Paid regular diagnostic fee; however, after the diagnostic I was told that my motor went bad. I understand that machinery goes bad, but I just $1000 to replace the same motor in 2018. Now I’m told I have to purchase another. So, I asked I’m I suppose to pay for a new modem every 2-3 years. So, I called Trane was told nothing to do with replacement motors. Then I call ACR back who originally sold me the Trane and installed and serviced it since 2004. I was told the motor had a year warranty, which I don’t recall being told that, but nevertheless I paid $1000 and now I’m told I need a new Motor. ACR owner is working with me and I hope for the best, because this has been a really good company over the years.

These technicians are excellent and well supplied. Having a Hospice family member patient at home made for an urgent situation, with internal temperatures rising into the eighties. ACR had a technician with a well stocked industrial service van at our residence, though it was a Friday evening. Diagnostics were completed within 20 minutes and repairs were completed leaving the system in better condition than before.

Austin checked out the HVAC system at a new house. As always, he is very thorough. We will be putting a new HVAC system in about a year once we get the house finished.

ACR came to fix and repair our A/C unit, Jonathon was very courteous and knowledgeable/informative while working on the unit. He explained his whole process of eliminating all sources of the problem and was able to satisfactory restore the unit to a like new status. I am very pleased with his work and our unit is working as it should. No more sweating inside :-)

Had a very good experience with ACR. Wanted to have some annual maintenance done as we heat up in the summer and I know our AC unit would be more stressed out here in FL. I called other companies at the start of the summer and was told there’d be no availability until mid-July. Called ACR and was told they could have someone out in less than a week. The technician was very professional and honest. Did not push products or services on me. Came and did exactly what we wanted, an AC inspection and tune up. Did a nice job cleaning and giving advice on how to prevent problems to need to call them. It was great to set up a relationship with this company and if I need repair work in the future I’ll call them for sure.

The company quickly answered my initial phone call on a Saturday afternoon about my air conditioner not working. The technician was at my house within a hour. He was able to diagnose the problem, had the appropriate repair parts on hand and was able to fix the problem within a hour and had the system functioning like new. He also checked the freon level and made sure everything else was functioning properly.I was well pleased with how quickly they were able to respond to my house and get my air conditioning system working again at a real reasonable cost. I would definitely recommendthem to anyone who needed repair work completed on their air conditioning system.

ACR installed my A/C unit approximately 12 years ago and I have had maintenance performed twice each year ever since. Everyone from the office staff I deal with over the phone to the technicians who perform the service in my home are top notch - the best!!! Truly an impressive company.

Received a call from the office prior to arrival. Tech was very thorough, pleasant, clean and completed the job in a timely matter. ACR installed a new air conditioner system for me last year. They did an excellent job and I nowlook forward to my electric bill, as it is much lower than previous months and years.

ACR was recommended by the company I used for 27 years before moving here. I am very pleased by the work Austin did and am thankful for the quick turnaround time. I called yesterday and they fixed it today. Before getting the recommendation I tried other a/c companies, two didn’t bother returning my calls and the one that did come out gave an estimate that seemed high and was more interested in signing me up for a year’s service agreement that was only $200 more than the estimate. Turns out ACR did the work for half the price! I will definitely be using ACR in the future. I hope I get to enjoy another long term relationship with a great a/c company.

ACR is professional and courteous. They are the only AC company I would ever use. I have a service agreement and they are prompt when they give you an appointment time. They service repair crew is great. So are the sales men. When my AC went out last August they quickly got me an estimate to repair and or replace. I replaced and they did that quickly even it’s Covid.

Excellent service. Called them on Saturday for service issue system not working. Sabrina very professional. Jake was dispatched from Dr. Phillips to Lake Mary (where I live).He is extremely knowledgeable, got system functioning properly. Reset controls, sat with me to reset and reconfigure APP etc.Very clean, patient and respect. Overall A+ rating. All the service Technicians know there stuff.Using them for 20 years. I called ACR today, on a Saturday, and I was told the soonest they could get a technician in would be by Monday. I agreed to wait and shortly after a few minutes they gave me a call and let me know a technician was available to come in today and look at the unit.Jack from ACR was very knowledgeable with a lot of experience. This company is the best Ive ever dealt with, before I called them to come and fix my AC unit, I called a company that came out and just told me lie after lie, I shouldve had channel 9 here, that other company told me that I didnt have no warranty on my unit, said that they called the manufacturer and the warranty had expired, then told me that itll be $1,005, so my wife said, look into the file and call the company that came out and put the unit in years ago, I didnt and ACR was a true blessing, now they really did call the manufacturer and we still had the warranty on the unit, plus the told me that Ill just have to pay for labor and diagnose which came out to be $351.00. People trust this company, theyre very good people, very nice and they get the job done the first time, without trying to line their pockets, THANK YOU ACR FOR A JOB WELL DONE, THE GRANTS.

My air conditioning quit working on me when it was still running upwards of 90 degrees and my house was stuffy and hot when I got home. ACR was quick to send out a tech to diagnose what was wrong. Jack was helpful in walking me through the process and answering all my questions. Before long my AC was back up and running. I will definitely call ACR again if I have any more AC concerns!

I purchased a new Trane unit 18 months ago. Unfortunately the system turned out to have a mechanical issue. Nothing major but ACR handled every inquiry in less than 24 hours. After the fifth incident of a similar issue they arranged with the manufacturer to have a new unit installed. 18 months after initial installation and I never had an out of pocket expense! Sadly, I was previously quoted by another AC company $550 to repair on parts that were not needed. ACR repaired it for $160. Highly recommend.

Needed a replacement AC unit and the owner Mike Torres presented options that were very competitive to what we had already received from other companies who only marked up their price just to offer some deep discount like they were doing you a favor! Decided on a Trane XV20 and couldnt be more pleased with the performance! ACR even coordinated the additional work to have the ducts cleaned prior to the installation of the new unit.The installers, Jack and Mike, were professional and courteous and competed the installation in one day, including hauling away the old system. Cant help walking by the Comfort Link thermostat just to see the lower speed the compressor is running! The unit is extremely quiet also! I appreciated the detailed estimate I received because, while another quote I had gotten was a little cheaper, it didnt include the items you would expect to be replaced on a 30-year-old system. ACRs quote did. The work was completed promptly and I am very satisfied with the results.

The issues with my air conditioning started two weeks ago, so I called ACR Sales and Service because of their PAST PERFORMANCE. I was content to wait for 2 days in the heat because Id trusted them in the past. They came out to replace a blown capacitor for $200 and the AC seemed to run better, not as it had before. So I called them again and they charged $79 for a diagnostic call and still found nothing. I talked to Dan in their service department and they agreed that the cooling was not as effective as it needed to be. Dan said hed have the scheduler set up another call at no charge. That was three business days ago and Ive heard nothing. After running the AC all day today at 74 degrees I came into a house at 84 degrees on a day where it was 89 degrees out. So Ive left another message. So much for purported quality of services.

Called this morning due to a walk-in freezer that was intermittently working. Tech arrived within an hour. Diagnosed the issue In minutes. Fast prompt and honest service. Thank you and appreciate local small business.

Horrible experience! ACR came out in May and put in a dye pack to look for a leak in our system because our system wasnt cooling. They said they would call back to schedule a tech to come out and diagnose the problem, but they never called. We called back last week, in June, because our A/C wasnt cooling again. The technician came out and said he couldnt find the leak. He left. Later that day our A/C was still not cooling. I called back and was told they needed to send somebody out to do an estimate. In the meantime, somebody would have to come out an put more coolant in the A/C unit. This at a cost of $180. This is the 3rd time ACR has had to refill the coolant. And we are still left with no resolution. I was told somebody would be out between 10-12 the following day to diagnose a fix. Even after expressing our frustration and disappointment with their service, they did not put us on the schedule. We are still left with no resolution and stood up again by ACR. We will be going elsewhere to find better service. If you have time and money to waste, and looking for frustration and a hot house, choose ACR.

Reyes, the ACR tech, got to our rental BEFORE me, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner! I always know ACR will do it correctly, using good parts and excellent techs like Reyes.

I refrain from leaving poor reviews but the rudeness of the dispatch lady made me reconsider this time.had an appointment for 8am, the guys show up at almost quarter past 9am; I specifically told the dispatch to take my number and have them call me in case this sort of thing would happen. in all fairness, the guys said they were told to show at 9am; the guys were nice and did the job, despite being sent out without the proper tools (no ladder).

ACRs tech, who was otherwise a nice guy, spilled coffee on my floor (without acknowledging it or cleaning it up), left other small messes that you would expect to be cleaned up, and then quoted a price for a small repair, installed it, and then told me sorry, its actually costs more.I wont be using them again.

I have used this company for years. As an out of state rental property owner, it is VERY comforting to know that this company has my back.We came to ACR for a second opinion years ago and have never left. The first company ( which i wont name) told us we needed a whole new system {6000 bucks!!}. ACR actually diagnosed the real problem and fixed the real issue for about 600 bucks. WHEW! They have earned my trust and we will use them for the rest of our A/C service needs. The prices are fair and I have yet to be up-sold any non needed services or products.

My earlier review is updated. ACR Sales and Service refunded the overcharged portion of the repair cost and the service charge since the diagnostic service was not completed, nor did the technician advise me of the cost of the repair prior to making it. The owner of the company contacted me personally and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. 4 stars for my overall experience.
