Twin Leaf is Great! The whole team is so personable and Dr Fang is extremely meticulous, she wants it right and anything less is not an option. The hygienist Jada is a predator of plaque and keeps you laughing while being gentle but really getting after it with cleaning. I find myself all smiles when I walk out and in so many ways from Amanda to Susan to Lisa, the team is just the best.

I have severe anxiety of the dentist about so many things dealing with my mouth and teeth. It had been 10 years since my last appointment with anyone. It was getting to a point where I could not wait any longer. I was open about my trauma and the team was beyond respectful and did so much to ease my stress, and I will be eternally grateful. I really like this dentist she’s on her game and very thorough. Great communication from the staff and very accommodating. The dental hygienist is probably one of the best I’ve ever had clean my teeth. You just feel relaxed when you visit, not like some places where they make you feel like their doing you a favor seeing you. I have been going to Twin Leaf for the past couple of years now, so this review is long overdue! Dr. Feng and her team are spectacular! From the moment you step in to the office, you are greeted with friendly staff who makes you feel at home. They always make the visit welcoming and while the team is professional, they are also very personable and treat you like family. The facility is very clean and inviting as well. While I know not everyone would say they look forward to visiting a dentist, but if I must go to one, Twin Leaf would be my top choice. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and guide you through the whole process.

I really enjoyed my experience at Twin Leaf. Dr Feng explains everything she sees and educates while doing procedure so I felt so comfortable. I went to Dr Fang for a composite veneer. She is so through and meticulous my smile looks amazing!!!!And the front desk... I feel like I’ve been going there for years.My hygienist, I think her name is Jaida... was so gentle during my cleaning... my mouth felt super clean without intense and uncomfortable scraping.I plan to switch my family.

Jada made me feel comfortable, and cleaned my teeth better than they have ever been cleaned. She was also very easy talk to, and gentle. I have never had a hygienist, and dentist take care of me so well. Dr. Feng, and Jada both took the time to talk through and discuss what would be best for my teeth. Cant say enough good words about the team at Twin Leaf. Personally I’m very techie and I really appreciate the use of technology and being able to see pictures of the inside of my mouth rather than just the black and white X-rays. Each room has a tv mounted on the wall that you can watch tv or see the pictures that they just took of your teeth. Unfortunately I had the pleasure of having a few cavities filled and Dr. Feng took pictures as she went and explained what all was going on. She was very keen of making sure I didn’t feel any pain and changed techniques when I did have even the slightest pain.The staff made me feel comfortable and the office is very clean and updated compared to my last dentist in Raleigh. Worth the drive to Holly Springs!

Twin Leaf Dentistry is an awesome practice! Dr. Feng, Amanda, Jada, and the rest of her team really do a great job at making you feel comfortable and understand all dental issues you might have. They’re all really kind and considerate!I’ve always had bite issues and Dr. Feng suggested she create a custom mouth splint. Not only has it helped my bite and take away jaw pain, but it also relieved pain and sensitivity I was having in my back teeth. I’m so glad to have it!! Find another dentist!!Confirm before your appointment whether this practice “accepts” your insurance or whether they are “in network”. If they merely “accept” your insurance, you will have no idea because AFTER your appointment and AFTER you’ve paid in full they’ll print 100+ pages of medical code legible only to dental practice and insurance payment processors. In the event the incompetent staff issues a refund, 6 months later this practice WILL BILL YOU FOR THE REFUND and keep on billing regardless if you paid in full minus their “mistaken” refund.Edited to add: Billing was not a mistake of my insurance company. Billing was a mistake calculated by the staff. I paid the out of pocket balance owed, minus the refund the staff mistakenly issued. I continue to receive statements for owing the refunded amount. How can a patient be sure this practice bills insurance and their clients correctly?....because they obviously don’t.Find another dentist.

I received the most thorough exam of my life and the dentist took the time to explain what she was doing and why. The office is new and I was introduced to new dental equipment Ive never seen before. I also decided to get Invisalign, and Im looking forward it!

I just started going to this dentist a few weeks ago. The office is clean and orderly. The hygienist/receptionist is very friendly and Dr. Feng is great. Shes thorough, friendly and approachable. Ive been to dentists that feels intimidating and have no bedside manner, but the staff here are nothing like that. I have zero complaints and am pretty happy with the plan theyve created for my dental health. Id definitely recommend them to friends or family.

I recently moved down here from the northeast, and got a toothache in the process. I had not been to the dentist in years because I just panic in the chair. I met Dr. Feng at a consult about my gums really hurting. She and her entire staff were so kind and patient with me, they worked hard to help me get xrays, examine my teeth, and figure out the issue while making me feel comfortable. I needed a full deep scaling. I set the appointment and worried the entire time, dreading it. I had had it previously done, and it was torture to me. I went in, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Dr. Feng was very kind, understanding of my fear, and extremely skilled at numbing my mouth with a few shots that were practically painless. I sat through two hours of deep scaling and never gagged, the tool they used was painless, it went quick. When I got home, and looked in the mirror I was shocked! My teeth look better than they have in years!! In addition to being great at dentistry, the staff are also so nice, kind, and that makes it easy to get through appointments if youre scared of the dentist like I am. I am very happy I found them and will start going regularly now that its not that bad :)

Best dentist office hands down. The office itself is chic and modern style but cozy waiting area. All the staff a extremely sweet, caring and chipper. Dr. Connie feng is amazing. Great personality, she even let me watch her clean my teeth the entire time because I’m a weirdo lol! Everyone there just makes you feel like a friend, plus there are always really cute goodie bags (chap stick taste fantastic). After my cleaning dr. Connie gave me a travel self heating lavender scented cloth. I mean common.. what dentist has that?! All-around amazing dentistry office and a great experience every time.

I researched a dentist for the Raleigh area and was impressed by Dr. Fengs credentials. I was not disappointed. The office is immaculate, staff is professional and kind, and my experience in the dental chair was exceptional. I am afraid of dental work, cleanings, whatever because I have very sensitive teeth. I explained this, and Dr. Feng took great care and there was no pain. I left my initial cleaning so at ease, I scheduled an appointment to have a filling replaced. I was shown photos of the current filling with decay at the margins and then an after picture when she finished. Amazing. I understood exactly why a replacement was needed, and then shown the final result. The most important take-away for me is that I have no discomfort or pain after the treatment. Typically, I cannot apply pressure to any tooth that has been worked on for weeks. This time, I could eat the same day. It was completely a non-issue. In summary, if you are concerned about the integrity of your smile and longevity of your teeth, just look at Dr. Fengs credentials. My review is a reflection of the caliber of her education and experience. I cannot believe my incredible fortune of finding an accomplished and super dentist in a new city.
