16ft after that it would be $12/ft which had not previously been mentioned. Then they we’re almost insistent upon adding the scotch guard. They told me they could put it in and then discount it off and I’d only have to pay the tax on that. After he talked in circles, it ended up being that I would pay $10 plus the tax for that. I was sick of hearing about it and felt a little bit down so I agreed for him to do it. Then he tried to talk me into having all of the floors in my house cleaned as he “had a special on tile cleaning“. I told him that my floors are vinyl and you can only use certain things on them, not only that but that the floors were new and I didn’t need them cleaned. Then he tried to get me to clean an area rug, which I also did not want done. It was a continuous conversation of things I should add which was VERY ANNOYING. All in all, by the time they left, my bill was up by about $80 from the original quote after paying for the Scotchgard and additional feet of the length of the sectional. It will probably be a while before I contact them again as I was more annoyed than happy by the time they left.

I had my grout steam cleaned and the were able to bring back looking like new condition. The service guys , Curth and Shaun, were very professional, polite and friendly. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently.

After a year of living in our “new” home, we finally got around to professionally cleaning the tile. Call just before noon and was happy to hear they could fit us in today. Within an hour or two Gus and Josh were at our home and setting to work. We couldn’t be happier with the results! What I thought was a clean floor prior is a different floor now. These professionals at their craft went above and beyond to not only clean, buff, polish but to inform as well. They even have a demonstration where they change the color of the grout. After a couple comparison we settled on the smoke and are looking forward to having all the tile redone. First time using Stanley’s and thanks to these two men, will be using them again. I was very pleased with my cleaning yesterday. My rug and tile look almost new! They took such care with all my things and moved many pieces of furniture that were too heavy for me. Both of the gentlemen were polite and personable. Couldnt ask for more!!

Used them to clean the air ducts of a house recently purchased. The vents were extremely dirty. The crew was professional, friendly and got all the work done in a timely fashion. They took pictures of before and after inside the ducts (amazing how clean they are now). They used drop clothes and vacuumed up after themselves. The cost includes cleaning the duct line, taking down and replacing the air registers for each vent. It was a little pricey for each vent but after seeing what came out of them, it was worth the money

Did a wonderful job. They will be back to do more later.

You know how you have furniture that has a couple of stains? Listen to your mother, never eat in the living room! Well it goes on and on until you have to get it cleaned. I recommend Stanley Steemer hands down. In and out in less than 45 minutes. The chair looks nearly new! They came in treated the stains, did their spray and vacuum treatment and then sealed the chair. It really looks so much better, like I said nearly new! They did a great job! And I ordered the service this morning! Hows that?

This is the second time weve used Stanley Steemer to clean our oriental rug. Pickup and delivery was great. Actual cleaning was less than desired, unlike the first cleaning this cleaning caused the red in the carpet to bleed into no-red areas. We were aware of the possibility but no mention of it was made prior to or during delivery.

Stanley Steamer came to my home to clean my air ducts. The two young men they sent were very professional. They answered all my questions and I had quite a few. They let me watch them work and took pictures of the ducts before and after. I am amazed right away I could tell the air conditioner was not working so hard and the air quality is better. We scheduled tile cleaning and sealing for the kitchen and bathroom. Jonathan and Justin arrived and I asked them if they could do the foyer as well and they said of course. I told them that we were thinking about scheduling carpet cleaning next week. They explained how they could do it right then and it would save us money to have everything done in the same day and that they would move everything and that they would finish it all in 90 minutes to two hours. We decided to go ahead with it. Jonathan and Justin were friendly and professional throughout the process and did an amazing job! The foyer grout was brought back to its original color from 20 years ago and looks great!I was not really ready for the carpet cleaning because I would have moved things into the garage so that we would not have to reset everything in the same day. We had moved things from the kitchen into the other areas in the house and now the other areas were being cleaned with the kitchen stuff in them. After the work was completed we had to scramble to find extra fans to try to dry the carpet as quickly as possible since we are walking around in wet socks.Bottom line - we are glad we had it all done even though we were not prepared logistically. If you only schedule a partial clean you need to be ready for the sell to have the entire house completed. As they were talking to me about being able to do it all at one time they were moving things off of the floor onto the bed before I even agreed to the work. Next time I will know.

We brought home a couch & high back chair from my mom’s house that had pet stains on the skirts. The team at Stanley Steemer did a great job cleaning, deodorizing and protecting both pieces. Having my 84 year old mother in the house was a concern.The team from SS were professional, kept their mask on & did a great job with social distancing. Very satisfied & happy with the results.

Carpets were cleaned in good order with exception of the traffic area in master bedroom. Did not come out as well as the rest of the carpet even though tech said it looked great. All furniture was gone from the house, so all they had to do was clean 6 rooms of carpet. They offered to take the area rug for proper cleaning and promised it would not be a problem to deliver to our new house in Leesburg. They chose the window and I agreed. It was important to me to stick with that window they offered as we were having a new bed delivered to be on top of this area rug. The bed was coming same day. Morning of delivery, they called 30 min prior to inform me they would not be there until late afternoon. This caused me and my husband major stress as our Sleep number bed could not be put together by the delivery techs because the area rug was not in place. My husband and I had to put this together ourselves. We are in our 70s and this was extremely difficult causing major stress! Im sorry they had a hiccup in their delivery schedule, but it is not my problem they do not have enough staff to deliver as they promised. Will not use them again!

I also had my tile/grout cleaned, Amazing! I had to reschedule twice and they were very kind about it. The men that came to my house, Brandon and Zeke were very professional and kind and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. My only complaint would be I scheduled on-line and never got a receipt from the order. I talked to someone and my e-mail was wrong and we corrected but still no receipt. That would have saved some initial confusion when the guys arrived as it was slightly wrong.

We are amazed! We just had our vacation rental house in Florida cleaned and couldn’t be more happy. We decided to try Staley Steamer after getting an $8000 quote for new carpet. The 2 man crew worked very hard but quickly on our carpet and furniture showing immediate results on stained and high traffic areas. We now plan to put off replacement as long as possible because everything looks so much better. This will now be a scheduled service every 6 or 12 months without a doubt. Don’t put it off as we did. It is beyond worth the affordable expense.

Stanley Steemer notified me about 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and were on time. They reviewed the areas in my house and made note of any stains. They were thorough and were able to satisfactorily remove the stains. They did not rush, but were done in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the service and the way my carpet turned out.

I paid $500 to have the tile cleaned and grout sealed in my family room, living room, kitchen and bathroom.I had everything picked up off the floor, chairs, stools, etc. when I got home, I thought the tile looked great, as well as the area rug they cleaned. However, when i started putting things back in place, I moved my sofa and love seat to find the tile underneath had not cleaned. I had to mop the tile under both. Needless to say, I was not happy with their service.

Any time I have Stanley Steemer come out to clean my couch and rugs they always go above and beyond my expectations. Johnathan B. The two gentlemen were personable, but they were only here 15 minutes. We had 4 area rooms and one walkway that was cleaned. They were in and out. They didnt even ask us to take a look and see if the job was ok.Not sure if the carpets were completely cleaned or just got a once over. They appeared to be in a hurry as if they had more jobs on their ticket to do.

I am extremely pleased with the results. I was not expecting a whole lot because I just assumed the texture of our floors are what made them look/feel dirty but they really made them sparkling new. We had our carpet cleaned this morning, but not left with good results.The guys were nice, but spots on the carpet in the master bedroom were not their before they cleaned?? We were not asked to check the work after so we did not. Wish we had! I have pictures, but looks like I can not show them. Also, the space under the office desk did not look cleaned.Jessica at Stanley said they would move heavy furniture, and beds on rollers, ours is on rollers and the heavy items on sliders.Dan, I think, the boss man, said they cannot move beds for liability reasons!!!!So WHO DO YOU TRUST????After looking around we are not happy with the job.

Got my ducts cleaned today, the office called when the guys were on their way. They said it would take like two hours and they were right on time in finishing. Left everything just like it was when they got there and vacuumed up the little bit of dust that was left behind. It was the quality that I would have thought would come from Stanley Steemer, would recommend.

Within 24 hours of calling Stanley Steemer Apopka Darren and Wes were at our front door ready to transform our house! They did a magnificent job in cleaning our carpets and also our stone floors and grouting. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting work like this done and we will, most certainly, be using them again. They were very professional, quick and efficient.

I have a suggestion. I was quoted $161 for this job. Instead of fast-talking about extras, maybe you could be up front and honest and give us our options and the prices for things like deodorizing and scotch guarding. We were unprepared to pay $100 extra just for deodorizing. The whole job took 15 minutes. We are not happy and will not recommend to others.

They did a good job on tile and wood floors. My only complaint is the UPSALE PRESSURE! My on-line estimate went from $450 to $750 dollars. I told technicians that I am paying in cash. Only have $650 on me. They kept pressuring me to give them a credit card, which I did not. Then “magically “ my estimate came down to $650.

Very disappointed go to web page to get a quote and set up an appointment. Web page quotes me 400 dollars when they get here they wanted over 1200 dollars to do the work . Granted some discrepancy in room size but even that in mind it did not add up to more the 600 dollars with no options given. Just dont like doing business with people like that Went to Stanley Steemer because they have been around forever but will take my chances in the future with some local business

So glad I went with Stanley Steemer. Was able to book at my convenience online with my preferred time. The quote for the pricing was fair and when they got to my residence it ended up being cheaper than quoted which showed me their honesty. They completed the job quickly and it came out great will definitely be using them in the future

Expensive area rug was taken for over two weeks and returned STILL with a stain remaining!. At time of collection we were NOT informed that there is a potential that stains would remain!? in fact a number of identical stains completely removed but ONE (size of a plate) is still there! very disappointed as the rest of the rug looks tremendous!

Arrived on time, very professional, OG and partner were very thorough of all four rooms, even going over the high traffic area and the carpet just poofed right back up, immediately the house smelled much better even with no deodorizer, I couldn’t use the smelly stuff due to allergies. The phone operator was efficient and nice. We removed all the furniture ourselves so they wouldn’t need to break their backs. No but seriously these guys were top notch, I made sure to include a little $ for lunch. Not sure if others still tip but when someone comes to my house to do work I pride myself on taking care of the blue collar working class. Thank you for a service well done and speedy too!!

Yesterday I had two gentlemen from Stanley Steemer come to my home to clean and reseal the tile in my home. Please understand I just bought this home and the tile floors are only one year old. The entire home was vacant and I bought it 2 days ago. The living room, dining room is open floors plan (front of the house) the back is open floor plan with a vacant that is near the kitchen. I quoted one price online and then when the guys came, I was quoted another price. Basically they stated they would use a tile cleaner to clean my tile floors and seal, this all came to $995, first they mentioned $1500, then they said they can do the house included 3 laminated bedrooms which are small for $1200. I declined and said only the tile floors and one bathroom. They went ahead and told me although its a open floor plan they need to stated dining room section, living room section, entry way, another dining room and casual living room. Meanwhile the house is a open floor plan, no furniture only two dining tables and yet they quoted me a outrageous price. I Told them this is very expensive and I cant comprehend how they can stated each section of the open floor plan when no furniture was in this house only two dining 4 seat round tables. I went ahead and agreed to the price stating I need these floors super clean and glazed, they told me 2 hours it would take. I left the home and allowed them to do the work, they called in me 1 1/2 hours stating they are done, I went to the home and I saw some areas were uncleaned near the dining table, they told me they moved the table and cleaned but that is surely not the case. I pointed out that I saw grout on the tile floors and they said they do not clean hard grout on the tile floor and have nothing to remove it, so why did I pay this much money if they cannot remove the grout onto of a tile (I am not referring to the grout between the tile but on top some of the tile). They were trying to convince me that the floor is cleaned. Once they left, I walked on the tile floor barefeet for about an hour and my entire feet were black underneath. These floors were not properly clean and I am not sure if they were sealed either. My parents had their 5 year old tile recleaned and sealed and it looked great, this new home I bought, the tile was 1 year old and it just doesnt look clean and the bottom of my feet is pure evidence. I am requesting a refund because I refuse to be taken advantage of for this awful service. Please note I reside off of Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL

I did not do well with this Company, they claim they called to deliver rug on a specific day, they did Not.They said they would send the voice mail to prove it, they did NOT. Two people told me that. It did not happen. Would I recommend them NO because of that.

The two representatives that came to do the job were very nice, efficient, and timely. They called me 30min in advance and they did a great job and very quickly too. I will definitely use Stanley steamers again. Great experience highly recommend the techs at the Apopka Location.

Booked for two spaces, $99. Spaces are both 10x10, with no furniture to move or anything. They tell me it will be an extra $80 because one space has a rug. I do not want the rug moved, just cleaned. Still want extra $80 to clean a rug in-place. GTFO
