Im a property manager and have been using Carpet Valle for over 5 years to clean our carpets and do our wetvacs (water damage clean-up). The staff is amazing from the receptionist that answers the phone to the techs that clean the carpets to the owner. My position requires I find the most cost effective option to make corporate happy so I can say with all confidence that their prices are the best around in comparison to the service they offer. They offer 24/7 service and are reliable, consistent and worth a chance to whoever is in the need of a GREAT carpet company!

I had my carpets cleaned on Saturday. They look fantastic. The tech who did the job was Chris. Chris did a great job. I would recommend Chris and Carpet Valle to anyone who needs their carpets taken care of. Carpet Valle is the best when compared to others that I have used over the last 40+ years.

Service range was from 9-11am. Never showed. Just received a call 3.5 hours later that someone would be arriving in 15 minutes yet they state they will give a 30-45 minute call ahead. When you know the specified range will not be met, have someone from your office call to let the client know. Unprofessional.

Carpet Valle is an amazing company, they have a state of the art facility & their service vans are top of the line. Call them to schedule an appointment for any type of cleaning job they will get it done professionally with the stellar results, you wont be disappointed.

The company did a wonderful job with the carpet cleaning. The cleaner was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, their staff from the call center misled me. When I called they provided me a quote and then when the cleaner came, I was given a different one, I called back and the lady over the phone changed the quoted given to me not even 24-hours prior the service and I received a threatening text from the owner accusing me of being “rude” simple because I demanded information about the itemize receipt. No questions about what happened or how to improve, but a text accusing the customer. If they could only improve their customer service then perhaps things would not be so complicated for their new clients.

I literally do not have enough room in this post to say all of the wonderful things that I would like to say. We had to fire another contractor off of our job and we called carpet Valle to finish the work. Their technician told us the water restoration was actually complete and he would document the details in his report. Carpet Valle is incredibly professional, thorough and affordable. I will absolutely use them again and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

We had carpet valle out to our house to repair some damage to the carpet from our cat getting locked in the spare bedroom. The patch that they did looks seamless and we had them clean the rest of the carpets in the house and they look and smell great! Thanks Ramon and Carpet Valle!! Awesome work fora great price!

Not happy at all with the grout in my kitchen, very poor job, done very quickly. For $45, the guy work 10 minutes on my floor. Im still so dissatisfied. The carpets are ok but done sooooo fast...

Carlos Miranda is the best! He cleaned my vinyl and carpets so they looked like brand new. He was so sweet and genuine and worked so hard. Also Aldo the owner is amazing. They work for my apt community of 358 units for over 7 years and they are wonderful and so professional!! I highly recommend them.

Best price! I would have preferred they used hot water instead and do a second rinse with just water. It feels like soap residue.Overall.. Carpet looks great.

I made a quote online twice and my quote said 59.95 and 20 for deep cleaning. When the technician got here, he quoted me 69 for cleaning and 30 for deep cleaning. When I explained that I made the quote online, he called his office and gave me some line about how the website was down and how the price he gave me was now correct. I went to the website right in front of him and generated another quote, once again stating 59.95. The tech took a picture and called him again. Someone from the office called and said the price wasnt right and that I had to pay the new price. Instead of honoring the price I was quoted, they insisted on only the new price. He then asked if I still wanted it and when I said not at that price, I want the one I was quoted, the tech just walked out the door. There Is No reason they could not have honored the price they quoted me, horrible service. I had to call them to verify they had my appt in their system.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH CARPET VALLE SERVICES. I WAS QUOTED $69.95. THE TECH (Harvey) STATED I HAD SOME STAINS. HE ASKED ME DO I WANT THE TREATMENT AND STAIN REMOVER PACKAGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $40, WHICH I AGREED TO. I STILL HAVE THOSE SAME STAINS IN MY CARPET!!! THIS WAS A WASTE OF $110. Over 24 hours after the carpets were cleaned the carpet is still wet. The tech was nice but he did a terrible job. He should have used a stair tool on the stairs but used the wand and soaked the carpet and pad.

They picked up my area rugs late. I had 22 by threes and one 2 x 7 runner, and one 7 ‘10“ x 10‘2” area run that didn’t get cleaned. I bought a Bissell Crosswave and cleaned 1/2 of it myself. I have left a couple of photos of the messy stuff I cleaned up after they cleaned it. I called them and ask for a refund of $72 that they charged me to clean it, but they wanted to send a man out to inspect it.I just didn’t think I should fall for getting into an argument and still not getting a $72 refund. I have other rugs that I was willing to have them clean if they did a good job, but no! I’m not having. Being a senior citizen of 70 years, especially being on a fixed income, your behavior in this matter is deplorable, and dishonest.RESPONSE: If what you say is true, then there should not have been visible debris on the rug when your employee laid it down p my floor. This area rug is hardly five years old, and vacuumed several times per week. You should be convinced of your failure to actually clean my area rug by looking at the photos. I do have witnesses. There is no argument here or misconception, just a failure to clean the area rug, and charge me before it was delivered and inspected. And, to be sure I will not call for your service ever again!

We had water extracted from an AC leak on a Monday. They were supposed to pick up their equipment Wednesday. As of Friday its still in the middle of my living room floor. Horrible customer service when I asked that they pick it up. Very rude. Said they did US a favor by servicing us. Not worth a dime. I could have dried my carpet with a fan.

He did a really good job and I loved coming home from work today and walking into the apartment and knowing that somebody really spend time and energy cleaning my carpets. I use Carpet Valle for carpet cleaning and water extraction. They are always quick to respond and they get the job done for a fair and competitive price.

My company just used Carpet Valle to clean the carpet under our tent in our warehouse for our 10 year anniversary. The carpet was white and had spots and blemishes all over and the carpet looks brand new! They are amazing a super professional and I always only use them!

Had 2 gentlemen come do carpet cleaning on my unit. One word, AMAZING! I never seen my carpet look and smell this clean. They took their time and made sure they got every corner. My apartment managment used to use a different company and they were horrible. I’m so glad they made the switch to carpet Valle. Def will keep using them to keep my carpet looking fresh.

Their drivers are dangerous. Almost caused an accident cutting me off. You have your name and number on your vans... perhaps drive more carefully and with consideration when operating company vehicles.

TL;DR- They have terrible customer service and tried to tell me that their bug infested equipment wasnt bug infested 🙄I would give 0 stars if I could. The gentleman that came to get water out of my carpet was fairly nice although he couldnt really answer our questions because he didnt really understand us(not a huge deal, he did his best.) He told us that he would bring blowers the next day to dry the carpet, and that it would only take 10-20 minutes. We were not home when he came by and when I got home at 10pm there were 2 blowers and a giant dehumidifier (which was never mentioned to us) set up in my house running my electricity for god knows how long. The dehumidifier was utterly infested with cockroaches so I took it outside immediately. When I contacted carpet valle and told them that I did not ever agree to be responsible for their equipment overnight and that they needed to come get it I was told it was too late and no one could come out. Fine, but the dehumidifier had to stay outside which they didnt seem happy about. Then they forgot their blowers and took 2 days to come get them. When I called them back to inquire about the blowers being picked up, the man on the phone told me that he didnt see any bugs so they must be gone. At this point Im sick of such absolutely awful service and completely baffled that I have to explain that the bugs came out when the machine was running, so he should try turning it on. Did I mention that they park in handicap spaces all the time in the complex?

I was extremely pleased over the value and quality of the service performed on my carpet. I would highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning needs.

Have used them a few times but never again. First of all they were late and no phone call to advise. In this particular case I drove an hour to meet them and had to call them to find out why they not on time. Then when they did arrive the price went up from when they did the same house and the same areas a month ago. Talked to supervisor and very uncooperative and blamed it on a former employee not charging me correctly. Yea right! Thats what I do in my business is put the blame on someone else. Hey dude this is your business not the employees business. Just a bad experience and the only reason Im giving 2 stars is because they did finally clean it ok. But not the way to handle customers so no more.

The staff is nice but my carpet was cleaned once on Wednesday but was dirtier the next day like he just spread the dirt around! Supervisor came Thursday to re clean And it dried and is still dirty! My carpet is 3 years old and am very frustrated! Asked for at least a partial refund with no reply.

My carpet never looked so good! They were able to remove stains that I thought would never come out.

I used this company twice within a week. Hector and Alaniz were completely professional and the work they did was completely proficient. After trying them for the first time, I called and set up another appt to have them come back and do more!!!A perfect company for basic cleaning. I cant review for deep, nasty, I didnt have that. I did have one room that had doggy pee smelly, and they DID NOT get that smell out. So, I suggest the company provide better enzyme products to your workers to eliminate that problem. Thats one of the main reasons people call out professionals.

Set my appointment two days in advance. Appointment time was for 9 am. They text me the day before tp confirm. I called them back and confirmed. Next morning they were a no show. I call to see whats going on. I got a smart ass on the phone who said my window was from 9 am to 11 am. So I wait 11:30 O called back. Go the same smart ass who tells me they want be able to clean intil after 2My morning is shot and my day

Horrible service, rude in costumer service, the person who attended to me spoke of the employees as if they belonged to him, that I pay them and things like that, I stayed with them at 3 pm and they told me that they were going to notify me half an hour before, They called me at 5:20, I told them that I would return in 15 minutes, and that they couldnt wait, it shows that it is a company without principles, I will never recommend this company if they can be called that, they made me waste time, horrible experience.

I was recommended by Real Property Management, Inc to use their cleaning services to help clean my house. The technician did not complete the job and were told to come back and finish the job. The technician also used some chemicals that made it smell and there were stains that were not there previously. The owner of the property also did not approve of their work. This company charged me over $587.00 to do work on a two-story townhome. Please stay away from this company. They are not accredited by the BBB of CFL and do not have references on their website to legitimize the quality of their work.

Call for a repair first day they call and said they were on their way, the first guy was really nice first he said it would be 200 then he saiid250 ok said they would be out to fix it tomorrow around and i and 5supposed to call when on their way nobody call he came around 830, not the same guy so he did the work , carpet came up upstairs so i call back and told them they send a survisor out did a wonderful job he even said work was not done right so the guy that came out the 2nd time to do the work was in hurry, son was not pleased with what he did but the survisor did a good job coming back to put a piece back where he took out , my son call and he told them they should a least give some of our money back 250 fix two little places the first guy and the survisor no complains they were both nice but the guy that fix the carpet had a attitude problem we will not used them again and I would not call them to do a job for you been out 4 times

The best service ever!!!!Quality and professional!

Their workers are unprofessional and inconsiderate. They visited my apt development on 11/14/16 (today) and while they were standing outside the alarm on their work van was blaring through the community. Not once did they think to address it.1. Because they do not care that they are inconveniencing the people that live here.2. They dont live here so why bother.
